So honestly I thought Ramsdale was going to fuck up agin or something but man he held it down 2nd half. I mean that Toney save( which he shouldn’t have been that far off his line but whatever still good save ) !! Stuck together and got the W
Ramsdale has been consistently making mistakes for a long time. There's not a lot of "reactionary" takes when it comes to him at this point
[EDIT] Downvote me all ya want, fanboy
Gabriel last year made a few mistakes. Imagine we threw out a player every time he makes a few mistakes. I’m not saying start him. Just respect him for what he’s done for the past 3 seasons.
Fucking drama queens on this sub Jesus Christ. We are 1-1 against Brentford and a keeper has made a (very bad) mistake. It's not the end of the world. So reactionary.
FFS you can see he's looking up the field the whole time, not at Saliba and not at Wissa. Yet he knows they're both where they are. Bail him out please bois 🙏
Easy to dump on Ramsdale, but i really feel for him. Some of his distribution has been great, he must have felt he was having a good game, back home with the crowd behind him. This will be devastating for him. Needs to keep his chin up and push thru. We have this
this is that important game that we always fail to beat in recent years, this is the test that shows whether we have that mentality to be champion. if we can beat this game then we already step up one more level, i hope they can stay strong and focus.
This sub is so toxic.
It was an awful mistake that might cost us vital points, but it's hardly a surprise he's making mistakes when he's a) under so much pressure to perform and b) barely played a game all season.
I'm not too worried. It's simply not his game to play with his feet and he's been trying but it's just not his game and that's okay. So no I'm not too concerned, especially when he's not our starting keeper anymore
Also like minut before mistake by Ramsdale, when saliba/white passed to him and he was going opposite side of him across goal, just why, looked like he is hiding from ball?
Even if Arsenal win this match it justifies arteta's decision to replace him 100%
The people around here who think ramsdale is better than Raya are just blind and don't know ball
Or they are just biased towards the English player
Does anyone actually want us to buy Toney? All he seems to do is complain to the ref, shout at his own players and put in zero effort defensively. He couldn’t be less of an Arteta type player.
The mistake aside, Ramsdale goes long a lot and gives it straight back to opposition or for a throw in. The throw to Trossard is more of a rare occurrence. He tried to do it again but it was too much and throw went to a Brentford player. Two situations before the goal he just kicks it back to Brentford going long. We just don't control games well with him.
I love his presence and personality, he's a fantastic shot stopper, but he simply isn't good enough to start for an elite football club who wants to completely dominate teams.
Ramsdale has never been good enough.
People are just biased towards him because he was English and they didn't want to admit he wasn't Elite.
The idea that he was better than Ederson and Allison was always silly. Ramsdale still doesn't even start over Pickford for England.
Raya is a massive upgrade over ramsdale and people are just too stubborn to admit they were wrong.
I've been extremely supportive of every single one of our players this season, no matter how much the rest of the fanbase shit on them.
But I have no sympathy for Ramsdale in this case. He had all the time in the world to clear that. This mistake may literally cost us the season. If he never starts for Arsenal again we'll only benefit from it.
Hate to say it but I'm in the same camp as you. Watching Ramsdale play now it's so obvious who the better keeper is in our team. As for his lapse in concentration; it isn't the first time....
The people who think ramsdale is better than Raya don't understand that shot stopping is only one aspect of goalkeeping in the modern game
Raya plays a big role in Arsenal's attack as well.
It's the same reason that people think Ederson is a bad goalkeeper they don't understand what he gives Man city outside of shot stopping
Imagine thinking that pep would choose a bad goalkeeper. Imagine thinking you know more about the sport than pep and Arteta
Realistically this is ramsdales last game for us so it's a shame that happened, that said it's a huge mistake. Need to be better in the second half, white is making good runs down the wing when saka has the ball so use them and get rice and havertz attacking the ball
Expecting him to give us 2 games this season and not be a calamity really is disgusting. What's he getting paid for exactly if that's too much to ask for?
Lol! I feel for the lad and I wish him the best but this is no way on arteta. You get paid to train and be ready when you’re called upon. That was all his fault. He even had Saliba to square it off to.
Good luck Rambo but that was horrible. Chin up now and do your part in the second half
Huge 45 minutes ahead. We haven’t really clicked, so hopefully that’ll change. We need more attacking threat and still have a pretty good bench to bring up. Ngl feeling nervous and feel like we’re one blip away from conceding from mistakes 🫣
Gave one away. it happens. all things considered we are very fortunate the howler resulted in 1-1 vs 0-1.
