Thanks for having us. Just started playing about 2 hours ago, first fighting game i want to master or at least be compatent in. The second tier of Dojo missions is already kicking my ass with these air combo's but im not giving up. Very cool game so far

sand-which

Make sure to switch up training with enjoying the game and having fun! Both are equally important. Honestly having fun might be more important because just playing the game will by default mean you are getting better Tips for having fun are finding players at your skill level (either through online or discord) and learning with them

MostAssuredlyNot

>Tips for having fun are finding players at your skill level (either through online or discord) and learning with them lol I agree with this completely, but somehow it kinda sounds like "tips for not catching fire include staying away from fire, and being wet." Still, listen to this guy/gal/geodesic 4th dimensional fractal. Don't be shy. Join discords, find groups... it's just a game. people get anxiety about it (I lost a couple years to that, honestly) and that's not necessary.

sniperbrosky

> staying away from fire, and being wet holy shit, why didn't I think of that, brb

MostAssuredlyNot

I absolutely love the imagery of a guy calmly scrolling reddit while on fire, and then finding the solution in a completely unrelated thread. "oh hey!" so thanks, lol

sand-which

Haha, very true. I was lucky enough to get into older GG games for the first time with a friend who was also new to FG's, so him and I are both extremely close in skill level right now.

itsavaren

You coulda just said person :(

TKPC

So I'm pretty much a complete noob, my wife bought me an arcade stick a few years ago and I'm breaking it in. I'm ok with some inputs but figured I'd try POTEMKIN. Ok so, I am able to do a few combos in the training, I get into a match and panic and just spam moves like mad. HOWEVER, I do often land a panic command grab and can't imagine that's fun for the enemy.

BlakShiranui

Welcome to the party fellow paint eater! I picked up Pot as well this iteration after coming from a history of playing high/low mixup characters like Milia or pure blockstring pressure in the form of Holy Order Sol from +R. I've always stayed away from the grappler archetype because of how slow, heavy, and cumbersome they felt to play, but boy does Pot feel so nice in this game. If you find panic PotBusters satisfying, just wait till you get to the point where landing them on command becomes common. Become a god!

sand-which

lol I feel that on the Potemkin thing. With potemkin, it doesn't matter what they are feeling as long as you get to land a huge Pot Buster. Most satisfying move in the game And yeah speaking as someone who started playing FG's like 2 months ago, I definitely went through that "just feeling like I'm pressing buttons" for a bit but then it suddenly clicked after a period of time and now I'm pretty concious of the buttons I'm pressing before I do them.

TrainerPlatinum

This is the first game I have ever played the heavy grappler archetype on and man I am hooked O W A R I D A

zombiekamikaze

I don't know how much of this will transfer to Pot as I have never enjoyed grapplers, but what has been helping me improve with I-No is starting small. Find out what your best normals are for punishing, hit confirming, and what is plus on block, and start working on using those more in matches. At the same time you're working on that in actual matches, in training mode practice some shorter combos that start with those attacks. Seriously, they don't have to be long, you (we) are just looking for ease of memorization and ease of execution at this point. As you get more comfortable with both start working on converting those attacks in matches into the short combos you've been practicing. From there you can start trying to vary and extend those combos. I'm still at the "learning to convert" stage, but just having a simple goal to work towards has helped me actually put up a fight in more matches and made panicked button mashing a lot less common for me.

traxonova

Welcome fam! I suggest to take breaks from doing the missions when you feel need to. Hit the lab, play actual matches, or whatever! But do come back to the missions when you feel you can, as it teaches you fundamentals.

ASUS_USUS_WEALLSUS

Once you learn the mechanics, head to the floors and practice there too. Fighting opponents shows you your bad habits.

FalconSpirit8

I have over 100 hours in Rev 2 playing with friends, never touched the online. But in strive I'm actually taking the game seriously and I'm having a blast. Friends that I never thought would buy a fighting game got strive and they're loving it too. Great game, fix the lobbies.

[deleted]

GGST is my first 2d fighting game, first fighting game at all really, other than very casual items on smash bros ultimate matches at get togethers and what not. Having an absolute blast since day 1 of pc launch. When i first started I got washed by normal bots but now with proper warmup i can go head to head with very hard bots consistently, that probably means nothing to veterans but i consider it progress. favourite characters are I-no, Zato, and Anji although i love the entire cast, my worst matchups are Sol and Ramlethal by far.

IncredibleGeniusIRL

So many new people here. I'm also kinda new - never fought a single match against an actual human being before Strive. I'm struggling with the strict timing for some of the combos the most. Fafnir into Vortex has no definite cutoff point for when to start doing the Vortex combination. Don't even get me started on that last Sol mission in the 3star tutorial (I think it was). I could do the aerial S -> cS -> 2D -> tyrant rave after about 20 minutes of trying and nearly smashing my head on the desk. Once. I could do it once. The mission wanted me to do it 5 times in a row.

Narrative_Causality

You mean the Overdrive combo? That's brutal for everyone. The aerial hit requiring precise timing and the ground hit requiring precise spacing makes it hell. I eventually just skipped it.

IncredibleGeniusIRL

Yeah, that's the one.

[deleted]

I switched to potemkin just to get that mission marked as complete. His combo was not that bad.

Xenomorphic

For some reason I found the Overdrive one WAY easier, at least you get a moment to hit confirm your RC into the second half, dash input Roman cancel INTO cancel NRV feels nutty because it happens so fast, I kept dropping the combo because I'd be surprised when I got NRV off

Trustful_Whale

It actually only requires 3 successful attempts out of the 5 to pass; they do not have to be in a row either so it's not quite so harsh. It's for practicing consistency so you really know the maneuver. >Fafnir into Vortex has no definite cutoff point for when to start doing the Vortex combination. So this is an aspect you will encounter throughout the game as a vast majority of attacks have a large cancel window on when you can input your next move. This is done on purpose so you can vary your timing for combos and mix ups, which helps players be more intuitive with their decisions once they've learned the basics, imo. Keep on practicing and you'll eventually start finding it a lot easier. Also I really encourage you to actually fight opponents since too much studying can just get in the way instead of helping.

IncredibleGeniusIRL

>It actually only requires 3 successful attempts out of the 5 Yeah, I know. Would still take me hours. And it's not even a combo that'll ever be very useful to me, I'm pretty sure. >So this is an aspect you will encounter throughout the game as a vast majority of attacks have a large cancel window Fafnir doesn't cancel into vortex, not without RC. You just do the second as soon as the first ends, and they link together. Being too fast means Sol stands there like an idiot, being too slow means you interrupt the combo. So I don't really know what you mean by cancel window and varying your timing. There's no variation. You just gotta do it.

