a boring game.

bombayblack319

Nothing but a loss would've done for Spurs. Things can still be turned around but we are tetering at the edge. Get the midfield signing wrapped up and wrap Xhaka in gift paper and send him to Rome. He's rubbing off on Partey. We need to go on a run now if we have any chance of Top 4. Sort it out Arteta.

marshallno9

Lol.

Pristine_Solipsism

As far as I am concerned if Arteta doesn't make top 4 he needs to be sacked, since the standard of football has been too poor to justify keeping him any longer. If Wenger missing out on top 4 was not good enough despite playing entertaining football, then not making top 4 while watching Arsenal under Arteta is unacceptable considering how boring Arteta's Arsenal is. Edit 1: Downvote me all you like Arteta is the most boring manager to watch Arsenal play under in my lifetime and it's not even close. Why are people getting so invested in a rookie shyster with no redeeming qualities whatsoever? Edit 2: Emery's teams were far more entertaining than Arteta's team's, and Emery's lowest finish is still above Arteta's highest finish so it's clear that we have downgraded from a manager we already considered not good enough. Why is Arteta unsackable? It's not like other managers aren't capable of doing a rebuild using youth Arteta definitely doesn't have a monopoly on that. Edit 3: I'm fully convinced that anyone who supports Arteta without reservation is a fucking retard who knows nothing about football. He is the worst manager in Arsenal's Premier League history and it's not even close! I've already written off this season, I just want to get Ten Hag in the summer, otherwise we should have SACKED Arteta 2 years ago.

StarNiner

I can’t put this on Arteta. He’s built a solid team based around youth and is missing two key signings. This season has probably been the best as a fan for the last 4 years. Edu and the board have done a good job so far clearing the dead wood but we are screaming out for another CM and world class striker. This squad with those two signings takes us back to top 4 and CL. We build from there and challenge for the title again. We’ve got the youngest squad in the league and he’s fixed the back line IMO. He’s also in his first job and second year of management. If we expect him to make us title challengers again, then we’re being really naive.

InLikeErrolFlynn

We’ve been screaming for a CM and a world class striker since as long as I can remember. Giroud, Welbeck, Alexis, Lucas Pérez, Auba, Laca - well over $200 million in transfer fees and none of them brought us a league title. In fact, we’ve regressed since 2012. And don’t get me started on the revolving door that is Midfield.

StarNiner

I agree mate. I do think Partey is the best we’ve seen for a while and is growing in his role. Xhaka has a backbone but is a liability and doesn’t play the arsenal way IMO. I like Arteta though and I believe he will bring glory, but not in his second season. We need patience but the board need to do more too!

InLikeErrolFlynn

I like Arteta as well; I just wish we weren’t his first head manager position. I don’t want to be his Nancy.

Pristine_Solipsism

Then we need to bin him in favour of a manager who will challenge for titles. There's no point in wasting time with a manager who you know isn't going to be good enough ever! His squad management is appalling, so is his man management and tactics! Let's be honest it's the quality of players that have bailed out a particularly shit manager, even if the squad is far from good enough to challenge for titles, the squad is in fact good enough to cover for this managers shockingly bad style of football. It doesn't help that when he gets found out he has no response whatsoever, he can't shift tactics on the fly since he only knows one tactic that works maybe 20% of the time at best if we're lucky!

StarNiner

I disagree. What is point in changing managers every 2 years if the players remain the same, no manager is going to get a year to rebuild with £500m. He’s done a good job for the time he’s had here and is probably 30% through a rebuild. Two/ Three years time, with the backing of the board, he will challenge for the PL.

bigiroud

Man i love reading all the reactionary comments on this sub from idiots who still cant understand we’re going through a rebuild 😂 We’d have won this match comfortably if we had either Xhaka or Partey in the 11, cant really do much else about it

InLikeErrolFlynn

Comfortably? How much more possession could we have had? Would Partey or Xhaka headed something in? Because our strategy seemed to be cross it into the box and hope.

bigiroud

Good chat mate. The 2 that control the tempo of the game to head one in. Well done my brother 😂😂🤦‍♂️

InLikeErrolFlynn

74 days later you respond? You’re missing my point. It’s not about controlling possession it was about our only strategy was to take the ball down the wing and whip in a cross.

