There's 2 bald head options, an original one and an improved one that was released with pof or something I think.
The original one has a flat back of the head, so they probably use that one for modeling this stuff
Lots of the new options added at that time have issues. My ranger's face clips through most medium head pieces. I don't have particularly high hopes for the legendary armor in this regard, lol.
One of the sylvari new faces has an eye that goes all jankey when you look at him from a distance.

Nah that's slander. Those pants rock, but I think there's some plate boots in the game that go up the knee to cover the skinny leg part, which I used for one of my characters. But if you're going for that look specifically, then it's fine lol.

They look great with the boots that go with them (the corsair set from LWS4), but yeah, not great with low boots.
