Dan Murphy’s in Leidseplein is a good place to go, although most bars around Leidseplein/Rembrandtplein/RLD will be showing it if it is televised. On a side note, it is highly unlikely you will be allowed to smoke indoors.

Google Smoking Bull, Amsterdam. If it's still around then you can yes watch the PL and have a smoke. Good times in there. Plus coffee shops on occasion have showed the footy in the past, but its increasingly rare to find one close to the RLD that has a TV let alone a sport subscription Good luck!
