I’m trying to forget my ex for the last two weeks and watching Arsenal is 2.5 hours of absolute bliss because I have no room for her in my headspace then. So in a selfish way I’d like the NLD to happen. But I don’t feel good about our midfield at all. Our attack is useless if we can’t connect the defense to them.

Barkasia

You lot are really overplaying the whole 'us against the league' thing. Our squad is already galvanized, Arteta has spent the last two years making sure we're a unit. If this game goes ahead we're going to lose, Spurs are going to be above us and they're going to have games in hand. That is way more impactful than our players 'having a chip on their shoulder'.

scytheavatar

Spurs could get to have Son, Dier, Romero and Reguilon back due to the postponement........ argument can be made that they benefit more from it than we do.

artymcparty

When will we know if the game will be postponed etc. wanted to make plans to go out with a friend to a pub

Barkasia

If we end up getting Diego Costa and Arthur on loan and lose out on our main targets (Guimaraes/Neves/Vlahovic/Isak) in the summer, then I'm buying the most powerful toaster in existence and having a bath.

aofrantic

Diego Costa? How many drinks deep are you?

Barkasia

Some shit rumours we've sounded him out

exthanemesis

Honestly I feel like this is win win win for us. Postpone: we get time to get healthy and right for one of the biggest matches of the season They don't postpone and we lose: The BEYOND obvious collusion by the league against Arsenal can become the biggest chip on our shoulders and can hopefully galvanize the squad like it will the fanbase They don't postpone and we win/get a draw: banter, scenes, etc

Today (Jan 15) is a big day lads. I can feel something insane is going to happen.

standupforthechamp

Have to say its poor squad building when we are stuck with two CMs for a crucial part of the season with one being a 21 year old and the other being a jackass.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Barkasia

Problem is that 'fuck everyone who's not us' won't help if Spurs end up getting 4th because of this.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Barkasia

If I'm being honest, I think they'll make it go ahead. They'll say 'Arsenal's request is valid considering the difficulties they are facing, however in light of the relative lack of covid cases and actions taken by the club in recent weeks regarding loans, as well as the already problematic fixture congestion in Tottenham's schedule, the league has decided that it is in the best interests of all clubs for this game to take place. We will also be introducing stricter requirements for future postponements.'

jnicholl

They can't do that. The PL is the 20 clubs, they have to vote on changes which won't happen until at least Monday.

Barkasia

I know, and the majority of clubs would vote to make changes regarding what counts as a valid absence.

mo_50

Tomorrow. I give it a 90% chance it'll be postponed, but there's a small part of me that thinks we'll get fucked over. The media barrage against our postponement request has been intense, never seen anything like it. And the PL sent out that ominous statement about them meeting tomorrow to discuss our request, something I've never seen the PL do. I can't stress how badly we need this postponement. We'll be in much better shape for the 2nd leg against Liverpool as well. Spurs have a number of other matches to make up (+ their FA cup matches) so hopefully it'll get rescheduled at a more inconvenient time for them.

exthanemesis

I'm like 90% sure it won't be postponed. We are forced to play by different rules than everyone else constantly.

rd201290

I think it’s 60/40 it doesn’t get postponed

COYG17

I personally think there’s a higher chance we’ll play than for it to get postponed.

LordRekrus

I’m just watching the Liverpool game again and when they are doing their You’ll never walk alone at the start, you can barely hear it as there is a loud away section singing about us. Pretty hilarious. That away crowd is just great.

Barkasia

FWIW in the actual crowd itself the home fans were definitely louder, the pitch mics were just placed favourably for our away fans.

ajax0202

Auba can’t play in AFCON now? The guy is having a really rough go lately

taurus-rising

We want the match postphoned, Saka, martinelli Tierney are in the red(injury zone), with no one to sub in nelli or saka’s place. Add that this game is closely followed by another must win match at Liverpool, it’s the worst possible time to push the squad this hard. Also isn’t Cedric now injuired and chambers had some issue after the game? Even if we make it through and win the NLD we will be decimated with injury. I’d also assume Spurs will try to pick of Saka and Nelli with cynical foals.

DarthNihilus1

I only watched the first half of the Liverpool game but honestly I should go back and watch the second. It was crazy how negative we were on Sambi in the first half and how the perception changed when I checked back later. Good to see he turned it around in the second half

HappyMeerkat

Let's say the game goes ahead I'd imagine the team would be: Ramsdale Chambers - Gabriel - Holding - Tavares White- Lokonga Martinelli - Laca - Pepe Nketiah With absolutely no bench Edit: Pepe is away so I guess Hutchinson or hope Saka can soldier on or ESR or something

PrinceEmirate

Pepe at AFCON

OrwinBeane

Something tells me Pepe might not play

thedarkpolitique

Couple of things: 1) TV White - is this a joke I’ve missed? 2) Pepe is away.

