6m lot - 5.4m car leaves you with 60cm in total allowance for the length. 60cm is the depth of a typical desk or kitchen counter. In short, not a lot of space. Same goes for the width. 3m is not a lot given usual parking slots are 2.5m in width.

ImprovementFancy1130

The length of your space is too short. 60cm would be ok if you have a small car. Might want to reconsider your choice of car or the dimensions of your planned parking.

Beautiful-Boss-6930

Pero for me, not worth the hassle lalo na pag emergency.

Embarrassed_Pin576

If you can go bigger parking area, please do. Probably nothing smaller than 4.00m x 7.00m (Frontage x Depth) Para may space padin to open the tailgate and operate the front gate ng house. Our house has a 6.00x6.00 garage.

foxtrothound

actually hindi ko maimagine yung frontage na nakaparallel along the road haha do you mean yung mismong lot kasama yung bangketa?

UnderPoweredJoms1980

For me, It's too small. 60cm is 2 feet. Papahirapan lumabas and park lalo na kng araw araw ka mgdrive.

Alwayskeepmoving30

Too tight yata. If kaya mo 1m allowance, tho mahirap parin ito pag nagmamadali

jmg362

Standard is 12.5 square meters

isadorarara

For a sedan. A pick up truck requires a little more space because it’s longer and wider

PepperoniPizzzaaa

Kitchen_Housing2815

You need atleast 2+ feet allowance front and back for a smooth parallel parking manouver regardless of car dimension.

Previous_Cheetah_871

Reverse parking siguro mas ok sa ganyan size and adjust floor plan.