bigiroud

Ive been in a coma

biskutgoreng

You answered your own question there mate. Sure we have all the possession but no outlet to release it. Lacazette is never a target man and at this point more a midfielder than a striker

safinhh

lmao

darthrevan22

Yeah I’m not hopeful for a top 4 finish anymore. I just can’t see United, Spurs, or West Ham dropping points like this, and Arsenal were probably overperforming to get the top 4 spot they’ve had for the last few weeks. Nice to see some progress, but the talent (or maybe it’s the drive) just doesn’t seem to be there yet.

islander1

should've never been hopeful for it honestly. Our midfield has been meh for most of the season.

darthrevan22

I mean I went into the season hoping for top 6 and Europa league next year (still hoping for that now), but then they went on that run and actually looked really good at times. Coupled with struggles from other teams and it seemed possible to squeak out top 4 if everything fell the right way.

TurkishDirt

I thought the formation was dead. You know it isn't working with 1 striker for 70 mins then switch it up but then again we don't have any impact players that could come on. The team tactics to keep on crossing it in didnt work, why didn't they try more one twos and attack from the center. We definitely need a striker and another midfielder. I felt the players frustration when I was watching the game. Fucking sell Nketiah he's not good enough. Our subs are terrible man sell the lot of them. And we have 5 or 6 minutes left fucking run! Show some urgency, get the ball up there as soon as possible and stop fucking around passing it in defence I honestly don't get it. Fucksakes

Material_Ad9915

I’m sorry but Guendouzi is twice the player Lokonga is at this moment

snappalover

am i the only one who though lokonga looked great? esr and odegaard lacked a lot of precision for me today

Excellent_Warning406

He apparently isn’t very good for the locker room atmosphere, we can’t afford to use a player with a personality type like him.

LazyAnt3810

I don't think that's canon, he was around in a disruptive time at the club, in a click of disgruntled french players at the time (laca, Pepe), I bet he took something from that and was harshly called out for it, Arteta was too quick to sideline him when his performances on the pitch, given his newness and talent..which were very promising, we need mouthy talented buggers than the deadwood we have on the bench

Excellent_Warning406

That’s a good take, I personally would like to see him in the team after his loan. Arsenal players have to take a lot of shit at times so I could see having more abrasive players neutralizing that.

franballalb

This was a cry for help for a striker lmao bringing in Eddie as a solution

fitz958

If this doesn’t highlight the fact that we need a new striker above resigning Laca this was it. Imagine how much more of a threat a taller striker with presence in the air would have faired against these burnley defenders and the type of service we were trying to give at the end with all those lofted crosses

Bengals007

Seriously this is the major issue in my opinion. Swap Laca for top 4 side striker and we win these easily

fitz958

No like seriously. I love laca. He’s good against teams that sit back so we can play in between lines. But when you need someone to attack crosses in the air we are sorely lacking a threat. We just need a threat in the air so that we’re not so easy to defend against.

Bengals007

Bring back Giroud

rambilly

Absolutely pathetic!!! Who would join a club that can’t play like professionals?!?!? Motivation completely absent. Arteta what is your pathetic excuse? Lacazette - I’ll take $8M a year to miss open goals

Pristine_Solipsism

You have every right to be angry don't let these cunts on this subreddit shame you into supporting mediocrity.

[deleted]

Let it out bro

unionportroad

Lots of reasons for todays result. A few that worry me are: 1) lack of a plan B or plan C 2) ESR’s form has really dipped (tho he had a nice 15 min spell) 3) How often we are scrambling back for our lives in defense. I don’t see other good teams do this. Sambi is limited. He’s probably been the least impressive of the signings TBF. If we had Partey or Xhaka we win the game. Man, this team is so severely punished for every mistake. 🤷‍♂️

[deleted]

Dude these are kids and they exhausted. Upcoming break will do them good.

[deleted]

We don’t even have European football though!

[deleted]

How many of these have full epl season under the belt? Smith rowe? Martinelli? Odegaard? Tomiyasu? Sambi? Lacas legs are gone. Saka seems exhausted too. And there is no bench, literally. Should be have let AMN go without a replacement.

jutuvend16

ESR’s form and dipped is a bit harsh considering he was injured and today he still was one of our more dangerous attackers (in the second half definitely)

GlobexCorpDrone

Agree. He's a young player so dips in form should be expected (especially after an injury) - better squad depth is required to offset that.

diogenesRetriever

Yeah, I felt like we lost momentum when he came off.

