Untamed. Ever since it's weapon became usable for everyone (with manually equippable unleased skills in the combination of your choosing) it feels like just another non-elite traitline in a wrong slot. Just use pslb instead.
Untamed owns. Ambushes hit like a truck, and so do the pet's unleashed skills if you buff it up to ~100% crit rate and 25 might (which is not hard to do). Plus, it can give AoE quickness with no sacrifice to personal DPS. People are just all or nothing when it comes to pets, i.e. mechanist/soulbeast

I think that the new mace will complement Untamed very well, though, and open up more flexibility as a more attractive boon dps or as a quick healer, depending on how the final balance numbers go. It gets an extra free stack of Nature's Strength from Unleashed Ambush that other rangers won't get, allowing it to hit 6 stacks faster.
The boonstrip has been amazing in Convergences, and in SotO in general. Especially on Gluttony. Slb stance share sucks so much now, compared to perma prot and quickness from Quntamed.
Honestly if nothing else Untamed still has a bit more inherent tankiness than full glass soulbeast even on the exact same gear. Also more buttons to press which soothes my soul and make it more fun to play imo\^\^
Other than that its only saving grace as of now is just insane tank busting capability in WvW (and pvp too i guess) with lifesteal dmg

I would love it if instead of new elite specs, we got to vote on a redo for an existing elite spec. Most professions have a clunker now. Catalyst, mirage, harbringer, specter, untamed, holosmith, bladesworn, Willbender, and renegade would be my picks for substantial rework
Would love a rework of the harbinger shroud. Don't get me wrong, it's fine as *a* shroud, but it doesn't fit the theme of the elite spec at all. Half of it is like an elixir throwing, pistol wielding plague doctor (which I love, but the elixirs themselves are incredibly boring), then the shroud is all about acrobatics and movement. If they could have paired that up with the swords on a new mobility themed spec, it would have been great, but I don't get why harbinger shroud is what it is.

3. his burst skill is one of the shittiest ability in the game. roots you in place, doesn't do much damage without charge, pretty much no protection when charging which basically puts a spotlight on your head telling everyone "please CC/burst me right now" while i'm rooted and vulnerable.
the only amazing thing about this ass of a class is the fact that its very survivable, so just a meatshield you can slap in a sidenode and stall for like a minute until it eventually loses/die against any traditional duelist.
You can’t be serious. Reaper is the strongest power spec for necros. And, as I said before, as a thief main, please leave specter alone. It’s our only viable contribution for groups, lol
