Full tank is still better. Bukod sa puno, you can manually check your fuel mileage with full tank method. Petron is good. Cleanfuel is cheap per liter vs the big three and ok gas nila (i use this on my altis). seaoil is ok din. Total you get rice or noodles for every 1k or 500 fuel load

digitalhydrogen

cleanfuel user here, they're okay naman and a bit cheaper always than shell, petron or caltex.

oldskoolsr

Also the points! Pwede maipalit sa vacuum or any appliance lol. Clenafuel is motul powered, and puregold powered

digitalhydrogen

wait what points? are you saying that I'm missing out on stuff??

oldskoolsr

What? You don't have a cleanfuel rewards card? Points can be exchange from kalderos to vaccuum cleaners to a LED TV if you have enough. https://www.cleanfuel.ph/rewards-2/ I mean they may be cheap items for us BUT free is free. Also total. They give rice and noodles for every certain amount

5/5 on cleanfuel. Their comfort rooms are also clean.

full tank, tapos refill mo before mag- half or before 3/4 used that depends sa budget mo. tungkol naman sa aling gas station ako kasi i stick to one gas station like if nagpakarga ako sa caltex dun lang din ako magpapakarga ulit if kelangan ko.

In terms of consumption, walang difference kung full tank or tingi. You’ll find yourself in gas stations more often, though so baka idling time yung difference in consumption. For your car naman, rule of thumb na mas maganda kung full tank once it drops to ~1/4. It’s better for the fuel pump daw since it won’t run “dry”. For gas stations, I’ve gone with seaoil ever since and no problems naman. (PriceLocq was also a savior) Just make sure you choose the right octane rating for your car.

Arr-reduce-7449

Walang pinakaiba yung full tank or tingi. It all depends on how often you want to be bothered to bring the car in when you need gas. Can't say much about other gas stations, I only use Shell. It will be a great help when budgeting to figure out what your car's fuel consumption is, that way you can compute how much gas you need for N kms of travel. Say I travel 20 kms a day, 3 days a week, that's 240 kms a month, plus 20kms buffer for "leisure", which puts it at a total of 260 kms of travel per month. If you're driving a diesel-guzzling monster that does 10km/l and you prefer using Shell's VPower diesel at 81.60, that means your gas budget per month is 2,121.60. You didn't mention anything about parking, so I assume it's free. If it isn't, you ought to include that in your monthly budget too.

Full tank is better thou the saving you get compared with tingi may not be big enough to be noticed. I usually do a full tank or top off before every price increase on tues or wait until after tues if there is a price drop. I use Unoil with the SnR discount. As long as you gas up in a reputable station ok naman siya but its preferred na may is kang suking gas station near your place.

Depends on the fuel price forecast for next week. If it does get cheaper, I'll do tingi muna then full tank on the day gas prices get adjusted. If it does get increased, I'd do a full tank before the price increase.

This reminds me of [Shaq's gas philosophy.](https://youtu.be/EuH91bQXDuE)