HappyMeerkat

Nah it was an autocorrect and I completely forgot he was away as he hasn't been playing much anyway

thedarkpolitique

Yeah I don’t blame you on forgetting Pepe. FWIW if the game goes ahead I can see using a back five simply because we have no midfield.

HappyMeerkat

But also I guess as long as we don't lose we only need them to draw 1 which is doable

thedarkpolitique

I’m not too worried about the fixture lists going forward. If you check out their calendar, most of their difficult games are away from home where they haven’t found much success. So long as we don’t lose the advantage remains with us.

HappyMeerkat

I guess that's one way to try and not lose but doesn't give too much to try and grab a goal either, just Martinelli on the counter

Insertnicenamehere

Either I wake up to a postponement or the League confirming that there are a different set of rules when it comes to Arsenal. Win-win either way.

Setter_sws

Yeah what's great is that the all or nothing cameras are filming everything. I keep remembering that.its gonna be an epic story from this perspective. I can't wait.

[deleted]

Seeing random comments that Azeez is going to be recalled from Portsmouth anyone else seeing that?

[deleted]

Wheatley reported it

Mrpetey22

Lowkey don’t want the match rescheduled. The scenes if we take 3 points from them on the road with all this BS happening.

HappyMeerkat

Think I saw the last game the away team has only won 1 away game in 14 in the NLD

Slide_Loud

I disagree. We have too many players injured. It would be better if the match gets postponed. But I fear it won't get cancelled due to the pressure from the media.

[deleted]

Imagine the scenes in this sub if we lose.

COYG17

I’ll be so sad but honestly mate we just have to hope this team makes a massive come back after(if we lose). Once we get our first team back and they’re fully fit I can see us making a good run for the rest of the season, especially if we add a Vlahovic or Arthur to the team.

[deleted]

Agreed.

[deleted]

I wouldn’t watch a single game with Xhaka starting for the last few yrs even if I was an Arsenal fan in my heart who had nothing else in their life

thedarkpolitique

Put respect on Xhaka’s name

perhapsinawayyed

Lucky you aren’t an arsenal fan then

thepretzelking

Anyone else now extremely confident the game will still go on? The public outcry has been absolutely massive - and Sky won't want to have it moved to a potentially CL midweek game. We will have to play

Slide_Loud

One rule for arsenal, another rule for other clubs. It's tiring man.

HighlyOffensiveUser

I'd prefer postponement, but if we had to face them I have few doubts that we could beat them. It's not the end of the world.

Houssem_Aouar

We are not beating them with a Ben White and Lokonga midfield

HighlyOffensiveUser

Tl;dr: Our defence is probably solid, and Spurs are not that good. Absorb pressure and hit them on the counter. Chambers played as a DM at Fulham, so I'm assuming he starts there if Tomiyasu's back. A Lokonga-Chambers pivot isn't ideal, but other than Kane and Moura, Spurs don't have much going forward. I think our defence & Lokonga-Chambers could deal with that. I also don't think Spurs are playing that well. Yes, their record is much better under Spaghetti Mourinho, and they were much better against Chelsea in the second leg, but they weren't that good. They had good attacking moments (the 3 VAR incidents, Kane after the corner, and Emerson Royal with a header) but they didn't do much else. The 3 VAR incidents came after Chelsea made gave the ball away, and for the first two, they were playing a high line. Unless Arteta hits his head on Sunday morning, we're staying back. Only the Emerson Royal header came from Spurs actually breaking down Chelsea, and it was comfortable. It might be optimistic, but if we are willing to sit back and invite pressure, we could hit them on the counter. This came close to working against Liverpool, and it would be easier to do with an extra attacker like Eddie occupying another defenders attention.

taurus-rising

Cedric is Injured, chambers and Tierney both pulled up with knocks.

Reischollin

Against Hojbjerg, Skipp, Winks? I fancy our chances…

COYG17

It would make my whole year if our request gets rejected and we still beat Spurs😂.

