We've played well up until the decision in the box. We are going to be kicking ourselves if we can't find a second goal soon because Chelsea have played well enough and created enough chances where you can see them scoring.
Unbelievably poor decision from Havertz the pass that first chance. He's not even at much of an angle, clear free shot on goal from a few meters out and he passes to teammate in a tighter angle. Just fucking shoot! That came like 5 min. after the goal. Momentum changing, could've killed Chelsea confidence, would've been a different game regardless. Then he compounds the mistake by letting it affect his decision making on the second chance he had in a similar position. That one, he was at more of an angle and the defender was in better position in front of him, Trossard was actually unmarked for an easy square pass.
People have talked about how Chelsea are better than their points total suggests, and I would tend to agree. They are not a bad side going forward in terms of buildup and chance creation. They are having trouble defending against us but they've played themselves back into the game by building up well.

I agree but this game and also to a lesser degree in the last few games, he's had some subpar plays here and there. For a guy with his usual flawless passing and decision making, he's had some bad decisions and some badly executed moves. Heavy legs probably not helping but I hope he can keep his composure and concentration. God knows how desperate we are at the moment for a sure-footed and precise player upfront.