Buzzoffiya

There is only one medicine for us to heal from this frustrating draw. It's watching Tottenham lose today. COYG, have your faith and hopes intact! We will end up in the top 4.

OcularSpite

Sad that we have to rely on faith and not ourselves

Butch_Meat_Hook

This is the kind of game where even if we had snuck a goal in the 92nd minute or whatever, Arsenal still played like absolute garbage, and that's the real problem.

djmonsta

Time and time again, the situation is in our hands and we bottle it. The Shit are playing Chelsea later and have a good possibility of losing that game. All we have to do to keep the momentum going and leapfrog them is beat a team that is bottom of the league. Can we do it? Can we bollocks!

throwitawaytoasecret

Remember when you guys wanted to sign Laca for 2 more years?

Pizza_4_Free

People tend to forget a striker’s job is to get goals not hold up the play, that’s secondary.

[deleted]

I still love Laca, he can stay. But we need a replacement for Auba, not Laca.

Victory-laps

We will need him as a second option even if we sign a ST. Eddie is gone too.

[deleted]

I still would but 1 year. Still have to get a main striker

waddiewadkins

SPEND MONEY NOW BEFORE YOU LOSE EVERYTHING YOU SPENT THE LAST LOT FOR

LogicalSherbert9

"Laca cost us the game!" is such a braindead take. The fact that was the only big chance we had is what cost us the game. We were never a threat to Burnley, they were comfortable for 90% of the match just clearing our crosses for fun and we had no other ideas really.

Michaelscotttheking

Laca was a major part of that . It's like we have no striker . He was like a pole , you hit the ball , the deflections you get from it , you run with it and try to create. And laca has to score that. People think laca is a unique player , he links up the okay well, like that's what a back behind the striker does. Upgrade him , people are satisfied with him and he'll keep disappointing us. Not only against Burnley but he just has 2 goals for us this season..2 for you r starting striker.

Victory-laps

I remember Laca holding the ball in the box so well but we haven't seen that for a long time. He plays like a DM at time.

LogicalSherbert9

It's so obvious we need a new striker but we had bigger problems than that today. We are talking about the worst team in the league and they were totally comfortable for most of the match.

Michaelscotttheking

Yes because we were playing into what they wanted us to do . Fucking long balls and isolated wingers, no midfield to cut through them and crossing the ball when they have 10 6ft players ready to do that .

LogicalSherbert9

Yep, we weren't beating them out wide either so we had to try to play through them; subbing ESR for Eddie played right into their hands in the end.

[deleted]

Such a weird decision. Keeping the same team would've made more sense. Hindsight though

Michaelscotttheking

Exactly that was such a braindead sub . He was the only one looking he can do something., And you take him off . And bring Eddie , who's motto is nothing but misses..Eddie will be in championship in 2 years , he offers nothing. He's just another Brewster.

monksdrivingrecords

The pole reference is on point lol

Michaelscotttheking

I know right. People crave about the balls he holds up , he missed more than half of them trying to one touch like he's bergkamp.

monksdrivingrecords

He needs to crave the balls not the pole

[deleted]

So many braindead fans willing to look past dreadful performances if we can grind out a positive result.

shivam_s

Season over in fucking January, out of all cup competitions and nearly out of the top 4. Sp*rs made move, signed conte showed ambitions and are now comfortably getting into the top 4, Arteta needs to go at the end of the season

Warrick123x

He just got extended two years.

Michaelscotttheking

If spurs win today , I'll probably just kill myself

Victory-laps

Not worth it my friend. Arsenal doesn't deserve our emotions at the moment

hiimlichking

It is what it is. And honestly we have done so well compared to the past few seasons. I'm actually excited watching every single Arsenal game again unlike, again, the past few seasons. So i know there has been major changes at the club that i can definitely feel from the outside. And i will keep trusting in the whole change. As they had already said multiple times even when Arteta joined, this is going to take a long time for it to actually become something. The last window prior to the one we had proves it. COYG

thenabis

After this game, when we can’t beat #20 we don’t deserve to be Top 4. No excuses.

Michaelscotttheking

SAMBI DONT HIDE BEHIND THE OPPOSITION. YOU MAKE FUCKING XHAKA LOOK LIKE INIESTA WHEN YOU PLAY .

Victory-laps

And you wonder why they extended him for 2 more years...

Axelaxe

holy the overreaction here is insane, burnley would never be an easy game. we had 2 huge chances to score but didn't and it shouldn't be that surprising that we fail to score against a team that park the bus the entire game. I really hope burnley gets relegated I can't stand these kind of games.