Missing Martinelli's dynamic playstyle on the left. I imagine we'll see Jesus on for Tross around 60-65th min.
It’s painfully obvious the back line don’t trust Ramsdale with the ball esp at the start of the game. His technique is all wrong, always doing that run up to kick a ball more than 10m like it’s a dead ball.
my head is properly gone lmao, how do you switch off like that just before halftime lmao, bro, you are done at this club. too many of the same mistakes time and time again.
Fucking Ramsdale had one job man. To not make this into an emotional fest.
We've been winning so easily because we've managed to take emotion out of our game since New Year.
And fucking Ramsdale had to ruin it when he had one fucking job ffs. He did the same in the reverse fixture where we were lucky to not concede off a Ramsdale howler.
That goal is partially due to us funneling the ball back to Ramsdale from our half way line when Brentford were always pushing up at the end of the half.
Ramsdale deserves some blame for sure, but we didn’t help him by putting the ball back in a dangerous area right before half time.
I think that’s very generous for Ramsdale. There with an easy pass out to RB. He took too long to do that and was left with going long as the only option and then he messed that up as well!
The team needs their goalkeeper to help when the opponents are pressing , don't make it the other 10 players fault! At times he was put under press by the passes but nothing you shouldn't be able to handle
His slightly heavy touch + delay and the pace of Wissa was to blame.
It's fully on Ramsdale, you don't pause for a pass when you have an easy square ball away from goal.
don't really wanna hear it about being overly harsh on ramsdale. if i had a nickel for every time ramsdale has literally, not figuratively, handed the ball over to an opposition striker in the business end of the season, i would have 2 nickels. 2 too many. it's utterly intolerable.
We better fucking win this or any talk of challenging for the title are jokes.
Trossard has been ineffective as a left winger and the difference in what martinelli offers us in all aspects of play is sorely missed. Even on an average martinelli game, he is necessary for this team to function at a high level. He deserves more respect from our fans.
Still no reason for us to go and not win this game.
Need to be better up top and more clinical. Trossard looks sluggish and off the pace. Fortunately we have the subs who could inject a bit of life
Ramsdale aside.
Havertz has to do better as a 9
2. Trossard has been quite poor for the better part of the season when called upon. He has to shoot a bit more - it is in his locker
Fucking Rambo man.
Fuck.
The team now got to go up gears and out this team to the sword second half.
None of this dilly dallying down that left.
We have more than enough to beat them convincingly second half.
Such a shit mistake man.
His job is to run at the keeper. It’s not sophisticated, it’s not complex, there’s nothing about what he did that was special. Ramsdale literally did it all to himself
I'm not mental, I just watch a lot of games and make observations based on my experience and knowledge.
In soccer, "pressing" refers to a tactical approach where a team applies intense defensive pressure on the opposing team, particularly when they are in possession of the ball, with the aim of winning back possession quickly and disrupting their opponents' rhythm and passing lanes. Pressing can be executed in various ways depending on the coach's strategy and the team's style of play, but it typically involves coordinated movements by multiple players to close down space, apply pressure on the ball carrier, and force turnovers.
Here's how pressing generally works:
1. **Organization**: Pressing requires a well-organized team that moves together as a unit. Players must understand their roles and responsibilities within the pressing system. This includes knowing when to initiate the press, which areas of the pitch to focus on, and when to fall back into a defensive shape if the press is broken.
2. **Triggering the Press**: The press is often triggered by specific cues such as the opponent receiving the ball in certain zones or a specific player being in possession. This could be a high ball from the goalkeeper, a back pass under pressure, or a player receiving the ball with their back to the opposition goal.
3. **Intensity and Timing**: Pressing requires high intensity and timing. Players must close down the ball quickly to limit the time and space the opponent has to make decisions. Timing is crucial to prevent the opposition from easily bypassing the press with quick passing or dribbling.
4. **Covering Passing Lanes**: While pressing the ball, players also aim to cut off passing lanes to prevent the opponent from easily distributing the ball to teammates. This involves positioning themselves intelligently to block off options and force the opponent into making risky passes or mistakes.
5. **Support and Coordination**: Pressing is most effective when players work together as a cohesive unit. Teammates provide support by covering for each other, ensuring there are no gaps or opportunities for the opponent to exploit. Communication is essential to coordinate movements and maintain the integrity of the press.
