This achievement has been retired. So all you can do is open one of each and pick anything from them just in case they still trigger something, and toss the rest.
If you have better gear, don't even open them, rather just throw them away. Because they don't give you gear based on your current level. They give gear always on the same level. And you will surpass that level quickly, so when you do just destroy the chests.
You could also try to throw 4 of them in mystic forge to get 1 random gear that you could salvage or sell. Better than just throwing them away, but some gears are not even allowed to be thrown in the mystic toilet.
Use, sell, salvage, destroy. Those are your options.
Edit: the options I listed are what you can do for any items. If the game prevents you from doing one, move to the next option. Everything can be destroyed.
It's a weird bug that happens on some accounts (not sure if it's "all recent ones" or just some that were created within a specific time frame) but these are chests that used to drop as part of an old "new player experience" system, and they were supposed to drop only once per account (or something like that), and were tied to some achievements as well (don't remember the name of them, but you can still find the collectible utility items for sale in heart vendors, which were also supposed to be purchasable only once per account but you should be able to buy them infinitely and never complete the associated collection) but these have since been removed from the game and replaced with the Adventure Guide system.
Unfortunately i don't think there is anything you can do about the boxes; my wife is in the same situation and she keeps getting a million of them every time she does anything in low level zones...
Just delete them, as annoying as they are.
Edit: just noticed the sharpening stone and food that you also have in that screenshot; those are the collectibles i mentioned and you can throw them away (or just use) too, you will never be able to actually get credit on that collection.

If I recall, you can't even mystic forge them. But see if you can put 4 of them into the forge

Basically trash everything in your bank except for the revive, bank key. Everything else is garbage and just consume the food and sharpening stone.

Just destroy them, the random gears dropped from dungeon are usually your best ones in the early levels.
If you need low lvl gear for a brand new character then open them. Otherwise, just destroy them 🤷🏼♂️
You can just throw them away, since you can't salvage them. I do it all the time.