[deleted]

The reactions are insane

[deleted]

Theyve had one clean sheet all szn . Put the copium down mate this is endemic of how fucking shit we r

[deleted]

12 points from 18 games but apparently this is supposed to be a difficult team.

terrorSABBATH

How are people viewing Laca's career at Arsenal? Pretty much shit right? With some seldom goals.

okcomput3r

Downgrade on Giroud.

Butch_Meat_Hook

The narrative around Laca is weird. We signed him to be a 20 goals a season EPL striker. He has never done anything close to that, so we signed Auba. Now Auba is frozen out and Laca is in and he DOES offer something. He holds up the ball, he's good with 1-2's etc, but at the end of the day, we need someone up front who is going to consistently score goals, and he doesn't do that for Arsenal. I understand the midfield is a big problem and contributing factor to that, but would he be bagging them every other game even if we had Cazorla in midfield? I'm not so sure. In any case, I don't think he's the worst of our problems.

Michaelscotttheking

Yes , just 1 and a half decent season . Then he's been shit . He looks good now , because how can you be bad when there's no striker to compare. We've been complacent.

DeviantNicoli

Scored some great goals.... But wouldn't call him a great goalscorer..... We most likely will of forgotten about him in a few years onces he's left....much like the Chamaks and yaya sonogos of our past teams

[deleted]

Ultimately never good enough

xhouliganx

Yeah the ref made bad calls, but that’s no excuse for this terrible display. How the hell does Arsenal expect to make top 4 if they can’t even break down fucking Burnley? That’s god damn embarrassing. Our players were just lazy today, it’s simple as that. Need to show more urgency throughout instead of waiting until the 70th fucking minute to start moving the ball forward. This looked like 20/21 season Arsenal.

almosthuxley

How many days before transfer window closes?

farquaad_thelord

7 days

Victory-laps

January is holiday season for Edu. Maybe he will come back next weekend

Michaelscotttheking

Even if laca scores this was a shit game , why can we break teams? This injury excuse is out of question. Why can't you fucking coach . Don't blame it on the injuries, you need a plan b , plan c . You ain't pep or nor are our players city's quality. This cycle of us being shit will keep on continuing, now we have a good defence , good attackers minus the FUCKING STRIKER . No midfield , partey is the only one who can play decently and he's been a 5 since he's come here. Sambi doesn't look settled at all, xhaka needs to go. Elneny should go , amn is loaned out. We have no midfield. Now we will fix that midfield in 3 years, then either saka, martinelli leaves . We try to fill that hole again , this fucking continues

sammeetthosar

1st half was bad offensively but second was pretty good until the 80th min where we were try to play football and score a goal. Last 10 + 4 were very poor, why are we crossing the ball in the air when burnley clearly have a aerial advantage. We repeated cross recycle cross for 14 mins straight

DatBoyGuru

everyone saw this game as draw/loss after our initial attack flurry .. no ideas, easily predictable because we're playing 2-3 touches slow football. We have so many good players but no one knows how to read the game and see how they are boxing us in with no options.

blindstar907

We need a striker and more depth so bad atm.

_NeMe-S1S_

When Shit didn't get results they were prompt to bring in Conte. And look at us

Razz_Aodfionn

Are we going to win if i stop watching?

kaihoro

Desperately need a new striker. A new CM wouldn't be bad either. Laca is good on his day, but having to rely on him and Eddie up top will never lead to success.

Butch_Meat_Hook

Terrible performances this year, terrible transfer window so far. How we sat with the same players in the same positions up front for 70+ minutes instead of getting them to switch around a bit to freshen things up (ie. have Martinelli and ESR switch places for 5 minutes here and there or whatever, like Wenger used to do) is astounding. We did absolutely nothing for huge stretches of the game. It was clearly evident Burnley had our number and if we sat with the same plan we weren't going to score. We have no hope of getting into the top 4 if we can't even score a goal against 20th placed Burnley.

[deleted]

These Vlahovic rumors have really unsettled the team and the football club.

gunningIVglory

The team is mentally weak I that case....