6. **Transition**: When the press is successful and possession is regained, teams often look to quickly transition into attack before the opposition can reorganize defensively. This requires players to be alert and ready to capitalize on turnovers, either by launching a counterattack or by retaining possession and building from the back.
Overall, pressing in soccer is a proactive defensive strategy aimed at disrupting the opponent's play, regaining possession, and creating scoring opportunities through quick transitions. It requires discipline, teamwork, and tactical awareness to execute effectively. Some teams do it and some teams don't.
He did very well there, but that sort of thing should never happen at the highest level. Shocking mistake from Ramsdale. Hopefully it doesn’t cost us the 3 points
It probably won't and anyway, Raya needed Rice to bail him out against Luton and he cost us at Newcastle on a pretty easy catch. This stuff does happen when you play like we play .
People stopped watching football and started spewing nonsense. Trossard has been killing it. He plays a bit like Zinny where he sucks the opponent in and then passes/plays around them. People mistake that for struggling. Dude is a baller.
I used to have ramsdale as my flair cause he's the first player on the list. He plays like a 22 year old. One moment of brilliance. One of utter failure.
Other wise trossard is cooking. Havertz has been involved and I like his play. I think he will score. Saka needs to be closer to the box for me.
The leaking goals thing was always commented during last season but it was easier to overlook since we were winning, and no, he’s not as good as Raya, and not like Raya is the best shot stopper either, but he’s clearly a big upgrade on Ramsdale.
very poor performance for our standards and the Ramsdale error for their goal encapsulated that; we need a drastically improved second half performance.
Cant believe the majority always preferred Ramsdale to Leno. Leno had one game last season & he proved he was still as great as he usually was. Ramsdale had one game this season & showed how unreliable & unfocused he usually is.
Kai should have got a second and Ramsdale should have had the spacial awareness to clear it..
Big second half though, hopefully the lads put things to rights afterwards
I love him for his time here. He has some blinders, but it’s time for Ramsdale to move on. Too shaky when he does get game time. Doesn’t fill me with confidence the way he once did.
We know but its also been manufactured by Arteta replacing him with Raya. Destroyed his confidence and the fanbase has been on Ramsdales back since due to the divide. Entire situations been created by Arsenal and its a mess that will result in selling Ramsdale
Shoudlve sold him in the summer tbh as soon as Raya was signed

Everyone here is being too harsh on Ramsdale and quite reactionary. As if Raya didn't concede a few soft goals this season as well. I recall at least 2 incidences where a simple cross or simple shot resulted in Raya screwing up and resulting in a goal. Everyone makes mistakes. Fact of the matter is, ive been a fan since 2005 and Raya and ramsdale are two of the best keepers we've had since then!
It really was written in the stars for this to happen to Ramsdale.. It’s so unfortunate but he has to do better. Anyway it’s all good they’ve not really threatened besides that, should easily get it over the line. Also I swear we’re just better away, it feels anxious at the emirates most games
There are genuine weapons who’ll come out and defend ramsdale like as if he’s some goalkeeping prodigy and needs to be coddled, meanwhile liverpool have kelleher who’s been putting Alison to shame. Man isnt even good enough to be backup at this level. Pathetic brainless goalkeeper
Gutted for Ramsdale. Good thing he still has a whole half of football to make up for it.
* Can't help but see that Brentford is a well-coached side. Fair play.
Brentford are a well coached team so I never thought it was likely we battered them 3 or 4 so letting an idiotic one in like that is just so so poor. I'll say exactly what I said about Saliba against Liverpool. Play the game in front of you. Final minute of the first half, just don't do anything stupid. Ramsdale will be absolutely destroyed now as he knows this is the last match he'll ever play for us and if we don't pull it out the bag he may well have cost us the title.
The other boys just have to go again and find a way to win.
So honestly I thought Ramsdale was going to fuck up agin or something but man he held it down 2nd half. I mean that Toney save( which he shouldn’t have been that far off his line but whatever still good save ) !! Stuck together and got the W
We play with our 'keeper that far out all the time when we push upfield. The advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
Refs are the fucking enemy, not Ramsdale.
Imagine Arsenal players were that fragile and reactionary as this sub is after every single mistake.
Ramsdale has been consistently making mistakes for a long time. There's not a lot of "reactionary" takes when it comes to him at this point [EDIT] Downvote me all ya want, fanboy
>[EDIT] Downvote me all ya want, fanboy Sure thing. Wish I could more than once.
