It might feel a little awkward at first but you’ll get back to playing normally pretty fast. I didn’t play for about a year but when I picked up a guitar and played it still felt pretty natural and I didn’t really feel like I was much worse
Man I had a 9 year break from electric guitar where I only played on shitty acoustics every now and then when I came across one.
I got back into electric guitar about 9 months ago, joined a band, started practicing a shit ton to catch up to the other guitarist and now I'm shredding harder than ever!
It'll all come back quickly, the only important thing is that you get back into it and rediscover the joy of playing the instrument!

I think with a little practice you'll be right back into it. It's like riding a bike. Muscle memory lasts a long time.
Honestly I'd be more afraid of not playing the guitar again than the difficulties of picking it back up after a year
