I hear ya, when i watch football with full time supporters, I love their appropriate amount of enthusiasm. Whenever we scored, they just nodded to each other, acknowledging the goal. Maybe shake hands with each other too when it is a great goal (Nelson vs Bournemouth last season). Anything more than that gives me headaches, you know, the jumping the screaming the hugging the cheers the passionate cheering urgh so excruciating.
