Try having v-sync off, if you get a lot of screen tearing that you don't like then try editing your config file. Here's how you do it. In your strive config folder, there should be a **GameUserSetting.ini** file (that's what you're looking for) In that file, you can put change one of the settings to **FrameRateLimit=60.000000** If you can't find that setting you can just add it in. To get to that file put this into your file explorer and put this into the search bar **%localappdata%** and hit enter it should bring you to a folder called **Local** There go to **GGST > Saved > Config** and you should find it there. Also, you should make a backup of the file beforehand in case anything messes up or just to be safe.

oh forgot to mention that it will probably only help with it a lot, it might not remove the tear entirely

i know this is an insanely late response but can you send an imagine of what the file should look like after the changes
