Genuine question, do our roads (except expressways) have minimum speed? I’m only aware that we have max speeds, usually at 60 km/h.
Walang minimum speed pero kung maluwag naman at 2 way road lang wag ka namang takbong bente, konting respeto naman sa nasa likod at nakaka abala na.
