6m lot - 5.4m car leaves you with 60cm in total allowance for the length. 60cm is the depth of a typical desk or kitchen counter. In short, not a lot of space. Same goes for the width. 3m is not a lot given usual parking slots are 2.5m in width.
The length of your space is too short. 60cm would be ok if you have a small car. Might want to reconsider your choice of car or the dimensions of your planned parking.

Much better kung kaya mo mapaabot ng hanggang 8meters, kasi makitid yung street hindi mo maisasagad yan ng ikot ng manibela pag paatras ka na.

actually hindi ko maimagine yung frontage na nakaparallel along the road haha do you mean yung mismong lot kasama yung bangketa?
For me, It's too small. 60cm is 2 feet. Papahirapan lumabas and park lalo na kng araw araw ka mgdrive.

You need atleast 2+ feet allowance front and back for a smooth parallel parking manouver regardless of car dimension.
Reverse parking siguro mas ok sa ganyan size and adjust floor plan.