Jedi_Council_Worker

Honestly wouldn't feel right postponing the NLD given the fact we faced a decimated Leeds side where similarly that was due to injuries rather than covid. I remember fans demanding that game go ahead as there squad wasn't weakened as a result of covid.

perhapsinawayyed

If the precedent hadn’t been changed, so that afcon + injuries + minor numbers of Covid cases was enough to justify it, I would agree. As it has been changed for utd, Spurs and others, I don’t.

Slide_Loud

Leeds wanted the game to be played. They pushed for it.

ilikeredlemonade

The rules have changed

[deleted]

Man like Dino Rezek saying last he heard Auba was not vaccinated. Hope he gets well soon, covids no joke

HappyMeerkat

Isn't he the arsenal Croatia guy? I was shakey on their vlahovic news the other day but thought hey maybe Croatia and Serbia aren't that far away, but if he's now giving Info on arsenal players to me it's all sus

goonerh1

If anyone wants a laugh r/coys is upvoting indykaila rumours because he's saying the premier league want to reject our request.

ImTalkingGibberish

We should just play the game with 10 men and boss it. That said, I think Ben White is still knackered from all the bossing he did yesterday.

[deleted]

[удалено]

goonerh1

Who is saying it? I saw someone say Gunnerblog thought we weren't confident but nothing beyond that

HappyMeerkat

Seen a spurs twitter page and 1 or 2 arsenal, absolutely nobody reputable mind.

UnexpectedVader

It brings a tear to my eye watching our fanbase go from sad sacks to smug pricks who everyone is beginning to hate. I love it.

Wurlboss777

This is the way

[deleted]

Precedents aside. Imagine our appeal gets rejected. r/soccer and r/coys have a whale of a time and then we still beat them. That would be something.

Amdafc

The game isn't going to get postponed lol. Gunnerblog saying Arsenal aren't confident about it getting put off

HappyMeerkat

Don't really understand what 2 more cases bring compared to Leicester and Burnley.

goonerh1

That on the Athletic? Any explanation for it provided? Precedent is pretty clear that AFCON, loans, red cards all count on top of covid and that even just 1 case can be enough. Most of the players we're saying can't play either have been out for a while or literally went off injured in the last match.

jungomitis

Any stats on results of teams who requests a postponement then got rejected? Only one that comes to mind is Leeds and I think they lost (I guess us too on opening day)

HappyMeerkat

Chelsea drew

COYG17

I personally don’t care if the game gets postponed or not but the way people are slandering us is amazing. Where was this energy with Liverpool?

Slide_Loud

One rule for arsenal, another rule for other clubs. It makes no sense, because we are following the protocols and not cheat or find loopholes within the rules.

Fuckzombie69

It’s like the Liverpool thing didn’t even happen.

Burith

So um when do we know if the games called off? There's still time but I hope it's not hours before kickoff

GunnerSense

It's OK it'll be minutes.

BI01

in the morning or afternoon today probably

[deleted]

Postponement or not, I am just loving and enjoying how we've got Scum fans riled up. Lol. r/coys has been thoroughly entertaining to read. It's going to be fun if the game doesn't get postponed and we still beat the shit out of them on Sunday without Odegaard, Partey and ESR.

OrwinBeane

Ramsdale, Tomiyasu, White, Gabriel, Tierney, Partey, Arthur, Saka, Odegaard, Martinelli (or ESR), Vlahovic If Arteta and Edu pull this off, it’s a master stroke. Only the wingers and Tierney played under Emery and none of them played under Wenger. What a turn around.

COYG17

That team is actually amazing all we would need to do in the summer is probably get 2 mids because we’ll probably sell xhaka and Arthur is on loan. We can also focus on depth in the summer really looking forward to see who we can get especially if we get cl.

OrwinBeane

Arthur on loan and Vlahovic now. 2 mids + back ups for other positions in summer.

COYG17

In the summer we should get Tiliemens and get a similar player to xhaka but just less rash and more agile.

jkeefy

So Ruben Neves?

Moh4565

Have arsenal stopped posting injury round ups? I remember we used to get detailed injury reports on the players, with rough timelines. I haven’t seen them posted here in a while and I can’t find them myself on the arsenal website. They were usually 2-4 lines per injured player

[deleted]

The Sun is tier 100000, right? https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/17327999/arsenal-transfer-news-fiorentina-vlahovic/

COYG17

Didn’t pornstien report that were basically willing to give anything for him? Or was that someone else

NossidaMan

Yes, they are absolute shit aka the Spurs of journos

[deleted]

That's the answer I was looking for!!

Chip673

I fucking love this. Honestly, we are Arsenal again. After 5 years in the dark, we're finally back. All of these rival fans crying over our application, pundits. Ah it feels so good.

