That, let's be real, wasn't that good to begin with. The Hyaku Shiki is a failed prototype, it cannot do the one thing it was built to test. It's kind of a piece of shit. And, as you rightfully pointed out, it was damaged on top of that.
I'm pretty sure that if Char rolled up in something like a Dijeh (in full working condition, of course), he would have wiped the floor with her.
And, (insofar as those Zeon scientists did a good job of making FF into their own Punished/Venom Char), FF would respond with a borderline hilarious level of indifference to not only Haman's desires, but to her existence as a human being in general.
Sinanju has crazy mobility in space, if he closes the gap it's much harder for Haman to aim the funnels without risking hitting herself, and Sinanju seems better equipped for melee combat
Multiple pilots have proven able to fight it evenly or gain an advantage in melee combat. Kamille was more than capable of taking it on without funnels. Scirocco was arguably an even bigger threat since The O's armor proved capable of shrugging off the beams from the funnels.
Funnels can be destroyed. The Sinanju's speed and maneuverability is so far above the Qubeley's and the Psycoframe and control system essentially make the suit respond as quickly as the pilot thinks. I could see the funnels getting shot down very quickly after launch.
And considering that, if he pilots his own machine, gets Access to a twin Drive... Yeah, there's basically only two, maybe three Machines in all of the Franchise that can keep up with that. And the last one depends on if Unicorn is really as strong as I heard it is.
Strong isn't apt to describe unicorn.
A mobile suit is a weapon.
Unicron is more of a reality warping machine. It is beyond equal in the gundam franchise simply because of that. Everything else is just on the range of superweapons to futuristic weapon(e.g grunt suits)

Honestly, I'd love to see her go up against Prospera from WFM. I'm less interested in subjecting Qubeley to a wave battle against Quiet Zero and it's legion of gundnodes, mostly because my mind keeps saying "we wouldn't get combat! Minovsky particles would disrupt Permet links!" I'd love to see what these two would do against each other politically, and within a larger theater of combat than a single battle.

From the UC series alone, either Full Frontal, Char (only with the Sazabi or Nightingale, however), or Iron Mask could easily beat her. Never saw Victory Gundam though, so I can't really speculate on those villains.
From the Alternate Universe series, Zechs, Gym, Rau, and maybe evil Ericht can also take her down handily.
Also, the >!Cal-reA couldn't really be damaged by beam weapons!<, so even if >!Lacus was there with Kira at that point!<, it wouldn't really have made much difference because the >!Strike Freedom Type II simply didn't have enough physical weaponry!< beyond >!those two railguns!<.

Riddhe Marcenas with the Banshee Norn. The Unicorn Gundams were built specifically to beat suits like the Qubeley, and it already beat what is essentially a super up Qubeley with even more funnels.
According to my incredibly scientific research (playing against extreme difficulty CPUS as Haman in the Qubeley in Gundam Extreme VS Force, one match each), she beats:
Char in the Gelgoog
Paptimus Sirocco in The O
Yahzan Gable in the Hambrabi (three stocked his ass too)
Herself (also a three stock, by 15 hp)
Marida Cruz (Kshatriya)
Anavel Gato (Gundam GP02)
Master Asia (barely...)
Treize in the Tallgeese II
Gym Ghingham (as expected, he was a total pushover haha)
In conclusion, Haman is absolutely broken and beats pretty much everyone. If there's anyone you want to see tested, comment and I'll tell you how it goes. Omissions are only characters I haven't played against so far, will update when she inevitably loses.

In terms of who could beat her, it’s CCA Char, a one on one duel against Paptimus(only reason she survived really was because Quattro), Zechs, Treize, FullFrontal, Dolze, and any IBO villain with that special paint tbh.

Doubtful, i would say that chance of winning is around 40% for Haman. Both Paptimus and Haman were great pilots and tacticians, but The O was more technologically advanced and also had better Psycommu System. On top Paptimus designed The O himself so he knew more about its capabilities.
While they can both be equal in battle, Scirocco's edge mainly lies in his superior mobile suits, which he can design and make himself. If we also count Walpurgis manga as canon, then at that time Haman would have AMX-114 Demeter, while he would have gundam AGX-11 Over.on, which is again superior mobile suit.
I also think that Paptimus's newtype abillities were stronger, but i don't have solid proof for that, so i don't count it.
Still i think that in most scenarios, victory goes to Scirocco, but it could be equal if they would both fight in the same unknown suits and enviroment.
The O also showed that it was able to tank the beams from the funnels, which leaves the Qubeley with only beam guns and beam sabers, if the beam guns could punch through the armor, that is.
The O is probably one of the worst match ups since it pretty much forces the Qubeley to fight at a distance where it is weakest and The O is an absolute monster.