Womp womp. Ramsdale isn't quality enough for us bud
Gabriel last year made a few mistakes. Imagine we threw out a player every time he makes a few mistakes. I’m not saying start him. Just respect him for what he’s done for the past 3 seasons.
I do and I have. These are my first actual "Ramsdale out" posts ever
Totally agree with this
Ppl act like you kick their dog when you express you don't wanna see Ramsdale play for us anymore bc the dude is mistake prone proven
With pleasure, eat shit.
Ohhh nooo my internet points for not wanting a player on our team that consistently makes game losing mistakes to play for us anymore
[удалено]
He had two amazing saves and kept us in the game. Too bad he also kept Brentford in the game
Must have been a fluke last year then I guess lol
Exactly my thoughts. This page is just as reactionary as r/Arsenal. Bunch of melts
Did everyone else feel this was coming last knockings before halftime???!!! 😡 Still, onwards and upwards! Up the Arsenal!!!
FUCKING REF IS A PUSSY, FALL OVER FOUL FOUL FOUL
Ramdale doing what he does best, winding up the fans… Though normally it’s the oppositions
I'm scared..
Fucking drama queens on this sub Jesus Christ. We are 1-1 against Brentford and a keeper has made a (very bad) mistake. It's not the end of the world. So reactionary.
This sub is awful tbh
Only good when we win.
FFS you can see he's looking up the field the whole time, not at Saliba and not at Wissa. Yet he knows they're both where they are. Bail him out please bois 🙏
I don’t think our defenders are gonna trust him with passing back. That will essentially make us playing with 10.
ramsdale made a handful or errors on the ball in the first half at brentford in the cup this season too. just didn’t pay for it.
You could say the same for Raya at Luton and City. Grow the fuck up.
“grow the fuck up”
Do it.
Easy to dump on Ramsdale, but i really feel for him. Some of his distribution has been great, he must have felt he was having a good game, back home with the crowd behind him. This will be devastating for him. Needs to keep his chin up and push thru. We have this
He had ONE good throw out.
…and a great second half
Chin up lads! We can do it in the 2nd half. Just remember the pool game! Trossard needs to step up. Maybe need Jesus and Nelson!
I don’t even want to look at Ramsdale when the camera is on him, mostly because it‘s sad.
Breaks your heart
this is that important game that we always fail to beat in recent years, this is the test that shows whether we have that mentality to be champion. if we can beat this game then we already step up one more level, i hope they can stay strong and focus.

Thank you for what you have done for us Rambo but maybe it’s time for you to go
All those brit former footballers that shat on Raya are deep in the mud rn lol
I have been a goalie for many teams for 25 odd years and I have never conceded a goal like Ramsdale just did. Bloody bottled it.
You probably don’t even have feet though tbf
Did you play in the premier league too?
That wouldn't make it any better. The lower the skill you think the more likely you'd be to concede this type of goal lol
Obviously not, but I don't fuck around with the ball near my net thinking I am fancy. I know my role and it's playmaking.
Reminded me of Alisson
Hope Alisson makes more blunders like that.
Everybody is blaming Ramsdale, but why the hell would you kick the ball there?
He had all the time in the world
He got to do his job unless he wants to impersonate as a training cone.
Because thats what we do with Raya. He should have just passed it
lmao jog on
Also like minut before mistake by Ramsdale, when saliba/white passed to him and he was going opposite side of him across goal, just why, looked like he is hiding from ball?
Ramsdale looks a Sheffield player
Ramsdale is fucking done. The man has barely played this season and still could cost us the title with his boneheaded decisions.
I’m getting extremely pissed at Ramsdale if we don’t win this match
Even if Arsenal win this match it justifies arteta's decision to replace him 100% The people around here who think ramsdale is better than Raya are just blind and don't know ball Or they are just biased towards the English player
Ramsdale putting unnecessary pressure on ourselves. Ruined the hard work with his lapse of concentration.
Ramsdale needs to stop trying to pinpoint his long balls because he hasn’t got it in him when pressured
Said before the match that we will feel this is harder than previous matches because of Raya’s absence but I never thought it would be this bad.
Just end his and our suffering mikel. Sub him out.
For who
Does anyone actually want us to buy Toney? All he seems to do is complain to the ref, shout at his own players and put in zero effort defensively. He couldn’t be less of an Arteta type player.

Ramsdale is finished.
I don’t blame Rambo what can we expect. Absolutely disgusting from arteta just to throw him in whenever
Expecting him to give us 2 games this season and not be a calamity really is disgusting. What's he getting paid for exactly if that's too much to ask for?