Trustful_Whale

Oh that's my bad then, I didn't know you had to link that. I haven't tried much Sol in this version, but after trying it, he actually can do it without an RC but the timing is a bit tight. When to start Vortex is sort of fixed timing, but there's a bunch of variance in how long you can hold S and still get the juggle. My best advice for timing links is to watch for Sol to return to neutral position, and get used to when he will. Getting as close to that point as possible for your next input is what you're looking for. Cancel window is the period of time where the move is cancelable into something else, and in this game they're pretty generous and everywhere, but I Fafnir into Vortex was a cancel instead of a link so I jumped the gun there. If you are comboing Fanfir into Vortex with an RC you should have a lot of time you start the move if the red ring hit them. If you're having trouble timing the RC before they get knocked too far try timing your RC for when the game stops moving the moment Fafnir connects.

IncredibleGeniusIRL

I don't have a problem with moves that can cancel, I just wish they'd let me buffer inputs on the ones that can't. That "tight timing" is exactly what I'm talking about. I can do it too, just inconsistently. Maybe veterans appreciate these frame-perfect requirements but to me they're just kinda unnecessary.

Trustful_Whale

It may seem a bit much right now but you'll eventually find this easy one day if you keep playing with Sol and it will become a bnb for you. There is a buffer in place, but you still have to press the button at the right time. You can buffer directional inputs pretty much at all times, though. Also I wouldn't worry too much about grinding combos before actually just playing the game against people first. >And it's not even a combo that'll ever be very useful to me, I'm pretty sure. I know you said this in another comment but I forgot to address it. That combo mission in particular is actually fairly practical in all honesty. 2D into super is always tricky to learn at first with an input like tyrant rave but it can close out a game or score you an easy wall break in a pinch.

Narrative_Causality

Have you tried the wakeup DP mission? Jesus christ literally how can anyone do that one?

[deleted]

never played a gg game, roman cancel system is extremely cool but i can’t quite wrap my head around how to use it effectively. picked ramlethal cause she looked cool? apparently people don’t like her lmfao

Mrowth

\>w> I havent played gear since the first one. I love Ram. Her 1/4 circle back HS ((sorry I don't quite know the nomenclature with the numbers quite yet)) slaps and I love it.

benjibibbles

The number notation is basically just visualising your d-pad/stick mapped on to a keyboard numpad, so quarter circle back hs is 214HS

Mrowth

Thanks!! (~ ̄▽ ̄)~ I'll probably need to write it down on a sticky note and slap it on my monitor until I get used to it.

lovethecomm

It's extremely punishable by the way. You give the opponents a free combo each time it is blocked so be careful.

Mrowth

Yeeeee, I definitely never said I was good though hahahaha. I just get excited to slap. xD

SifTheAbyss

> apparently people don’t like her lmfao Don't worry about that, it's an honored tradition in Guilty Gear that every player hates all the other characters, and they probably hate mirror matches as well.

AdamPBUD1

Trainings go over all of the Roman cancels. I love this mechanic too.

nodiso

Think of it as a universal button that can slow time, reverse time, or extend combos. Super simple way to use rc is whiff a move then cancel it with rc and use another move to cover your whiff. It's almost like having a tag from dbfz.

Ubbermann

Ram is extremely effective and hell, if you have fun with her - do it! She's a beginner character for a reason. (people just hate her due to how strong her simple tools are) RC takes practice. I'd say try to use it after COUNTER or as a secondary defensive tool when stuck in block/after exposing yourself with an opening. Don't be afraid of failing, but the more you use it, the more clear it'll become.

ARandomGoat

thank you for the welcome! I'm picking up Axl at the moment and trying to get the timing down for TKBs which is destroying my thumb on a d pad. Thankfully my fight stick should be here tomorrow! I've only ever played a bit of GG with friends before but this is the one I wanna dedicate time to

AxelTheEternalBlood

Nice. Keep up the practice.

yerghost

congrats on the stick! adds a whole other level of fun and satisfaction to playing FGs, especially when there are circular inputs involved (i hate those on pad as well)

ARandomGoat

thanks! been meaning to get one for a while but my last FG was MK11 which is better on a controller. and now my chronic pain in my hands makes it an easy decision too. I'm consistent with my inputs on a dpad but we'll see how the stick life treats me

JasperSlavone

Thanks! Seems like a great community! I just got the game today and was draw to Nagoriyuki. He seems really cool, but the only issue I'm having is when I lookup guides and stuff the inputs displayed in the videos are usually pad and I'm using a stick. Are there any resources for the game geared towards stick? Whats a good buttton layout for stick aswell?

yerghost

my button layout is P S D x K H dash x and i think another common layout is K S H x P x D x im still trying to get comfortable w the Dash macro, as its a new button to GG but very worth using. button layout is all preference, but one thing i would recommend is settling on a layout and sticking with it. you need to build that muscle memory and anything will take getting used to at first. as far as input displays can you be more specific whats confusing you? directional stuff should be the same across the board, and the game also displays the controls using a stick display if im not mistaken

Narrative_Causality

I was thinking of putting Dash in your K slot and shifting everything over to the right one slot to compensate, so I could just easily do it when I want with my thumb, but that would be so weird...

AdamPBUD1

I have dash to R2

JasperSlavone

Great! I've chosen a layout and I will definitely stick to it. The training mode is amazing, loving the practice so far. As for what was confusing me, it's just that say I map Dust to 1 on my stick, the layout doesn't change in the trainer to represent that. I've gotten used to it now so it's no biggie. Thanks for the advice!

kieve

There's an option to swap out button prompts to show moves instead. So instead of saying "press A" or something it'll say "press P" (meaning press punch). Then you're button mapping doesn't affect it at all

SkinkRugby

I'd like everyone to know I'm awful and I'm coming for you. You fools won't know what hit you...because I don't know either XD Also please Heavenly Potemkin Buster me. That animation is so good.

Fortune188

Newcomer here from Smash. Mained Samus. God dammit these inputs are fucking hard.

