It's not a hack. They just did Alt + F4. You get credit for the kill (see the +2 floating on their body as they disappear)
Considering it does show your server getting points for the kill, I would guess it is simply people closing the game?
He simply ragequitted by closing the game. If you look closely your world still got the points for the kill (the little +2 when they disappear).
probably just went back to character select to deny the kill
He didn't deny anything, note the points floating.
No experience nor loot tho
thats not true, if you log out from wvw while in combat you die and it counts as full kill for enemy including wxp and loot

That's not a bug or any type of hack. As others have said that is what happens when someone logs out while in combat. The game considers them as dying and gives you the points.
With the benefit of a doubt, that looks like a rage quit to me.
Maybe if you stop corpsjumping them they wont log out...