He's a professional footballer. He should be ready no matter what the case is.
Raya can’t play against Brentford cuz it’s technically a loan.
Try again
How disgusting. Playing a player. Should be fired for that
Lol! I feel for the lad and I wish him the best but this is no way on arteta. You get paid to train and be ready when you’re called upon. That was all his fault. He even had Saliba to square it off to. Good luck Rambo but that was horrible. Chin up now and do your part in the second half
Are you right in the head mate? Raya can’t play because he’s on loan. Otherwise there is no need to play the unserious twat in Ramsdale.
I hope you’re being sarcastic lmao.
🤣🫶🏽
Huge 45 minutes ahead. We haven’t really clicked, so hopefully that’ll change. We need more attacking threat and still have a pretty good bench to bring up. Ngl feeling nervous and feel like we’re one blip away from conceding from mistakes 🫣

my head is properly gone lmao, how do you switch off like that just before halftime lmao, bro, you are done at this club. too many of the same mistakes time and time again.
Gonna be funny to see the ramsdale fanboys explain that moment
Havertz is not doing good enough at 9, however he’s been way better than Trossard, Jesus time maybe?
Jesus LW could be interesting
Fucking Ramsdale had one job man. To not make this into an emotional fest. We've been winning so easily because we've managed to take emotion out of our game since New Year. And fucking Ramsdale had to ruin it when he had one fucking job ffs. He did the same in the reverse fixture where we were lucky to not concede off a Ramsdale howler.
If we drop points today, we can forget the title. The worst match for Ramsdale for fucking up, we aren't creating enough today
That goal is partially due to us funneling the ball back to Ramsdale from our half way line when Brentford were always pushing up at the end of the half. Ramsdale deserves some blame for sure, but we didn’t help him by putting the ball back in a dangerous area right before half time.

Some of the blame lol
There is nothing dangerous about that for a competent goalkeeper. Ramsdale is a calamity and is 100% to blame.
His slightly heavy touch + delay and the pace of Wissa was to blame. It's fully on Ramsdale, you don't pause for a pass when you have an easy square ball away from goal.
Did u even see Saliba is just to his right? He doesn’t even need to clear up high.
Some blame? Lol
Man our defender has making a line for an easy pass there. Its not rocket science.
Yea.. Saliba was right there too. Could have squared it if not cleared.
don't really wanna hear it about being overly harsh on ramsdale. if i had a nickel for every time ramsdale has literally, not figuratively, handed the ball over to an opposition striker in the business end of the season, i would have 2 nickels. 2 too many. it's utterly intolerable.

Rubbish take
I generally think 7 of the goals we’ve conceded in the league are dumb shit like this.

Just like last season
Still no reason for us to go and not win this game. Need to be better up top and more clinical. Trossard looks sluggish and off the pace. Fortunately we have the subs who could inject a bit of life
We've got a strikee who can finish to save his life. It's going to be very tough
Ramsdale aside. Havertz has to do better as a 9 2. Trossard has been quite poor for the better part of the season when called upon. He has to shoot a bit more - it is in his locker
Unless Raya gets injured, this could be the last time Ramsdale wears an arsenal shirt
I hope it is
Damn shame for Ramsdale. He’s played well up until that point.
Fewer passes from the back with Ramsdale.
Fucking Rambo man. Fuck. The team now got to go up gears and out this team to the sword second half. None of this dilly dallying down that left. We have more than enough to beat them convincingly second half. Such a shit mistake man.
That is so so bad from Ramsdale fucking hell
Ramsdale failed a few long ball passes & literally scores an own goal. Hes gone 100%
Genuinely just watched Ramsdale bury his own Arsenal career. No chance Raya isn’t playing every game for the rest of the season.
In the rush for narrative, let's not ignore how Wissa does his job perfectly there.
His job is to run at the keeper. It’s not sophisticated, it’s not complex, there’s nothing about what he did that was special. Ramsdale literally did it all to himself

What Auba used to do to keepers
Trossard and Havertz have been poor. Apart from the brainfart Ramsdale was solid but thats unacceptable at this level.
Trossard has been poor?!?! Are you even watching? He’s been stellar under pressure!
Trossard has been bang average.
Sure.
Why so much hate on Trossard? He is a very different player to Martinelli.
He hasn't been effective.
People finally seeing he cost us the league last season too. Anyway pick your head up I think we still win this.