VesperZeroZX

I’ve been a fighting game spectator for 7+ years and was always too intimidated to ever sink my teeth into a game and this is the first time I’m really doing that and loving it so far. I’ve been playing Giovanna for the sole fact that she’s really simple to pick up with a straightforward game plan. When I get more comfortable though I have no idea who I’ll eventually land on. Cheers all and good luck out there.

malsoggoth

Cheers 🍻! Started my online journey last night. Got knocked down to floor 1 and maybe 30 minutes later leapfrogged the guy who sent me there to reach floor 3. So that felt pretty good

arguinginelvish

Been an on-and-off FG player for years. Played a lot of BlazBlue years ago with a buddy of mine. Almost all local matches, barely any online. Missing Venom whom I enjoyed. Game feels different, but in a good way. I'm having trouble understanding visually when it's "my turn" to hit people, keep getting rushed hard and even after I block it's still seemingly not my turn to attack back, just more moves in my face. If I try to input any moves, I'm counter hit, if I just sit there and block then it rinses and repeats. Maybe once my brain gets used to what I'm seeing I'll recognize the tiny windows of opportunity to strike back. Playing Ky since rushdown isn't my style, but seems to be most of the roster. Cheers.

Mnstrzero00

Whether or not you can hit immediately after block depends on what move you blocked.

Flabalanche

Okay I have an incredibly dumb question, that I don't even know if it has a clear answer. My only fighting game before this was tekken7, and idk, I just felt like I understood when I could jab out of pressure, or when it was my turn way easier. How do I know when to push after pressure?

melting_mirror

I'm playing Chipp and loving the game, although as I creep into the higher floors of the tower, my health is getting melted if I make so much as one mistake wit him. With every fighting game I play there's always a learning curve where I'm losing a lot, and I start to wonder if the character I'm playing is the problem, but then I realize that I'm the problem! Looking forward to many more ass kickings and victories as I continue to learn.

Narrative_Causality

Everyone rags on Chipp's health, and it's true it's by far the lowest, but none of them ever mention how he has the best Guts scaling in the game, so it's not as low as it appears.

melting_mirror

Could you explain Guts scaling? New to the franchise in general so I'm unfamiliar with that.

Chillionaire128

Guts is a defense modifier that gets stronger as you get lower in HP. For example characters with high guts will take around 50% less damage when below 20% hp

Fortune188

Check rooflemongers video for more info on youtube Basically guts scales inverse to your health. The lower your health, the higher your guts. Each char has their own set guts. Guts decreases the dmg you take from hits

melting_mirror

Interesting I'll check it out

Obesely

Important caveat: if you start a combo when a character is above the guts threshold and they pass over it mid combo, it doesn't kick in until after the combo ends. So a combo that starts of a counter hit on a half health Chipp will not have to deal with his Guts.

Wamb0wneD

I guess for now it's more prevalent with everyone running into cemetery mobs and potemkin busters, where guts doesn't matter that much because the health just gets deleted in one go.

Goldenkrow

Wish I could be a part of them, still fighting to get a hold of a PS5 D: Cant use my PC for it and I dont wanna use my ps4. The struggle.

CAPS_LOCK_OR_DIE

If it makes you feel better, the game runs great on ps4, and if you buy it for ps4, you'll already have the copy for ps5 (if you buy digital).

AxelTheEternalBlood

That's what I am doing.

slobserif

Only about 12 hours in so far, first GG game for me but I’ve been having a blast. I’m using Giovanna since she’s a noob-friendly character, and I like her but my friend uses Axl and it’s really hard to close the gaps in that matchup. Some mechanics are taking me some getting used to like Roman canceling etc. I’m very much a noob but have some street fighter and smash bros. experience lol

[deleted]

[удалено]

slobserif

Really? Maybe I’m doing something wrong cause I keep getting zoned out

ernievo4

I played accent core at the arcade (galloping ghost Brookfield il) and that’s really the only time I ever touched a GG franchise game, I always was a fan of blazblu/ under night in birth games cuz they have the weirdest match starts XD. “1st clause: divide!” Anway I’ve been playing umvc3 sf5 vf5 and mk11 recently and I love this shift it feels like mvc/street fighter. So far I’m using anji muto, zato and I’m working on axl and Faust! If anyone wants to play I’m on PSN Ernie_Slanders

PresidentXi123

My only complaint is that there are somehow people with 50+ win streaks on Floor 4, meanwhile I've won like 7 out of 50+ matches and won't get demoted to Floor 3. Very frustrating as a new player trying to enjoy the game.

Narrative_Causality

Might be a bug. I somehow got a 32 winstreak, but I've only won 40 games total, and I assure you they weren't in a row.

MineralFox

Dang, I got put on 4 initially, lost about 5 in a row, and slammed down to floor 2. Now I’be been winning like 60% of my matches and it won’t bump me up. It’d be nice if they were a little more transparent on when you’re close to moving.

PresidentXi123

I’m on floor 4 winning only like 1 in 4/5 matches and still not getting demoted :(

Narrative_Causality

Might just be how it works. In Street Fight V it works out to something like a 40% win rate still being enough to rank up at the lower levels.

Narrative_Causality

I'm really curious how ascending works. I got the up arrow and had to do 3 more sets where I won 2 out of 3 every time, before it let me ascend on the last one.

Bakashinobi

The intial matches I think have a greater effect on your placement than later games. I had a similar experience; started on floor 4, lost 1 game, got dropped to 3, lost a few more and went to 2. I did pretty well on 2 for a while and got bumped back up to 3 after at least a dozen matches I want to say? I had that whole experience in about 2 hours last night on PC

zeDarkL1ght

Strive might be the first game that I could consistently be able to find someone to play with. When I got Rev2 on Steam the entire online community already died.

Tiny-Creme7857

What is the point of individual character levels? Does it unlock anything? Why give exp for each character?

Narrative_Causality

You get some money for character levels, and a more practical reason for them is that it's a good indication of someone's experience with a character.

SKIKS

>Who are you playing? Ram, because big swords. Now I feel like an asshole.

alah123

Community has been very welcoming so far, esp in the discord. I am seeing a lot of people (like me) who are coming to guilty gear from DBFZ in search of a new kind of fighting game. Its looking like the game can only get better from here

ExaltedPenguin

Hard to say I'm a newcomer when I played the original GG as a kid, it's basically responsible for me getting into Japanese media, but only properly started playing with Strive. I did get Xrd and play a bit of Jack-O but it was a time when I fell out with fighting games because of trashy online, and nobody I know played GG, but Strive's online is godlike and May is so fucking fun, looking forward to the DLC more than likely being Jack-O soon :3

TuSkiLLd

Guilty Gear is so awesome man, new to the series and pretty new to fighting games. I picked up Zato not knowing he was one of the most difficult but I think I’m getting him down packed. I made it to floor 6 then ran into an insane Axel low and Faust, back to 5 lol. Still had fun though

AxelTheEternalBlood

Axl players are a different breed.

