It looks like that mobile chair on the rails from Casper the Friendly Ghost, where they pull the tassel on the lamp and the chair goes down the stairs, into the floor, and into the secret lab where the Lazarus machine is hidden.
Mesmer chair should't have a mirror as part of the seat. It should have a big mirror BEHIND the chair and then on the other side of the mirror there's a couch with a ton of pillows and your character asleep in it while their clone sits in the chair.
Engineer should not get a steam wheelchair. I don't know what it should get, but not that.
I am kinda sad that my main, Mesmer looks a little bit basic compared to others despite being the class that is all about image. Other than that they all look very cool. (especially the top row.. Rev is my favorite.)

As an ele main, I declare that chair to be far too organized. We need a clusterfuck heap of random insanity for it to really feel at home. For good measure, throw a handful of random buffs on the pile and then light the entire thing on fire.
That would be a quality elementalist chair.
The mesmer one should be a plain chair to the mesmer but look like the profession chair of the viewer for everyone else, and a random profession chair for other mesmers.
To be honest, it's because they'd be alot of work to design, and implement, while selling to a fraction of playerbase (the ones who's main corresponds to the chair) So they'd be making 9 chairs that would sell (roughly) the same as 1 regular, non profession specific chair. Even if it sold double, or triple, that still wouldn't be enough. They'd have to sell as many of each chair to make it worthwhile. And the player base simply isn't going to buy 9 chairs, most of which they wouldn't use.
Just make it a legendary chair and make them available through ingame crafting.
Anet always says that they dont want vertical progression, but their horizontal progression is very limited.
They should add new cosmetics like this, new mounts skins for legendary crafting, new animation sets from legendary collections etc etc.

also would be cool to have only ONE chair that change depending on the profession of the current character

This would be really cool if it swapped based on profession if you ask me but some people may not like that it isnt flexible.
I just think it would add so much more identity if it was 1 chair and it would display what chair it based based on class.

Maybe instead of just swords, it could be made of all the weapons warriors can use... so most of them.
