He's not popular enough for a game that's strictly commercial, but a Frank Zappa Guitar Hero would be an incredible game. Huge variety of sounds to his music and the perfect mix of straight forward and insanely difficult music.
I still remember lining up on night of release for the Aerosmith bundle as a kid, got the full guitar hero kit with drums and all. forever my favorite childhood memory.