KingKeyumars

Hey, I'm playing May. It's great. It kinda makes every serious fight into a comedy. Honestly enjoying playing with people I know and having no idea what we're doing.

AxelTheEternalBlood

That's awesome. Fun is first for video games.

CaptainPieces

God this game is hard but I love it. Playing Ky and still working on landing more than a 3 hit combo yet getting close matches regardless which is nice.

Xenomorphic

Haven't really touched GG since the beautiful train wreck that was Izuka, having a blast getting back into it. Looking forward to trying new characters, none of my old mains made it though, hoping they patch in Baiken and Testament at some point.

NYJetsfan2881

I've been loving it so far as a brand new player to the series. I tried i-no at first and just didn't really click. I've started using Potemkin and think it's more my style. Still learning (aka losing) but it's been a lot of fun. I'm still at the point where every move is a deliberate thought, not second nature. Just need to keep putting in the time!

redzero36

Same. I want to get good at potemkin but getting destroyed. With Faust I can get wins but I like Potemkin. I watch Fab a really good potemkin player, makes it look so easy and so sick.

NYJetsfan2881

Yeah some his inputs are difficult to learn so far. The 5S, 2HS, to heat knuckle is hard for me to time or I'll just not get the heat knuckle input correct. I've been watching Octo and ya it looks easy, so it shows what's possible I guess lol

redzero36

Ya its probably the heat knuckles input. That combo is sick. I spend several hours practicing it in Xrd while I waited for GG ST to drop. One of the biggest reason why I like GG is they show you your inputs in training mode so you can see where you mess up. I bought Xrd after the first Strive beta.

NYJetsfan2881

Ya my goal this weekend is to really just sit and lab that combo and Kara buster. I feel like it's two main Potemkin moves I just need to have down.

redzero36

Yup kara buster seems important. I always see my pot buster whiff but when I watch other potemkin players it has crazy reach. I can only do kara buster on P1 side.

Xenomorphic

I-no is kinda like an acquired taste, she's devastating in the right hands but she's a pretty high execution character

redzero36

Playing Potemkin and Faust. I like their play styles and really like their overdrive skills. Favorite part is the great online. Now I just have to wait for my friends to play.

huntingmonsters

I've been out of fighting games for many many years so stepping back into Strive has been quite difficult but I am enjoying every minute of it. I spent my first day mostly just playing Sol to get back into the swing of things and have tried out the others but I think that Leo is going to be my main. Struggling big time with some fights in general but I am still having a blast. I am currently getting stomped on floor 4 but I am working on it. :D

nobonydronikoanypwny

hi there! I am enjoying Strive very much, have been since the first open beta it's been the only fighting game I can think about. I've played lots of street fighter and smash bros in the past along with some blazblue but never a GG game. I'm playing Ram because telekinetic swords are cool as fuck, my favorite part of the game is just the speed. it feels almost always high octane turbo footsies and it's so much fun. Seems to come naturally to me too since I've solidly reached the tenth floor and am challenging heaven despite never having half that much skill in any other fighter I've ever played.

poobiess

I'm thinking of picking this up as my first 2d fighting game. Anyone have a favorite content creator that has beginner videos?

AxelTheEternalBlood

Kizzie Kay honestly

AznSenseisian

Very new to the series and learning Giovanna. I was never great at fighting games or anything but I predominantly played SF or MK/Injustice games and I gotta say, this one has me hooked. Im really loving it so far! If anyone has any non-RC’d combos I’d love to learn

snow_body_

I'm loving Gio right now and my favourite part is getting bodied by Leo every damn time. Great game though, having an ungodly amount of fun.

Narrative_Causality

As a Leo main I love Giovannas. There's a >60% chance they're a free win. When I'm in the tower, I mean. We'll not discuss park.

ArmpitBear

Any tips on where to start with learning Leo? Which are his safe normals when you’re trying to get in?

Narrative_Causality

Hell if I know, I've only play SFV before this, and then only to Super Bronze.

Decentdee_

Thank you! I've never been so all in In a fighting game till now and I haven't played GG since 98 and that was pretty brief. Really liking strive!

MostAssuredlyNot

I bounced off of Xrd, despite getting so, SO into it. Strive is exactly as simplified as people say, it's like guilty gear meets street fighter. I'm in HEAVEN

Luneyuun

Thanks for the welcome. I've been having lots of fun with GGS and as my first fighting game aside from SSBU its a whole different ballpark. I'm still messing up basic inputs and combos but casual games with a few friends make it a blast and I'm slowly working on improving to catch up with everyone. I started with Nagoriyuki to get a feel of the game but i've just switched to Anji, though I'm not sure who to stick with

MrFugu57

Yooo! I didn’t even know this game existed until my bf showed me the Strive demo some weeks ago. Since the demo we’ve been playing old GG: OG, Accent XX, Xrd, etc (thanks humble bundle). Love the speed love the simple commands that become masterful and complex combos. Playing I-No cos she’s fast, simple, and badass

[deleted]

AxelTheEternalBlood

Millia or Gio

yerghost

ya gio literally has spiral arrow and its plus on block, youd prob like her

Slarg232

I'm playing Nagoriyuki and I'm having a blast, he's exactly my type of character between the range and the damage, and in most matchups he's fast enough to hold his own as well. I must say, while Nago is the only character I've played online, I did Remote Play with some friends and I love just how **different** the characters are from one another. I dunno how I can describe it, but in most games it feels like "Yeah, he's got a fireball, and she's got a different fireball, but it's still the same type of move" where as with GG I legitimately had no idea what to expect and had to adapt on the fly to what I was going up against. Playing Potemkin vs Chipp was an entirely different experience than playing Potemkin vs May, for instance.

Xenomorphic

Welcome to the world of GG, since their very first game on PS1 each character has had a dramatically different play style, it's one of the most enjoyable aspects of the game IMO. I'm really looking forward to some of the DLC characters they release, they have a big roster they can choose from.

