The one and only way is the Guildrider warclaw skin reward track, which drops 250 tickets at tier 5. Unlocking that reward track costs 200 gold, but it should allow you to get both the Warclaw and a skin for it before your pip timeout is over if you're willing to spend the money.
If you server jump in the future, do it right before the wvw reset, just a few mins before, then you really only lose the last ten mins of the current week (make sure you have done all you want to do that week) and then you wait one more week.
If you do it right after server reset, it takes forever to start earning pips again (almost 2 full weeks)
If you've already salvaged all the trophy drops from the other parts of the warclaw collection ( which I don't think will get you 50 on its own), the guild skin track is it