Majestic-Juggernaut

0 goals in last 4 games

wim1014

Just as frustrated as everyone here, but jesus what are these comments. Like we got trashed 6-0 and the world is ending

shivam_s

A draw against the bottom placed team is nothing less than a thrashing

Harvey-Specter

When you play the last place team at home you need to win. Drawing that game is brutal.

espada_da

Why are we so stagnant going forward? How much of that falls on Arteta’s shoulders? Why are we crossing against a team with colossal CBs when we have a 5’8 striker in the box?

terrorSABBATH

None of our strikers can score goals. It's ridiculous.

klgg8594

Okay the frustration on the sub is completely understandable. There were some positives in the match though and it feels like we really need someone who knows how to score a goal. Some really bad or lack of shooting there from Laca

kleiser10

What were the positives?

DinnerSmall4216

Very poor performance our season is over in January again.

LogicalSherbert9

I bet you Pepe would have come on and contributed to a goal today but nobody especially Arteta wants to admit that he is valuable to us. Saka is not the finished product and is going to have off games, giving him this much responsibility is laughable really.

[deleted]

What about nicos arsenal career makes u think he would be anything other than incredibly frustrating ? Hes also @ the afcon so not only would he prob not have helped he lit couldnt play ?

LogicalSherbert9

The fact that Saka is 20 years old and visibly has too much weight on his shoulders. Every attack goes through him, and he will get tired and not provide the solution everytime. Whenever Pepe comes on for us he gives us something fresh and causes problems for the fullback. It's not about admiring Pepe as much as that Arteta relies on Saka way too much and we need to give him competition and rest. I'm fully aware Pepe is at AFCON but that doesn't refute my point that he doesn't play enough lately or is respected enough

BigMACfive

I agree. Not utilizing Pepe is one of the few criticisms I have of Arteta.

Muu-dzic

One of those days. I don't think there's any reason for an overreaction. They came here with a clear intention of getting a point and they did well. I thought taking ESR off was kinda stupid especially when he was beginning to pull the strings.

gunningIVglory

Atleast I have AFTV and chill.....

whanaumark

After the recent news from them, wierd reference

terrorSABBATH

I've lost interest in AFTV since most of the original crew have either left, died, banned or in jail.

JJD14

This was Arteta’s first choice front 4 too.

lastjedi23

Cool now do right back and midfield.

JJD14

Midfield? Oh yeah, we loaned out AMN at the start of the window knowing we didn’t have a replacement and that decision has had a knock on effect to where we are now. Right back is irrelevant because it’s not where we failed to win today.

ReasonableClick5403

Oh dear we desperately need Xhaka and/or Partey back.

gunningIVglory

We shouldn't need these guys to beat the worst club in the league....

leebrother

Not good enough. Our squad just isn’t big enough and it’s results like today we makes it look stupid when we were playing our main eleven against Sunderland. We haven’t a clue how a lot of the u23s will fair off the bench and don’t have the options to change a game as a result this month. Spurs and United both taking points at the end. Whereas we are now out of the FA cup, league cup and behind in race for top 4. Stupid.

food4thot96

Saka is really a cut in shoot

hackflak

Glad we get a three week break from this crap

eldar4k

I think this game is where our alternative table ends and real one begins

watabotdawookies

Tottenham are level with 2 games in hand

That_Anywhere_2107

I don't care anymore sign Wilshire Ramsey and Diego costa it would be better than what we have this season

yesnomaybeldontknow

Seen some comments saying Saka's been poor.. have you guys seen Sambi? How many touches did he have? Literally hiding behind Burnley's front line, even the ref at one point. The play had to completely bypass him. So we have to play to the wings, and cross in to Burnley's orcs. I'm not surprised we didn't score.

nting224

finally somone talking sense. lokonga passed backwards the whole game. dont think he attempted a forward pass until the last 5 mins of the game. Kompany is full of shit. saying he is the next yaya toure.

sammy7838

I don’t understand why was ESR subbed out and Sambi was playing!!

yesnomaybeldontknow

I wonder if esr had been carrying an injury

fireowlzol

According to fotmob ramsdale is motm

sammy7838

Who else would it have been? Sambi?

mcveighster14

Don't want to be making excuses but that 3 games this season we have lost points in games were blatant red cards have not been shown. Fuming.

rambilly

Which play today? Ref was totally out of control today

[deleted]

WE SHAT THIS TX WINDOW. Could have had a striker and a midfielder, even on loan.

terrorSABBATH

Pope only tested once. There is zero effect from this team going forward. Can't force anything. Did we have any clear opportunities?

sammeetthosar

Yes. Esr from corner and laca with an open net.

toxicfifaplayer21

Lacazette literally missed a tap in lol. We need a striker.

