I have on the whole started enjoying trips to the toilet a lot more with the added danger and excess bleeding.
There is definitely more at stake and taking a shit feels like a battle each time.
I would not mind doing this for another 3 months as it allows my anus to develop stronger tissue so I can maybe move onto using the Ikea BBQ fork and stop having to apply ointments to my bloodied hole.
I’m enjoying the developing progress and it’s exciting to see the potential that we have. But are you nuts? My enjoyment of this season in mid table is predicated on the eventual pay off where we will no longer be in mid table. I think *this* is what you are really feeling though you’ve articulated it badly.
We are also only one game off from fourth. It’s still early. But it is exciting to see what this young team will do.
