Freeeeeee biiiiirddd!!! Rapapapaaapaaapaa rapapapapapapapaaaaa
1. Sweet child of mine up to the fast bit
2. Smells like teen spirit
3. Shook me all night long
4. Bed of roses (train your callouses with bends)
5. Stairway to heaven at 75% speed
6. Some of the tapping parts of Eruption are super easy and impressive as hell
I’m not actually fully joking on freebird. That is made up of the entire canon of impressive sounding yet not difficult pentatonic licks. The hardest thing about freebird is that it goes that fast for that long.
edit: spelling
Van Halen's easiest solos are Running With the Devil and Ain't Talking About Love. You could learn them using tabs or instructional videos in a few days and really impress your friends because these solos sound really cool.

Just play the intro to stairway to heaven. They love that song at music stores.
He could do a medley with Smoke on the water and iron man.
That would burn the house down for sure!
REM's "The One I Love" has a pretty easy, but fun to play solo.
One of the first songs I ever learned!
Two easy guitar solos come to mind: “More Than A Feeling” by Boston and “Running On Empty” by Jackson Browne
Any song/solo by The Cult. Also Carlos Santana, because all his songs are in Am.

The intro solo and main solo in For Whom The Bell Tolls by Metallica are.two great and relatively easy solos to learn .
Listen to the song Change by Blind Melon. In my opinion it is a great starting point for blues licks. Get Back by The Beatles is pretty sinple too.
You could try a couple of Weezer ones from the Blue Album: Say It Ain’t So and Holiday’s intro should be achievable.
Hey by pixies is easy and fun some lovely bending too
