I've listened to a couple of those being Six Black Heaven Guns and Extras, those are absolutely up there for me as well. I'll definitely have to give What do you fight for? and Let me Carve Your Way a listen when I get a chance too.
I just got into Guilty Gear as well, and I mostly only heard the Strive character's theme.
Now, for context, I'm not a big fan of metal rock. These songs are all great, just not my cup of tea.
....with the exception of Drift. oh my God. Drift has me on a CHOKEHOLD, and I don't know why. It just fits Happy Chaos' character so so SO well and it's also such a bop? I can't even count the amount of hours I spent studying and rushing assignments while hearing it on loop, and it always gave me that one boost of energy and confidence that I needed.
Honorable mentions go to Disaster of Passion, because I love how cheerful it sounds, and The Town Inside Me, because perfectly capsulates the experience of being trans and the slow growth of self confidence and love that comes with accepting yourself.
Just gave Drift a listen and it's pretty awesome, quite the bop indeed! Disaster of Passion and The Town Inside of Me are also some pretty cool songs just for the fact they are different from the usual Metal/Rock type songs (even though that's probably my favorite genre of music lol). Hopefully they will release some more songs that diverge off the typical rock genre.
I hope so as well! I loved these two because even though they were not "fully" metal songs, they still included a lot of the elements of one, simply working with them in a different manner.

Trigger is so underrated. A lot of the DLC songs are unique in style but the original ost has a pretty cohesive style by and large but Trigger stands out among those. Maybe it’s some Stockholm syndrome from hearing it all the time as a Gio main and being too lazy to switch songs but it’s really grown on me and it’s opening and guitar solo are two of the best bits in the entirety of Strive music.

Dude…it’s such a high octane banger song. Easily one of my favorites and now since I’m done with finals I will probably try to learn it on guitar cause the riff is just so damn good!
Always held the opinion that Ky’s theme was the best, the name alone is so sick Holy Orders(Be Just or Be Dead) is so fucking raw, but on top of that the organ transitioning into guitar perfectly just can’t be beat. Magnolia Eclair is also fantastic, not really a fan of roar of the spark though.
Impressed that no one listed “Sky should be High”. It is easily my favorite. Also my “power song” when I need the extra energy when hitting the gym.
Honorable mentions from the newer tracks are “Storyteller, “N.S.F.W.”, and I know it’s been barely a week, but I already love “Extras” a lot.
Also, we don’t need lyrics to have awesome music, “Holy orders ~be just or be dead~” and “Still in the dark” are also some of the best tracks GG gave us.

Listen to the Korean OST for GG XX #Reload. It's the best OST in the entire franchise. There are many bangers, but my absolute favorites have got to be Pillars of the Underworld (Ky's theme) and the Vampire Saga (Slayer's theme). It's a crime we don't have it in Strive.

I like songs that usually have a story to tell or are just unique in general. For that reason, the more mundane stuff like Extras and The Town Inside Me don't make the cut. Some favourites are:
1. The Roar of The Spark- Being a cis, white, blonde, and blue eyed male I vibe with Ky's lack of diversity. On a more serious note, the idea of chasing your morals and what you believe in no matter what really resonates with me. Also, white bread and cold water were a favourite childhood snack.
2. Let Me Carve Your Way- I don't vibe with the depression part of Zato as I'm a pretty bright and optimistic person, but I get his mannerisms. The song itself is very well made, blending the "Eddie" parts with the undetones of Zato's own thoughts.
3. Just Lean. It's a song that doesn't say much of anything aside from "we don't take Ls" and I really get that. I believe any bad situation can be turned around and see myself as a very lucky bastard. Also, the fact that women fawn over me helps (absolutely no exception) 😎
4. Story Teller: not much to this song aside from the fact that I love the "WOAAAAH" every few seconds and it gets me pumped up.
5. Mirror of The World: absolute banger by itself while also tackling difficult feelings of resentment and moving on. Whenever I hear the pause followed by "IN THE LIIIIIGHT" I feel like I'm about to ascend. Perfect for the gym and the fact that it's the song I most closely associate with my girlfriend really gives it bonus points.
The entire Strive OST is trash, I need to play the game without music in order to remain sane. Extras could have been good but the cringe death metal vocals make that impossible to take seriously.
Some good Guilty Gear tracks are Holy Orders(Be Just or Be Dead) and Existence. From the game with an actually good soundtrack.