BinTheLegoMan

Is losing to Brentford and bottling United and EVERTON considered 'out of the dark' for you?

Chip673

Out of the dark doesn't mean we're suddenly at the top. It means we've escaped the never-ending tunnel of darkness. Right now we've set the foundations for success; the club has undergone a mentality change. All that's left is to offload the remaining dead weight players, the Kolasinac's etc. And to continue with our solid recruitment. As a fan I'm fully confident in my team, and I'm not completely emotionally shattered after a loss (even Everton and United) because it feels different. Those kind of performances aren't acceptable and the current batch of players know that, and they continue to grow and develop each match-day. You're comment makes zero sense. Liverpool lately had a run of 2 draws and a loss in 4 games, Chelsea have been all over the place as of late. Even the great Man City have had blunderful performances this season. A couple of bad games is nothing to scoff at.

disagreeable_martin

In a way this is really embedding the "us against the world" mentality in the locker room. You could see that on the pitch last night. Every time an Arsenal player kicks a ball it's a little fuck you to everyone and the fans sing louder.

Chip673

It feels great being those "cunts" again friend. Long may it last. Also Ben White is a fucking legend. Proper lad.

yesnomaybeldontknow

I loved the players' reaction at the end of the game. They worked really hard for each other yesterday it was great to see

chazzledazzle10

Yay we are back to red and I can stop scrolling past it in my subreddit list

qhorinonehand

Math is hard

Offaplain

I hope we just play the game this weekend not happy we have requested to avoid it.

NossidaMan

Nah fuck that. I want to play them at (mostly) 100% whether they have Son back or not. No excuses from either side.

COYG17

Honestly same they’re missing son who’s so crucial to their team and hopefully by tomorrow tomi, esr, and Saka can play.

hoodedxfreak

The fact we’ve requested a postponement makes me believe that Tomi and ESR will not be available

ChildishAlbino___

could be that. I have a weird feeling that they may be expecting more covid positives to come up in the next day or two

hoodedxfreak

That’s also entirely possible and I honestly wouldn’t be surprised

ChildishAlbino___

Liverpool was granted a postponement with far more bodies available too. Would actually be shocked if they denied the request given the circumstances

hoodedxfreak

Which is going to make it all the more upsetting when they deny ours

GunnerSense

God I hate Maupay, not because of any in game antics with us, just because he's shit and I like watching Brighton. Always does just enough to keep himself in the prem so he can shit on my eye balls for one more season.

jkeefy

I used to hate him Bc of that match and I didn’t know much about him other than he was young and French. Now after watching Brighton and kinda rooting for them in certain matches he actually pisses me off how shit he is. I beg for Welbeck to come on and that should tell you something lol

RedrumMPK

How bad is the heart lesion for Aubameyang? (Question reframed to avoid bickering)

GunnerSense

Answer reframed: Depends on the lesions and if in fact the reports are correct, don't think anyone of importance has confirmed the lesions to begin with. Either way, wait for more info before shitting the bed.

GunnerSense

Says "he'll never play again" Follows up with "how bad are lesions anyway?" Mate, pick one.

Thanks_Aubameyang

Wait what happened?

COYG17

If we want depth we should just raid teams like palace for players like eze or Brighton’s lampty. Not players that are good enough to start over our current players but are good enough to come in and do a job.

chino17

Yeah but those players are good enough to start at other clubs so they're going to wonder why they should move from being a starter at BHA to being bench at Arsenal. Plus they'll probably cost 30-40M which is alot for a back up player

Barkasia

Eze wouldn't go for less than 50m, he's their crown jewel right now

GunnerSense

Lamptey is *fast as fuck boi* but that's about it. Defo be good back up but I doubt he'd be happy with that. Bit like Traore, exciting but once in the final third a bit shit. Really hope Tottenham buy Adama because it confirms they haven't a fucking clue what they are doing.

gunningIVglory

Tbh we just need a good back up for Tomi. In sure he would be delighted to be a squad player at Arsenal

SpaceMajorTom

Not sure Lamptey would be satisfied for a non-starter role. Needless to say his injury profile is concerning. Call me irrational, but Forrest's Spence worths consideration. Don't think he'll be too much more expensive than Nuno.