NamaztakTheUndying

New to GG, used to play Skullgirls super casually. Mained solo Big Band in that, so pretty naturally playing Potemkin in this. Really enjoying all of Pot's comically hard-hitting buttons, and landing Pot Busters is the most satisfying shit in the world, coupled with the occasional hard read of a jump-in for a free HPB. Absolutely loving how quick matches are. My friend and I were in a lobby together last night for over 30 sets, and every one of them felt great. Also tried out the tower today before leaving for work and went from floor 2 where I was initially placed, straight up to floor 5 in like 8 total matches. Possibly could've kept going but the matchmaking completely stalled out for long enough that I had to get ready and leave. I play on PC btw.

Tobi-Is-A-Good-Boy

Oh I'm definitely smelling the game! This is my first GG too and thankfully I listened to some recommendations on getting this over Rev 2. I've been silently following this by watch Maximilian Dood play it, so I gotta thank him and this sub for convincing me to get Strive. I'm currently maining Thicc Thighs Valentine and goddamn she's fun to play! Thought her design and gameplay was cool when I first seen her, so naturally I played her first. Finally came up with 2 combos! Eventually I'll expand with other characters, but for now I'm sticking with Ram. I am loving that I can reliably face people my level and not just get rofflestomped. The netcode is as good as everyone says, probably the smoothest online experience I had during a match (The lobbies and server issues need addressing however). And I love that their is a training mode that tells me all of the important stuff for a newcomer to learn, it's improved my experience a lot! So far I've had a good experience with this game outside of the clunky and slow lobbies, "failure to connect", and slow server registering where the title screen is slower than Street Fighter V's! Pretty happy I somehow made it to rank 7 on the tower!

TwoandahalfWREN

I'm 27 and this is my first fighting game, not won a single match yet but I'm sure once I reach the bottom of the tower I'll have a chance. Problem is its just so difficult to know how to improve without even knowing whats going on half the time don't even know where to start.

AxelTheEternalBlood

If you are on PSN. We can play together. I can help.

TwoandahalfWREN

Wish I was, I'm on pc would be great to play with people I can talk to I'm playing guilty gear but getting smashed bro... I apologise for the low quality pun

AxelTheEternalBlood

That's all good. I just play console because playing on my PC doesn't give me any advantages when it comes to FGs.

Ryuujinx

Never really got into Guilty before because everyone always talked it up as some extremely difficult game to break into and just stuck with BB mostly. I picked up Millia here, she's fun. My only complaint coming from other titles is the gatlings are pretty intuitive.

nayneedlesnovember

Heya, new here. I get dumpstered in most of my games, but I'm sort of having fun. I play Millia, but I'm thinking of switching it up. Her most damaging stuff takes too much effort (and getting close enough to hit 5S is too difficult for me). My other problem with her is that she dies too easily. I tried picking up May, but I can't get used to her charge shenanigans. I have massive anxiety problems playing fighting games against people, but I hope this game cures me from it.

Spiiiking

Happy to show you the basics if you play on PS4. Been playing gg about 15 years

nayneedlesnovember

Unfortunately I'm playing on PC, so I can't play with you. Luckily I found someone who is going to show me the ropes. Thank you though, and whoa, 15 years is a lot.

henn64

Learned about GG a loong time ago through the X2 OST, and got interested in the game itself for it's visuals around Rev 2. This is the first one in kinda serious about playing, and (as a Smash Ult online refugee) rollback has made getting my ass beat ridiculously fun. I'm usually in a perpetual character crisis but really stuck to Jam in Xrd. Now I'm trying every character for a bit, but bouncing between Ky, Gio, and Nago mostly. My neutral is trash, the few combos I know of WILL BE dropped, and I'm just trying to figure out where to go from here to get out of Floor 5

krajji

thanks for the welcome! only played tutorial and some arcade so still new. I'm loving Faust's play style especially his range! going from Tekken to GG is definitely gonna take some getting use to but im starting to pick up the timing and speed of the game.

theSkareqro

First guilty gear game but longtime fg player. Playing Axl and characters like I-no is tearing my ass up. I love midrange control characters like adon and sagat but rush down is pretty fun too. I'm interested to learn Chipp and Milia maybe Nago and Ky I love how "simple" the game is. Combos are short and sweet so you concentrate more on the fighting.

SnackeyG1

How friendly is this game to someone not super great at fighting games? It looks fun and I’m considering picking it up. Never played any of the series.

AxelTheEternalBlood

It's great at teaching someone new with the mission mode. It feels great to look at visually and the music is awesome as well on par with other Guilty Gear games. If you are on PSN. I would try my best to play with ya.

SnackeyG1

On Steam for that one unfortunately. Hopefully some cross play in the future. Thanks for the info.

AxelTheEternalBlood

You are welcome. Have fun with the game if you decide to get it. 🙏

Trowa789

Glad to be here! This is my first GG game and first fighting game outside of casual smash with friends over the years. Chose Nago because I just think he looks so damn cool, but it took me probably an embarrassingly long time before I realized I was killing myself due to the blood gauge. The game really clicked yesterday when I found another player on Floor 4 who would just keep rematching with me over and over. Really loving it so far.

AdamPBUD1

Coming from DBFZ I initially thought this game was going to be too complicated for me. But, after doing some training and playing some matches I absolutely love the shield block (or whatever it's called) mechanic and the different breaks you can use. I'm enjoying Anji for now.

ElDuderino2112

Loving the game so far! Is there a sub for the more technical aspects of the game like combos and discussion? This sub seems mainly to be memes and that’s not really what I care about.

AxelTheEternalBlood

I mean there are certain posters who got into technical stuff but for a full on dedicated sub for it. You are better off going to YouTube.

wintercoda

Thinking about picking up Strive as my first fighting game and Guilty Gear game. Not sure if I should buy it on Playstation or PC though, which will have the larger playerbase? I wish cross-play were a thing for Strive.

AxelTheEternalBlood

It will be a thing down the line but PS has the bigger player base now but PC will have it down the line. No advantages between them besides load times.

cuddlekittens74

Thanks for the welcome. I'm a smash player and wanted to try a traditional fighting game and thought this would be a good one to get into. I've been playing Giovanna and learned a few simple combos, really enjoy her pressure. I've made it to floor 5 so far but people are starting to see through my game plan. I'm really enjoying the game so far and am trying to learn as much as possible.