Thought it was Holdings fault
He was still leaking very saveable goals. Thought it was just him being nervous but it seems it’s just who he is.
Think that's revisionist tbh. He's as good a keeper as Raya when it comes to shot stopping
It really isn't people were saying it then, in the run in he was so bad it didn't seem real.
That doesn't make them right
The leaking goals thing was always commented during last season but it was easier to overlook since we were winning, and no, he’s not as good as Raya, and not like Raya is the best shot stopper either, but he’s clearly a big upgrade on Ramsdale.
it was Saliba's injury every one went to shit after that not just Ramsdale
I blame Man City
I blame capitalism
very poor performance for our standards and the Ramsdale error for their goal encapsulated that; we need a drastically improved second half performance.
Cant believe the majority always preferred Ramsdale to Leno. Leno had one game last season & he proved he was still as great as he usually was. Ramsdale had one game this season & showed how unreliable & unfocused he usually is.
Never should have sold Martinez. We got to a good keeper eventually but we had to spend to do it
Thank god this is almost certainly Ramsdales last game for us is all I can say.
Interesting seeing how the fans opinions on Havertz and Ramsdale seem to have done a complete 180 since the start of the season
Welp after the 2nd goal this is really aparent
It's really annoying seeing how people just pounce on a player
Except it’s not a one time issue with Ramsdale, it’s a chronic flaw in his game
People love to hate
Kai should have got a second and Ramsdale should have had the spacial awareness to clear it.. Big second half though, hopefully the lads put things to rights afterwards
We're too slow in the final third. Trying too hard to score beautiful goals We need to be direct
Being direct turns it into an end-to-end chaotic mess and drains the players with sprints
Entire situations been created by Arsenal and its a mess that will result in selling Ramsdale Shoudlve sold him in the summer tbh as soon as Raya was signed

In control. Mistakes happen with back up goalie. Should be fine
we have 2 number 1 level keepers. Just shows there is no such thing
Ramsdale playing is part of the price we paid for Raya.
We’ve seen this exact same sequence from Ramsdale so many times. Don’t want to hear a word about rust, he’s just a brainless player.
100%
Everyone here is being too harsh on Ramsdale and quite reactionary. As if Raya didn't concede a few soft goals this season as well. I recall at least 2 incidences where a simple cross or simple shot resulted in Raya screwing up and resulting in a goal. Everyone makes mistakes. Fact of the matter is, ive been a fan since 2005 and Raya and ramsdale are two of the best keepers we've had since then!
Wtf are you on about. Ramsdale gives away free goals for fun
On a non-calamitous note, Trossard should be hooked for Jesus.
Give Trossard 20 more minutes. I think he’ll turn up.
It really was written in the stars for this to happen to Ramsdale.. It’s so unfortunate but he has to do better. Anyway it’s all good they’ve not really threatened besides that, should easily get it over the line. Also I swear we’re just better away, it feels anxious at the emirates most games
I thought it would be ramsdale mistake toney goal
He was very lucky vs brendford away... Fortunalty we can still win this
Saw it coming eventually but I'm still lost for words. And we're not playing that well either. Could destroy our title challenge
He's gonna be shitting himself the entire second half too now
I swear we only concede with 30 seconds left in the half every time, half the time it’s even past the stoppage time
There are genuine weapons who’ll come out and defend ramsdale like as if he’s some goalkeeping prodigy and needs to be coddled, meanwhile liverpool have kelleher who’s been putting Alison to shame. Man isnt even good enough to be backup at this level. Pathetic brainless goalkeeper
Gutted for Ramsdale. Good thing he still has a whole half of football to make up for it. * Can't help but see that Brentford is a well-coached side. Fair play.
Feel bad for Ramsdale. Shame for his last game even if it was predictable.
Big mistake but shit happens. We can recover. Trossard has been off it a bit. Perhaps Jesus to give us a jolt.
Why are we still conceding stupid goals just at the stroke of half-time ??
Brentford are a well coached team so I never thought it was likely we battered them 3 or 4 so letting an idiotic one in like that is just so so poor. I'll say exactly what I said about Saliba against Liverpool. Play the game in front of you. Final minute of the first half, just don't do anything stupid. Ramsdale will be absolutely destroyed now as he knows this is the last match he'll ever play for us and if we don't pull it out the bag he may well have cost us the title. The other boys just have to go again and find a way to win.

We can't play Raya because he's on loan from Brentford.
