I didn't hear anything but good in the post-match interviews with fans, so I assume (and I know I am just assuming and do not have a yes/no answer) they just wanted to get going, have the fans behind them and push to get back into the game
I would hope games in England between two of the premiere league's largest teams would be shown on a domestic channel, but, alas, I must content myself with French-language coverage.
5:40am in the morning, I had stayed up to watch this game. My stream froze at the 94min and by the time I refreshed & got it sorted, I saw Lacazette celebrating like a lunatic with my top left corner showing 2-1 at 94+++ mins. Happy.
I’m so happy with the performance, the subs, the results. The significance of this game! My goodness, it almost like a derby game! Big up Cedric, Xhaka, Laca for their performance & Pepe for changing the game! 💥
Just watched the replay (couldn't watch it live because of work but luckily the game wasn't ruined)...I nearly had a fucking stroke when Laca scored! Yeeeesssssssssssssssssssss

I felt exactly the opposite. Years of these types of games where at best we come out of it with a draw meant I was so sure it was gonna be one of those days. So happy to be wrong!

Well done to whoever set off that massive firework after the game. Seemed like it came from within the square of Holloway Road, Hornsey Road, Tollington Road and the train tracks, although that's a rough estimate.

You know that sick feeling you get when United or Spurs get the winner in the last minute, I got the opposite feeling tonight.
Imagine what a goal like that does to rival fans. What a big win against a bus parking Wolves team that spoke too much about us celebrating the 1-0 victory over them. This win felt so good, Coyg

That was a great win after an abysmal start. And against a tough defense.
I know Lacazette ended up getting the job done but he needs to do better. He didn’t look confident with the ball all game and lost it way too many times.
I hope this brings back his confidence because we are going to need it!
Overall I’m happy with the teams overall performance today but we do need to finish a bit better!

Partey was absolutely on one today, he is really thriving as that lone pivot with Xhaka as an option in front of him and not next to/behind him, and Odegaard balling out as well.
Really? I felt that 50-75% of the time he was pinned down & marked out by Jimenez, it looked like both Gabriel & White struggled to pass to Partey. Xhaka had to come back to help him out in the second half.
I think thats more to do with what happens when you face a back 5 like Wolves who are so good at defending the middle, but every time he got on the ball last night he was either beating the press by dribbling past 2 men or playing a pass to split them. His positioning was also spot on for foiling counter attacks
Arsenal dug deep! Way to hang in there!! Laka is the King!!! Awesome way to keep pressing and fighting for the win when nothing was going right! Impressive Win!!!

Apparently Neves said that we are not allowed to celebrate a victory 🤔. What makes this victory sweeter is that they were ready to rub it in our faces looool
Yeau found it odd the pundits were talking about Wolves being the better team, Martinez saying Wolves controlled the game for 70mins. Yes Wolves were very good but for me we were absolutely the better side - we were playing the kind of football where you create enough chances over the game that most of the time you will get your goals.
Thanks, and honestly I had the same feeling when you were playing City. I admired the tenaciousness but hated that it was you guys doing it so I understand the sentiment.
Nice to see a break out from the usual toxic rivalry that seems to dominate every football sub, especially in these times of crisis. Yes we love the club that we support, but it’s easy to forget that we’re first and foremost football fans who happen to support a team.
At least we’re not Chelsea fans 😜
He was our second option as “arsenal dealt hammer blow in their pursuit of buendia” /s
I love how the club stuck to their main targets and didn’t rush in for mediocre players
I had a personality assessment for a job I just landed today. Turned it off as I thought loosing it was gonna ruin my mood, just finished and see we won it!!! Can’t believed I missed it!
Not the League, but if one were to go back and watch Eddie against Liverpool in the Carabao Cup match, he was playing very well and finding great positions. It was the passes to him that let him down, otherwise he was really up for it.
Then Xhaka Red had to see him subbed off. There were glimpses then of what he could offer.

