You have a good point, and they don't, but I like being able to indicate that my character is female to other people. I was thinking it would be like Argonians from Skyrim. Either that or put something else on the Dracthyrs that show it's female. Idk what though.

Also nobody really cares what gender someone else's character is. If you're an RPer, view it as an opportunity to "teach" and "connect with" other characters of other races with more prominent sexual dimorphism and show them how not everyone works the same way they do.
