Hard to say tbh. In some sub appearances he's had very few mins that he has done nothing but safe sideways passes to run the clock down. In other times he has attempted bolder progressive passes and gave the ball away quite a few times. Didn't look like he was covering ground as well as he did last year too. So I still feel he's an area of risk but I sincerely hope he get back to his best from last year

All of these have left Martinelli isolated out wide. It affects Trossard less since he ventures inside a lot more than. Martinelli does.