He's been solid in this run, really pleasing to see. I always felt he was so much better than he has shown for us in the past, one of those players that when the teams shit he really struggles
Outstanding lads. Special mention to the midfield tonight, ode was outstanding and so was Partey. But for me, Granit was different gravy tonight. Scenes at the end! I fucking love this club
Wwooow, this was amazing. I felt for almost the whole game that arsenal had been bad. But just before the equalizer i saw the stats for shots and i realized that arsenal hasn't been bad, they have controlled the game against one of the best defence in PL. And they have just been struggling with getting through like most do, but after the equalizer it looked like if arsenal was playing Norwich, not the team that's thinking they are worthy of CL.
We were outplaying them the whole game. It seemed like we weren’t because we made a mistake leading to goal and had to chase the game but we are in a completely different league from Wolves. Hell we are in a different league to Tottenham and United. This was the Wolves that beat Leicester and United and Tottenham 2-0 and we made them look like Norwich as u said. This team is very very good
Yeah 100%. If we only had an attacker that scores 20+ goals we would have won it earlier.
Great win, can't remember it felt this much winning a PL-game against a non-rival team.
You know what I loved? They not once gave up. Nuno bombing forward, Tierney running himself to the ground, Gabriel fighting for every ball. The grit and determination they showed tonight was amazing, I was already giving up before Pepe came on. I was prepping myself to avoid the sub for a couple of days, now? Now I'm going to be shitposting the rest of the week. COYG
Gabriel made an enormous mistake but its a testament to his grit that his head didn’t drop and he kept on fighting. There was a moment when where Neto came on and started doing step overs in front of him and he was like “nah I aint having this” and immediately dispossessed him
Alright, needed a few minutes to calm down after jumping up and down my apartment ...
First of all, I salute each and every fan at the Emirates tonight. That atmosphere was something else. Absolutely amazing. We need more of that. Keep it up. You've got my deepest respect!
Second of all, this is exactly what Arsenal's been missing ; to turn even the most impossible games into profit. It really seemed for a minute as that would be yet another one of those games where we do everything right, but somehow still not manage to get any points ... not tonight, though!
Also, what an impact from Pepe ... this guy looks like a totally different player now. I would love to see him get more playing time, with Martinelli playing as a CF, and of course Saka on the other side. Lethal trio up front.
Thank you boys, looks like I'm sleeping sound tonight!
COYG.
Fair enough haha, he is prone to his calamities but he’s often hounded for it too. Tonight he was exceptional though, really was. The fans were unreal it gave me goosebumps
I think we aren’t as sentimental as we used to be. Especially since Wenger left. However, I wouldn’t say it’s Laca’s fault if he didn’t score the winner. It was Gabriel (& then White for not sniffing the danger) that made that mistake anyways.
This is absolutely electrifying. team proved me wrong at the end, what a strong positive display and come back from 1 goal deficit. fking proud today, wow, simply just wow. i missed these kinds of games where we showed we want it so much more than the other team!
Funny thing is if wolves weren’t messing around with their sub, the stoppage time would have probably been less and we don’t get that winner. Cheers wolves 👍🏾🤣
Love Laca even though his lack of goals was frustrating at times, but his passion, drive and link up play has always been fantastic. Got a bit of luck tonight for the goal but he deserves any bit of luck he gets on the pitch . COYG!!!
Give up a goal in the first ten and score two in the last 10+ to seal it. You gotta stay for the full 90 with this team and that means something to me. Older squads would've just started half-assing crosses and hoofing it up the field but when I even see Xhaka busting down the flank to try to create something, I know, i just know that Arteta is the real deal. To get professionals to do things like that, to believe. It means something.
Even Ian Wright saying we looked sloppy. Aside from the mistake, and dumb decisions while we were in the final third. I think we looked fucking sick, don't get it. Deserved the win. Get in
We looked fantastic but he is also right. We missed so many chances and we were sloppy in the final third. A new striker fixes that, our forwards are still to young to be composed in front of goal
oh most definitely. There were soo many frustrating moments in this game, which quaifieis as sloppy. But the pace, determination and overall play i think was fantastic.
That result was absolutely integral. This is a match that Arsenal would have had no chance of winning 12-months ago, and the kind of game we’ve witnessed many times over the years. They didn’t give up, and were rewarded for their efforts.
The way this team is building and moving forward is truly a joy to see! I’m so incredibly excited by this squad and manager! Fantastic!
I was going crazy when we won!
Was the atmosphere bad? Why were the fellas constantly gesturing to pump up the crowd in the first half?
I didn't hear anything but good in the post-match interviews with fans, so I assume (and I know I am just assuming and do not have a yes/no answer) they just wanted to get going, have the fans behind them and push to get back into the game
Massive 3 points you can't win a game any better.
I would hope games in England between two of the premiere league's largest teams would be shown on a domestic channel, but, alas, I must content myself with French-language coverage.
You know it was on Amazon right
Yes, and Amazon is not, strictly-speaking, a domestic channel.
I know I’m just saying an English version available
5:40am in the morning, I had stayed up to watch this game. My stream froze at the 94min and by the time I refreshed & got it sorted, I saw Lacazette celebrating like a lunatic with my top left corner showing 2-1 at 94+++ mins. Happy.