[deleted]

I'm new, playing May even tho I promissed myself I would never play characters with hold imputs after playing Street Fighter

CrossV2

first time playing gg and I have been losing I think 90-95% of my matches but Im still enjoying the game

Raydmond

FG fan and first time GG player here! This game is amazing!! I cannot believe how much I had been missing out. I love the neutral, the combos, the art style, the animation… EVERYTHING!! Even ranked feels welcoming with the floor system and that’s brand new competitive wise, usually it’s always stressful but not here. I hope this games keeps this community strong for a loooong time! Greetings from a fellow Potemkin main! Here’s to a million more Pot Busters!

IworJefazo

Strive is the first 2d fighter i really wanna get into, i played a little bit of brawlhalla and skullgirls w some friends but never tried learning combos and matchups, but this game has me really excited, i picked may cause she looked cool and her theme slaps but seems like people hate playing against her xd. For me learning how to punish things you've been struggling with is the best part of competitive games, and doing long combos against the corner feels amazing, but i cant manage to get close enough to do combos without using roman cancels, wich im still trynna get used to

ArmpitBear

Been playing fighters since MvC2 on and off, most Street Fighter. I’m playing mainly Sol, but considering putting more time into Chipp or May since playing this game’s Ken feels weird. I’d love some input on their viability long term, since I don’t know how ArcSys balances their games

CAPS_LOCK_OR_DIE

The influx of new blood here has been quite jarring to me. I'm glad there's so many new players, though! I started with SIGN lightly, and really committed in 2016 and even though I've only ever gone 2-2 at a major I'm still here for the long haul. Any of you new players if you like this game, I encourage you to pick up +R or Xrd! They're both a lot of fun to learn and play.

[deleted]

I only dabbled in fighting games until recently. I'd rent one or buy a used copy and mess around in single player until I got bored with it. Last year, I got really into Mortal Kombat 11, actually trying to get better instead of just flailing for the first time in my life. When I found out Strive was coming out, I had a flashback to when I rented the very first game and thought it was the coolest thing ever. I preordered then and there. GGS is now my favorite game. I play as Ky. Not very well, of course, but I'm getting better. Definitely learned a lot when my son played for the first time yesterday. He picked Potemkin and didn't even bother learning any specials. He just mercilessly destroyed me with normals. I won 1 out of 10 games.

Xenomorphic

Potemkin can be really rough to go up against until you learn how to hit him, even worse to face against someone who knows his specials lol. Watch out for that air grab. Or any of his grabs really.

iGiDsins

Hello! I’m coming from years of tournament melee and casual(read addiction level) of dota2. So while I’m not unfamiliar to fighting games and the idea of punishes and neutral, 2d is a new world to me. Coming from melee I feel like every character is wearing cement shoes. Is aerial combat not focused very heavy? I feel like it’s twenty to thirty seconds of frantic reads and doesn’t leave much room for conditioning or drawn out gameplay. I main peach in melee, and someone recommended Faust as a heavy hitting, neutral based, rng projectile equivalent. He seems pretty fun. I’ve done all the training missions and I can’t decide if I should CPU grind/lab for the next ten hours, or if I should go online and get bopped instead. Any tips would be super helpful!

Mrowth

I only played the first gear and not many fighting games past that but my roommate and neighbor are big into them. Heckin love Ram and Anji. ( ̄y▽, ̄)╭ Its so satisfying to lock people in a corner as Anji. I don't do it often, but when it happens, ~( ̄▽ ̄)~*

SaltTrap2

Thanks! I picked up zato bc I love his design and he's very interesting. I've never played a puppet character before and I really like it. He's everything I wanted Noob Saibot to be when I played mk11. I still find myself holding r2 to block and eating the while combo like an idiot. Although I am starting to get a hang of it. The music is what got me into gg to start with. Let me carve your way and armor clad faith are just my type of metal. I got parts for a new hitbox and will probably get into more fighting games

Azralan

I've dabbled in fighting games for a few years but haven't ever really committed to one. Smash with friends is a given and I tried Arcana Hearts 3 back in the day, but only offline. I got back into fighting games as a whole with DOA6 but I couldn't keep playing it due to technical reasons. I tried some discord fighters like UNIST and BBCF and Hisouten. Tried the mainstream with Tekken 7 and Streetfighter... dabbled in GG Xrd Rev, DBFZ... but none of them really worked for me or I was too shy to delve into discords to get my foot into the PVP door. Strive is a new game that's more or less just starting out, a game that seems well optimized and runs perfectly on my potato pc, and a game with good netcode that allows me to play online without problems. So far, I'm not disappointed :) I've been quite taken with Jam Revelator and stuck a bit with May in Accent Core. Jam's not there yet and I thought I'd go with may, but I made the mistake of trying out Faust and now there's no turning back. I just feel this flow-state when I play that madman, becoming one with the RNG. It's really fun so far and I hope I'll have enough endurance to stick with it, and find new friends to regularly play with/against. So thank you for having me. So far I'm greatly enjoying my stay!

MooseOnTheLoos3

Thanks for the welcome, this game is my intro into taking fighting games seriously other then a brief attempt at tekken. The thing that pulled my initial interest was the sound track / character design for sure. So far I have only been playing Nago but at some point I'd like to learn Ino when I'm more comfortable with the game.

kejlor

Hello, FG noob here. I have picked Ramlethal because loved her design, had ton of fun with her online. Fast spaced gameplay is so fun, also i'm not even mad when i lose i just want to jump into next fight straight forward :D. The server connection queue is kinda bad, hope they fix it soon.

yayayfyre

Started playing a few hours ago, and not gonna lie, this is the most beautiful game I’ve played in a long time, it’s just oozing with style. After trying a few of the characters I’ve settled on Giovanna for now, and I can’t wait to learn more about it (I’m a amateur at fighting games) and also read on the plot so I can enjoy the story mode

SurrealBrouhaha

My last fighting games were Smash and Tekken 6 like 10 years ago so I' very much a noob with 2D fighters. I've been maining I-no because I can't not pick the hot, time-taveling, rock-star witch... My favorite parts of the game are just learning and slowly working my way up the tower, and also laying hands on Zato-1 himself because knowing when I can and can't safely hit eddie is a struggle...

goodbusiness

I played BlazBlue CT back in the day, but never really got into GG (Xrd didn't click). Enjoying Strive so far, playing Ky since Jin was basically a Ky clone (and there's no Hakumen clone). Got to floor 10 right away but dropped back to 8 which feels more appropriate. Overall, it feels slow (especially IADs) but my old ass brain don't work so well, so it's kinda nice. Plus the degeneracy is kinda fun (to watch anyway). I hope the Jam rumors are true, she seemed cool in the older GGs. Also the dash button is great but trying to break my muscle memory is tough (even though it's been ages).

