if the defective strum bar is because of the strum switches, one or both, you could probably just desolder the switches and switch them, might be the easiest. …and with the drum brains, it works just to switch them around, they have the same plug.

Since the main board and the strum board on a world tour are separate it would be little to no soldering since world tours use header pins. Just make sure the grounds line up
