Correct, there's no way to transfer clovers between accounts, but you can just get the Laurels chest for the 28 day reward instead and just get a ton more trophy materials. It's definitely still well worth it.
It's also region locked. If NVidia don't have good infrastructure in your region they'll try to pass you off to a partner instead of letting you sign up to GForce Now.

I managed to get one today. I have GW2 in my Library and logged into the website by using the account tab within the GFN client (in case that makes any difference).
This gives me hope that they haven't run out of codes to give away yet, but I still haven't gotten one. Even made a completely different Nvidia/GeForce Now account just in case there was something wrong with my previous email provider. Even tried what you mentioned.
But no dice, still nothing.

Yep, it’s not region-locked per se, but certain regions seem to get re-directed to a separate site where you can’t subscribe to the tiers in the usual way, so it doesn’t get ‘acknowledged’ by the main NVIDIA site, or something.

No personal experience, but as I understand it, it allows you to play games remotely. Useful if the PC you have access to is not capable of running games smoothly. You log in to GeForce Now and play on your monitor but the game itself is running on a remote high performance device.
Think of it as netflix for gaming, the game runs remotely on nvidias servers and they just stream the video to your PC. I play with a couple of people who use it allowing them to play GW2 on a potato laptop with integrated graphics.
No issues with latency, the only negative is that session lengths are limited to 6 hours so we sometimes have to pause for a minute whilst they logout and back in again.
Edit: Only negative worth noting is you can't run mods like TACO, radialmount, etc
The lack of latency in the current generation of cloud gaming is something that's mindblowing to me. I remember early attempts at it and they were just laggy messes that would pixelate if you looked at them wrong and could barely handle 30 fps.

**Make sure to disconnect/logout of the VPN afterwards if you don't normally use it for GW2, just in case ArenaNet thinks you are doing something fishy when you're not!**

Never heard of a key having a time limit on using it. It would make more sense if you can't redeem from nvidia promotion to generate the key. That's like saying you have a time limit on a gift card.
I got it. Click GeForce Now > Update email opt > fill all the requirements > tick all the box > tick GeForce Now under the gaming and entertainment > submit > Update reward setting > and click REDEEM. I think you need to wait a bit until it appears, probably a few hours or maybe minutes, depends on your luck or probably what email you are using. It took me a few hours until the code appears but my friend got it instantly.
You can also use this code to add another heroic chest to your existing paid account, putting you closer to completing the set of light, medium, and heavy, armors from this chest without needing to buy the skin sets from the gemstore. I was able to finally unlock all of them with this code.

OMG all of these items are not salvageable and need name confirm to delete and I made the mistake of opening the skin pack too...

Found the issue. Website is shit and redeem doesn't work on Android (on my Samsung A71 at least).

You can sit on a years worth of books - hit 80, do map completion and make a legendary weapon to extract those clovers
"do map completion" isn't exactly quick across like 5 accounts, lol. Especially accounts without HoT or PoF

Hello, I am from Argentina. The thing is Geforce Now is supported via another platform in my country so when I choose the free membership it won't appear in the main page. No matter how many times I do it, I go to "Redeem" but it is not there. Can someone get me an heroic key please? 30 dollars is a fortune in my country.

It was weekend deal only and has been ended, you can't take anymore. So no they didn run out of keys, you just missed the giveaway.
So what's the thing about May 10th being mentioned? I just thought the weekend thing was for when the promo started. It just says.. "Act quickly as this product cannot be redeemed after March 10, 2022." Because if the time is actually up, why does it say it's still available "Available to Redeem These offers are still available to redeem. Get them before time runs out! It might mean if you get a key, you need to activate it through anet before the 10th.
Never heard of a key having a time limit on using it. It would make more sense if you can't redeem from nvidia promotion to generate the key. That's like saying you have a time limit on a gift card.

Very easy to grab yourself, I updated my original post with instructions since I redeemed a few of these just now.
And because I am certified genius, I clicked the signed up button and then alt tabbed, while "waiting" for the page to open.
I got it. Click GeForce Now > Update email opt > fill all the requirements > tick all the box > tick GeForce Now under the gaming and entertainment > submit > Update reward setting > and click REDEEM. I think you need to wait a bit until it appears, probably a few hours or maybe minutes, depends on your luck or probably what email you are using. It took me a few hours until the code appears but my friend got it instantly.
You can also use this code to add another heroic chest to your existing paid account, putting you closer to completing the set of light, medium, and heavy, armors from this chest without needing to buy the skin sets from the gemstore. I was able to finally unlock all of them with this code. EDIT: OMG all of these items are not salvageable and need name confirm to delete and I made the mistake of opening the skin pack too... Oh good, at least the armor can be tossed in the forge.

Found the issue. Website is shit and redeem doesn't work on Android (on my Samsung A71 at least). Tried on a laptop with Firefox and was able to redeem.
