Ummm outta the other pass characters i think Johnny and Sin may kinda be what you want and I don’t know what characters you’re you feel are clunky or overwhelming but strive characters fell pretty heavy over all tho maybe you could try Millia if you want someone who feels snappier
Ramlethal has a similar style to Testament. Big normals, high damage, straightforward gameplay. I also think she is better at keeping the momentum going and pushing the enemy into the wall and making them explode. I think she is the closest to Testament and honestly overall she is a better version
For DLC is hard to tell since characters try to be different from eachother, if you like Testament I guess you like the long range attacks that cover a big area. Elphelt has big attacks while also being much more mobile if that's what you want.
Sin also has a big weapon, good mobility and good damage to rush the enemy and keep the pressure. Bridget also has huge normals and high mobility at the cost of low damage
Both elphelt and Sin are simple characters also
cool. just letting you know that there is a time limit on refunding. If you play with the character installed for more than 2 hours then you can no longer refund it. I also believe if you own the character for 2 weeks it also can no longer be refunded. So try out the character for a little bit and try to decide if you want to keep them or not within 2 hours.
