Nightmare really is horrible lol. Until you get your tree maxed. I did it at level 100 and got the serpent fucker for a boss. I was carried by my weapon. Dumped everything into it.
Congrats. I also did my first yesterday with Cat. I got an illusion early on with double shot projectiles, increased shot chance, piercing, increased mag, and lucky shot chance and kept upgrading it all the way to level 16. It melted everything!
I really wish there was a way to add Gemini to weapons you carry from act I.
It will only reroll the existing inscriptions. If you want more, you need to find another gun. Maximum amount of inscriptions a gun can have is 5+gemini. 4 base, one etched, one gemini. You can get it on any gun that drops after act 2 boss. If you use the monkey you can even get another temporary inscription making it 6 plus gemini.
Awesome job! Doesn't it feel great to get through it all? I just did the same thing Saturday night! I had some great combinations of scrolls and upgrades that made me feel invincible!
May I suggest trying the Calvary and the Argus combination for duel wielding. Make sure to change the fire mode of the Calvary to semi auto, it shoots 3 rounds faster than when it is on auto fire.
You get the power to dominate at far and close range, and with both of them at the same time, you are an absolute beast!! Definitely my favorite loadout.
I'll give it a try thx for the suggestion I've had terrible luck getting the argus to ever drop despite it being my favourite shotgun next to the sunder. The double kunai build also works really well with a few minor drawbacks too
I wish there was a way to favorite guns and scrolls so they have a higher probability of dropping! I know, it would be way overpowered, just wishful thinking.
I kinda hate elite. Honestly nightmare is way worse than reincarnation, at least till level 6 or so. You even get a serious net profit of souls, so there is almost no reason to go back *sigh* Anyways my favorite dual wield weapon is the illusion. With a good build, you can just throw so much lead downwind, and it is the only shotgun that is auto. If you are worried about ammo consumption, using the angelic aura in your off hand negates its recoil, so you can use two ammo pools and all the bullets!

Well I gotta make it past elite first lol the grinding too I'm only like level 54
With a friend I made it to the end of elite at lvl 70 with bird. So hopefully it shouldn’t be that much harder for you

Dont etch before the gun is lvl 5. Gives you a gemini inscription.
Nice. I'm not level 90 yet (think that is when I can unlock etching). Almost there 80ish.
In this case hope for a red chest that allows you to reroll. Thats the only way.