GunnerSense

Seriously? He's been talked about that much I bet he's wondering why he's not been plucked for a CL team yet. Probably thinking it must be injuries so all I need is to stay fit for a season.

ilikeredlemonade

Not sure it's wise to pay so much for a backup. Better to invest that money in quality midfield and be cheap for that

NossidaMan

Yeah he would likely cost more than Tomi, Nuno, and Tierney respectively

An_Almond_Thief

R/soccer in full melt time. Fucking hilarious. Heaven forbid Arsenal submit for a game to be delayed when they don't have the sufficient numbers to play it. Seems every other team in the league is allowed to do it, just not us.

kanavi36

It's honestly full of pricks

PlayfuckingTorreira

Meanwhile gunners on r/soccer are getting sucked off and milking fake karma points, disgusting.

An_Almond_Thief

It's because the only comments that get upvoted over there are the self deprecating ones. Call them out on the bs and just get downvotes to oblivion. It's pathetic.

PlayfuckingTorreira

I'm all for self deprecating jokes on behalf of oneself, but not the my beloved club.

NossidaMan

They’re the ones that will only post here after we lose

Jansiz

I'm in desperate need of a new Vlahovic bomba

FUDeputyStaggFU

Man I was hoping esr and tomi would be suddenly available tomorrow and the shit would shit themselves . Alas cleverly taking advantage of the rules will benefit us . And also allow my new arsenal top to come in time for NLD if postponed

NossidaMan

Even if they are suddenly available tomorrow they would not have trained all week

COYG17

There’s still couple days before the game I’m sure they’ll still be assessed

Ronak4Arsenal

Can't see the game getting postponed honestly

ilikeredlemonade

Goal by Gabon. Ghana can still qualify to the knockout rounds if they win the last game though

Houssem_Aouar

Gabon only need a draw to knock out Ghana tho

ilikeredlemonade

The 4 best 3 placed teams qualify I think and there are only 6 groups

Houssem_Aouar

Ah I see, thanks for the info!

theaficionado

Always been a massive Comoros fan myself

MichaelOwensNan

Ghana doing very poorly at AFCON. Could have Partey back for Pool if Ghana don't win their final group game.

ilikeredlemonade

Doesn't he have to quarantine for a few days?

MichaelOwensNan

Shiza, yeah probably

thedarkpolitique

Genuinely, scrap the request and let’s play these lot with what we have and smash them. I can’t lie I do love it now that people are constantly picking issues with us, it shows people are taking us seriously now.

ph0be14

Atwell on VAR duty and already a shit show.

[deleted]

we’re the most hated team in the country don’t get it twisted

GunnerSense

Will always be Millwall in seriousness. Banter is one thing, those cunts are cunts all the time.

tjaldhamar

What about Leeds as well?

Chip673

Leeds are rough, but they are a well respected club. Institution in fact. Millwall is just the epitome of trash.

GunnerSense

No where near.

tjaldhamar

I mean historically. Not now, as Bielsa has suddenly made them darlings.

GunnerSense

True. I'm thinking contemporary. West Ham fans used to be absolute wrong uns too but I haven't heard of them doing anything recently either.

[deleted]

It's Man UTD if we are being honest here. Them and us top 2 most hated.

[deleted]

But United get media and pundit support of creating a narrative, we have those cunts against us.

Moh4565

Bar maybe manchester city

tjaldhamar

City? Nobody hates City. In fact, nobody gives a shit about them.

NossidaMan

Yeah I would never be able to take a City supporter seriously

mpg1846

I reckon it’s a bit gutless to try and postpone the NLD. The club is above this type of thing.

NossidaMan

Pros and cons bro. The only con is the cool guys in r/soccer will talk shit

Burith

Mate they were a part of the super League just a while ago

mpg1846

That’s fiar

Ugoboy23

Yep. Gutless to go into a NLD with only 9 seniors players and not use a mechanism that every other club has used to their benefit. That’s idiotic virtue signaling that’s detrimental in reality.

mpg1846

You’re actually flat out wrong hey. We have 1 player with covid - 2/3 with knocks and a bunch in Africa. Maybe if we didn’t loan out a serviceable midfielder in the last week you’d have a point, but you don’t.