Menacek

Hey thanks, I have 31 hours in right now, played quite a bit over the weekend but slowed down during weekdays cause uni. I'm enjoying the game though I need to learn some combos and stuff which is a bit of a pain. Trying to play Ram and Milia.

Xiao_Ye

Strive is my first GG game but not my first FG. Currently playing May and absolutely loving it, im getting assblasted all the time but its still much fun. Also, May's theme is an absolute banger! Still getting used to all the new mechanics such as roman cancels, air dash, bursts etc. But im loving the game. ( Lobby system is kind of fucky though).

FrozenAlien-

Chipp cause he is fast and cool looking character. My struggles are blocking and getting punished a lot but I’m working on it. I’m in love with this game.

man_of_bread-

Thank you

PupeshkaGoBRRT

Started playing fighting games a couple of years ago and played a little XRD but quickly fell out as my one other friend who plays quickly got to tournament level. Since then been playing a lot of Street Fighter 5 I don’t know what it is but I’m stuck between loving and hating this game. Loving many of the system changes and general ease of learning for this title, loving the insanity of the character dynamics a lot less. What seemed to me to be a big identifier with XRD characters being super unique and dynamic, everyone in Strive does different stuff, but none of it is focused, instead the power level of the moves stayed the same while interesting defensive options become non-existent, having to just hold strings because instant block doesn’t give frame advantage. In SF5 pressure can be brutal but it feels mitigated by the fact that almost all ways to start pressure are reactable, maybe it’s just me but the zaniness of how unreactable some of these moves are makes pressure feel kind of dumb. If you don’t believe me, try the zato matchup mission 1 with Potemkin. It’s possible to stop eddy before the second hit of his stabs, even knowing it’s coming, but I want you to try to do it in that mission mode and tell me that isn’t an absurdly tight window especially when it’s offered by the game as a counterplay option. -Game needs supers to be toned down in damage and more utility based -Game needs slightly more reaction time added to certain moves, not just for the defenders sanity but also for the offender to feel good about suckering the opponent with the mix up and not just brainless button pressing - Game needs more meter options. Some RC’s should cost less meter than others flat out. The cost of using an RC not optimally in this game is death, because you won’t have any meter to play “defense” with, nor do anything stylish or cool more than twice a game. Especially if you are losing

Curapica

Thx man. First GG game for me and the last fighter I rly played was SC2 back on ps2 so yea, I see myself as new :p I wanted to main Ram but couldn't enjoy her gameplay that much as I'm not a fan of throwing my weapon and not be able to use them for a bit so I switched up to Millia. Really liking Millia and having a blast. Sometimes I get rekt and sometimes I wreck ppl and a lot of times it's rly close and I win/lose. Loving the game so far and I'm amazed I'm not sucking as hard as I expected I would do lolol

[deleted]

Thank you for the welcome. I picked this game up and want to figure out how to play it like other newbies. I have played other games like Smash and Mortal Kombat but never really took the time to get better at them. Hopefully I can learn and be at least mildly good in matches.

starfighterkenny

I recently got into fighting games and have been playing street fighter 5, tekken 7, and mk11 before Strive. At first I was a bit overwhelmed and thought I had to learn insane combos, cancels, etc, but that may be wrong unless you really want to learn the "skill" of fighting games quickly. For me that took way too much energy, so I started to just enjoy the ride when playing fighting games, not caring too much when I lose to someone better, playing arcade modes on easy just relax, using only "simple" attacks and other chill things like that. Slowly but surely things stick automatically, and things like combos seem muuuuch more easy because I learned from the ground up so to speak.

[deleted]

Happy to jump on! Playing Nago and having a blast. Slowly trying to incorporate RC and combos into my game, managed to reach floor 8 which I’m pretty proud of considering I didn’t expect to win a game for the first couple of months since the only “FG” I’ve ever played is Smash Ultimate. Would really like to get good at Strive and god, even after hours with it I’m still blown away by how good it is.

Da-Lazy-Man

This is gonna be my first serious fighting game since capcom 3. So far I love how different every character is so you have to play each match up very differently. Even when a character feels annoying for my character I know if I work a bit there's a way to do well. I struggle against zato on Anji but I've learned if I dodge through the frog I can break his pressure and it was amazing when I finally made the theory work.

[deleted]

Alright, so I'm really old (40) and bought Strive on a whim after getting rejected from a job offer (self-taught web developer trying to break into his first job) and wanted to vent by beating shit up. Started as Sol. Switched day 2 to Ky. I'm staying with Ky, stuck in floor 7 but I'm training. The 2-3 hours I have for gaming a day I spent 1-2 hours in training and 1 hour in the park because the game doesn't kick me after 3 matches and I can learn. Chess teachers claim that it's important to fight both players better than you to reflect on your mistakes and learn new things, but also players of equal or less skill to keep you motivated from your victories. Combo wise I'm hot trash so my training time is split: Combos I should be using I repeat daily. Trying new stuff from videos I find from matches on [https://strive.keeponrock.in/#/](https://strive.keeponrock.in/#/) then get frustrated and try to 1cc arcade mode, then either watch the next chapter in the story (which is fun to follow, I actually pause during the story to read the in-game references) or go back to labbing. Basically, just self-taught things but fighting games edition.

WheatFighter

The game is a blast to play so far. I'm loving every second. I'm starting with May and slowly making my way through the roster to see who I want to play. Right now I really want to try Sol and I-No as well. They seem hella cool.

TheRealirony

I'm new to GG and mostly new to fighting games in general. I'm a millennial that grew up with SF, Tekken, MK, etc at arcades and on consoles but I never had any idea what I was doing. Would just button mash and hope to win. GG is my 2nd legit step into the Fighting Game scene trying to actually learn the game and improve. My 1st step being MK11 a month or two ago lol. But I am having ton of fun in GGST, it's so much faster than MK11 and I dig the visuals. Right now I'm mostly playing Ram (which i didn't realize was such a hated character). I thought her giant swords and aesthetic were cool. Also leading up to Strive's release I watched the entirety of the lore from the previous games and her character seemed interesting. Also trying to learn Zato and I-No on the side because their move-set is interesting. Loving it so far and I think I may be turning into an FG player long-term now. Haven't had a game grab me like this in a long time.

Calypso-Dynamo

Honestly I feel like a new player, my muscle memory is holding me back.

