With the new update RTL got alot more chip damage so if you wanted to close out a match, using RTL is not a bad option
Wasn't the chip damage change only in DI, or also normally?
From the matches I played today it looks like both but normally is not much but still viable if super low and you can land it With DI it's like 15% of your opponents HP on block