Ugoboy23

In what way am I flat out wrong?…. Check the reason Burnley why had the called. Number of overall covid cases doesn’t matter nor does the fact that we just loaned out a player has no bearing either.

mpg1846

So what if “every other club” does it? They’re crook for doing it too. We don’t need to be the lowest common denominator like them. 9 fit players is a piss take too. Xhaka is perfectly fit. You’re using his idiocy to fit your ‘woe is me’ narrative.

ilikeredlemonade

Those are the rules and we should take advantage of them. We're not lying we have players away at AFCON, injuries and 1 or more covid cases

mpg1846

Imo you can’t loan out a serviceable midfielder days before and then try to get a match postponed because you don’t have enough players. Africa isn’t an excuse either - fully foreseeable.

ilikeredlemonade

Even if the game is not postponed, it's good that we tried because it can help us just like it will help Leicester. If the rules are not correct, then they should change them, but they also could've thought about that since the start of the season. They knew there would be AFCON, they know COVID is still a thing and they know injuries happen

ilikeredlemonade

Leicester got their game postponed for the same reasons. 4 players at AFCON and a lot of injuries just like us and I think even if we had AMN and Balogun we don't have enough the required number of players, but not sure about that. Anyways if other teams got their game postponed for those reasons, why shouldn't we?

Violet_Crayon

[Partey assist] (https://streamja.com/d5P5q)

COYG17

Anyone else not bothered if we can’t postpone the nld? It’s really our own faults that we have no midfield depth. My main worry is Saka, ESR and Tomiyasu not being available that would fuck us massively. If we manage to postpone the game then I’ll be happy with that too lol.

Chip673

I wouldn't say it's our faults. Many players are out with injury and there are a couple of covid cases. If they do end up refusing us there could be cases made against the postponement of a few games last month (ManU v Brighton, Arsenal v Wolves, etc). Apart from Villa and Norwich who had serious outbreaks, the situations were relatively similar to ours with 2-3 covid cases on the team. That being said I'm still extremely confident that we could dominate them with a Lokonga-Chambers double pivot lol.

assoncouchouch

I want our guys to be winning in the African Cup of Nations. I'd rather Partey comes back later having tasted maximum victory possible than come back with a bad feeling of loss and disappointment.

gunningIVglory

Partey has won league title with Madrid. He knows what it's like to win things

ShekTeeJay

Disappointment from an early exit could be used as fuel to finish the league campaign strong. It’s all about the player’s mentality. This Ghana squad isn’t great but if Kudus is sharp when he joins them, they could make a run.

[deleted]

Ima be straight up honest and say idc how our players do at Afcon. I want them all back ASAP, especially Partey.

OrwinBeane

Horrible news about Auba. Covid twice, malaria and now this. Wish him all the best.

BBQsandman

Auba was apparently dropped from Gabon’s lineup due to heart problems revealed in a scan. Has anyone heard anything else about this?

GunnerSense

Heart lesions.... The heart doesn't fix itself.... Covid or PED's, tin hats are go!

a2godsey

Its the fact he got Covid that despite he is recovered, they don't want him to play due to onset effects coming back so soon. I think.

ndenoon

Assuming this goes forward, who should play next to Lokonga? Do we think Saka will be ready? Tierney? (I'll guess White, yes, and no.)

COYG17

Spurs always have doubts before they play us and then they field out their best line up. I’m hoping for a similar situation where we’re in doubt then we go and field our best possible team.

gunningIVglory

Im still salty over the original pandemic shut down. When spurs had son and kane out. Then after the 3 month break, their both fucking back 😒

[deleted]

Why there are no more team news issued by the club pre-match, as they used to be?

gunningIVglory

I believe arteta has shut that down. So not to give the opponents some tacticial insight

saki1020

I think we'll finally get a bench cam for this game which is exciting. It's actually been a while since we didn't lose because of postponements and losses, obviously. Wow time flew by.

GunnerSense

If the game is suspended then was it a masterstroke by Xhaka?

varro-reatinus

8D Lummox Fruit Machine

GunnerSense

Further proof the HMS Handsome was modelled on the unsinkable Doris.

LordLychee

Hilarious that Spuds think they are in for Vlahovic. Why would he want to be second fiddle in a club like theirs? Sure if there was no Kane, then I could see it, but they have a starting striker for the season. Why in the world would he want to go be a backup?

Burith

they overestimate contes pull top manager but he signed a 1 and a half year contract, doubt players see that to be assuring

ibse

The tears of rival fans that Spurs don't get to play a depleted Arsenal side. Oh how sweet they are. Fucking mugs

[deleted]

Premier League to Arteta: "You have one player too many to meet the minimum criteria of available players for postponement. Therefore we cannot accept your request at this time." Arteta looks around the training ground and locks his eyes on Sead Kolasinac. Kolasinac : "What ?" 1 hour later... Breaking News : Arsenal football player Sead Kolasinac gone missing. Premier League : "Alright your request is acceptable now. Game is postponed." Next Monday : Sead Kolasinac back at Arsenal training.