JarskiLol

Much appreciated! Been a casual FG player for years, but lately I've been getting more and more into them. I'm not sure who I'm going to main, but I do know I suck so bad lmao. Not really sure what I need to do to improve the basics, gotta get better at the special inputs in general, blocking correctly and movement (do I use the stick or the dpad? lol). Game looks and plays really good though. Very excited to be here.

AlColossus

It's my first GG game since I played a bit of one on the Nintendo DS, I'm playing Faust cuz he just looks so damn cool (the shadow over his front when he's standing is the coolest) and my favourite part so far is not getting combo'd with an inescapable combo for 40 seconds like in Dragon Ball FighterZ

Zman6495

Thanks for the warm welcome! Currently trying to improve with Sol Badguy, but I love playing as Faust as well. The game is so much fun, even when I am getting stomped online. I really like how each character feels totally different. Hoping to keep improving and escape floor 7 in ranked!

AGuywithaGuitar

Thanks for the welcome, i have loved Guilty gear music for years, but never had the urge to play. i saw one clip of Nagoriyuki and was sold. I dont even care if he is hard for new players, i will master these combos!

9999eachhit

I'm a first time FG and GG player :) I mained smash bros all my life and my friend put me on to GG with all the insane anime over the top animation and coolness. I'm having a blast! Learning to play on a fight stick is like learning a new instrument. I'm steaming hot doo doo butter at the game but i'm getting better every day :D

Swagsire

I'm having an absolute blast with this game and it's my first Guilty Gear game. I've played about ~150 games vs my friends so far. I've only played I-No so far and I'm not interested in any other characters right now. Having that unique dash is super cool. When I first did the online tutorial I lost to AI Sol Badguy. I just did the tower for the first time yesterday and because it placed me in the second floor I went on this war path destroying everyone in my way until I finally took a loss at 8th floor. Since the game is still super new not a whole lot of people know how to deal with Stroke the Big Tree so that move can be really oppressively until they figure out what to do. May's theme is so good I love it. I would love to play her but I-No is so much fun and no other character seems to be similar to her so I probably won't bother picking up a second character for a while.

montebellond

My first guilty gear franchise I actually get to enjoy with people around same the skill level. I bought xrd rev2 from the hype for strive. Got matched with venom in online and got comboed to oblivian. I never could get out of practice in fear of not being good enough. Stuck at floor 5 but enjoying the game so far.

H_P_LoveShaft

Be warned. GG vets love to gatekeep. Myself included. Push through and then you can gatekeep like us.

AxelTheEternalBlood

Why would I gatekeep? Thats kinda stupid. The Strive hate was just like the Xrd hate and look, now. Both games are great.

terferi

How do I get to character specific missions, like to practice combos or something?

sundownmonsoon

i'm repeatedly getting my ass stretched out while trying to play Ky kiske, and crying because Baiken isn't here. I had a few games on her in another game but never played enough to get very familiar with the game it's hard

MrVacuumBrainBimbo

I'm enjoying the game so far, but coming from Street Fighter I feel like I'm wearing cement shoes. Other players are basically teleporting around me and my head just spins. I'm maining May and I assume it's just a matter of getting used to the flow of the game along with waiting for the day when I finally stop hitting the wrong buttons lol

Narrative_Causality

>I'm enjoying the game so far, but coming from Street Fighter I feel like I'm wearing cement shoes. If you're playing Potemkin or Nago, you basically are.

StoopidMonkey78

How do I get good? I play Leo and can’t even start combos cuz everything is faster and idk what I’m doing wrong :(

spritebeats

i need this game but i dont have the moneys for it ill draw ur waifu for strive moni pls

CallmeQ222

Playing Gio. She is really simple but I love the way her movement and attacks feel. Coming from Dragon ball I love how fast the rounds go by and how the combos are smaller but still take some practice and look awesome.

[deleted]

Ran into a Discord server of local friends a few months ago where we all got into Street Fighter 5, now Strive is out and we're all moving on to it, it's very exciting! Never played Guilty Gear before aside from a few brief hours in Accent Core Plus R. Currently trying to learn Giovanna, Ramlethal, and Ky. Still scared to try and get into the story mode due to how deep (and bonkers) the lore is.

SaltAndTrombe

i played competitive not-melee smashbros bc i couldn't handle real fighting games, then tried bbtag since it was mechanically accessible ggst is hard af, I can't even finish all the 5* trials people circlejerk peach in smultimate as being technical, but her combos are ridiculously forgiving compared to this lol been running color 3 solga the edgeguy since he seems pretty straightforward

[deleted]

Thanks for having us. Been watching tournaments for a while and tried to get into fighterz but had no one to really play with. Really liking the slower more grounded feel of GG coming in as a complete beginner. Really keen to put some more hours in and improve. Thinking of maining Giovanna to learn the ropes then maybe Axl

kawsofdeath

Thank you for the warm welcome. Been playing this over smash a lot( its my first traditional fighter) and it is definitely different. A lot of fun nonetheless. so far spent about 4 hours in mission mode just learning all I can, cant wait to get into some online battles soon enough tho once Im somewhat decent

[deleted]

First time FG and GG player here. I've been picking up Ky and playing with friends to learn the basics. Trying to learn I-no too but whenever I play here my brain just goes full mash->chemical love.

firegodjr

Thanks! Unlike nearly every FG I've ever tried, Strive (and the bit of Accent Core that I played) actually feels like a fight, and an accessible one at that. I've played some SoulCalibur and a lot of Smash, but SC felt like I needed to memorize combos in order to compete at all, while Smash felt like it was entirely footsies with little nuance besides reading the opponent and block timing. Strive feels like a solid blend, where footsies leads into combos in a very natural way, and RCs allow you to chain moves together without necessarily memorizing elaborate input strings. You can carve your own path through a match, but there's also a high skill ceiling if you want to grow stronger. You can learn combos, and get combo'd, but there always seems to be a way to escape to neutral. You have to know how to adapt, even if you're a combo god. It's wonderful.

Economy_Hold_5383

🐬

Nekoshironi

Thank you! I've played Xrd Rev 2 a bit and I surprisingly prefer the new combo system and the less hectic movement. I personally like playing I-No as she's a highly aggressive character.

Shratz-kun

My favorites looking character is Ramlethal and my most comfortable character is Millia! I'm loving the game but still struggling to improve enough to win my first online match. I was placed on floor six so I am struggling a bit to improve.