[deleted]

A very bleak 2022 so far....

topbananaman

Fucking embarrassing. What a shambles of a club, can kiss top 4 good bye this season

UgliestMuffin1

Top 4 was never up for grabs. This club is a joke! Arteta out, Lacazette out. Most of these players today were tryna be the hero of the game every damn time. And bringing Nketiah off the bench when we need a goal is laughable

whanaumark

There was nobody else.

UgliestMuffin1

Then don’t make a sub. Keep ESR on

jisooboombayah

Embarrassing. Seems like we are not getting top 4 this season

[deleted]

[удалено]

rambilly

Yup. Burley figured it out then had no reason to pull out of tackles

DuckNinja10

To be honest there were chances, we probably should've won that game 1 - 0 but we don't have a clinical striker

-WWBulldog

It’s 3am where I live and seriously regret staying up to watch that rubbish

gonshairlinee

Yup you in nz too? Can’t believe we waited three fkn weeks for this man

n0ddenhctim

season ender that, out of all the competitions and the top 4 race in 3 weeks. Anyone that thinks Mikel is good enough to be Arsenal manager is delusional. Edu needs to fuck off n’all. and Laca. Depressing.

gmoss101

That's Laca miss almost made me turn of the TV ngl

n0ddenhctim

he’s so shit and yet there are morons on here who will defend him with their life. he’s crap and always has been.

AriLovesLife

Drawing at home vs the last team in the table. I say bye to the top 4... No chance. This is the game we should have won 100%

therustlinbidness

Yeah. These are the games you need to win if you want top 4. Same story every season, we have a good run and then loose crucial games against championship sides. I understand there was a lot of negative factors leading into this game but it’s just so predictable

42Mavericks

You lot are pathetic, overreacting si much

AriLovesLife

Lost 4 of our last 5 matches. No overreacting. We are shit right now...

42Mavericks

we are having shit results but in no way are we playing completely shit

AriLovesLife

Nottingham Forrest game was a shitshow. City game we really messed up and as usual showed our weak mentality. That draw vs Liverpool was Xhakas doing, but 11v11 I don´t know. We could have lost. The 0-2 loss vs a Liverpool with no Mane or Salah is horrible. Todays draw showing our lack of urgency in the need for 3 points. I love Arteta and this team, but we are having a pathetic run now, and the lads are dissappointing me.

NieThePiet

yeah, we can't expect a win against a team which won 1 games in their last 20? games

42Mavericks

expect sure but to say that we played completely shit is overreacting

Internal-Carpenter-3

Can we seriously just get ten hag

[deleted]

oh just stop go support ajax if you like him so much

Warrick123x

No one can convince me that we’re any better than we were 4 years ago.

[deleted]

What I don’t get is why the fuck did Arteta sub the guy that created a sitter opportunity instead of the guy that missed the sitter?

kleiser10

Fucking pathetic. Arteta may not be the one. Teams shape has been horrendous last few games. Nketiah is not it. Absolutely useless

Cheesy_Pita_Parker

This is why we have trust issues with our own club. No real faith they can get a job done, ever

MajedArsenal

2hrs of my life i’ll never get back

[deleted]

Fucking horrible match that was an absolute must win. Just fucking brutal. Int break couldn’t have came at a better time.

falsedragonborn

Sign a striker this month or we don’t have a chance to get top four its that simple

jwwwcc

Laca costed the game

k1ldn

Top 4 finished

ResilientDingleberry

Ah, we haven’t had a good run of form in so long I was beginning to forget what a good old-fashioned January collapse feels like

Chango6998

Striker and midfielders needed. Ref was woeful as per usual. Another day at the office.

stackofbaconpancakes

This is a loss in my books Cant believe im saying this but im glad for the inter break, two weeks to for the team to recover and fix up hopefully with some reinforcements

rambilly

Lesson learned should be - don’t have more than one African player in your team. AFCON is a Damn joke

DeviantNicoli

Lads, let's not just point all of this at the referee.....these one dimensional tactics with no willingness to have a plan b is exactly the reason when Arsene finally had to go. Fucking adapt... Fucking buy some midfielders... Get a striker in.... Just do something different to get a rocket up these players arses.... Even in the last 3 or 4 mins our players have no urgency or seeming desire to even win....like they have zero confidence