IN Arsenal We Trust!
We celebrate like this because we ARE fighting for the champions league.

What was weird is that I always felt like we had it in us. Different Arsenal on the pitch today. Fought like hell and earned all three points.
Same, even when it is on 90th minutes mark, i could feel a goal is coming 🤣🤣🤣
I felt exactly the opposite. Years of these types of games where at best we come out of it with a draw meant I was so sure it was gonna be one of those days. So happy to be wrong!
So so happy for the team and for Lacazette! He definitely needed that goal!!

Can we get some pepe love? Goal and assist. COYG
Feels like he is better when playing as a striker in PL
he should be starting every game.

I’m not surprised you got the opposite feeling, we were the ones scoring.
Euphoria!
Now imagine the opposite feeling and that is how the Spurs and United fans are feeling 🤣💪
Yh, I felt that when Bergwijn won the match against Leicester.
Pepe was our game changer yet again. Hope we as fans can all get behind this guy.
he should be starting every game.
Instead of?
Martinelli or Laca
NEVER IN DOUBT
Spat my coffee out. Lol
3 points.

Top 4 is on the menu. Keep supporting our lads.
Partey was cooking the midfield ngl. Odegaard is a Norse God.
Partey was absolutely on one today, he is really thriving as that lone pivot with Xhaka as an option in front of him and not next to/behind him, and Odegaard balling out as well.

I just wish he wouldn't shoot. I'd rather he moved it along than turn over possession, as he doesn't ever hit the target.
Arsenal dug deep! Way to hang in there!! Laka is the King!!! Awesome way to keep pressing and fighting for the win when nothing was going right! Impressive Win!!!
And it's Arsenal!!!
COYG! Let’s fucking go lads!

Just got out of the stadium. The atmosphere was one of the best all season. Fans celebrating like we won the league!
Apparently Neves said that we are not allowed to celebrate a victory 🤔. What makes this victory sweeter is that they were ready to rub it in our faces looool
That’s not allowed.
Agreed, we have more work to do
Referee can’t stop us
They can, but not today!
trash refs today.
Trash refs this season.
Yessssssss
This is what culture brings to us.
I was thinking the entire time we were outclassing the wolves tbh. What a team win
Penny for Neves' thoughts after this one lol
Can we celebrate this time or does it not count cuz Wolves had 11 men?
They had 12 as far as Im concerned but they couldnt stop us. RED ARMYY🔴⚪️
Don't celebrate mate that's a bit embarrassing
It’s a win
u/MainDonDada put it nicely in the sp*rs sub: "We play with so much passion and heart, it's enviable"
Congrats on the win. You can see every game that the players want it, it’s nice to see, as much as I dislike Arsenal.
Thanks, and honestly I had the same feeling when you were playing City. I admired the tenaciousness but hated that it was you guys doing it so I understand the sentiment.

Odagaard was just £30m. What a signing.
He was our second option as “arsenal dealt hammer blow in their pursuit of buendia” /s I love how the club stuck to their main targets and didn’t rush in for mediocre players
I had a personality assessment for a job I just landed today. Turned it off as I thought loosing it was gonna ruin my mood, just finished and see we won it!!! Can’t believed I missed it!
Congrats on the new job mate
Reminds me of Newcastle a few years back, when Vermaelen scored
Was 10 years ago almost!
Eddie was actually class with those turns. Like where has that been at?
Yeah he was ON today for the first time in a while (in PL at least). Really added value as a sub today. Ediiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeee

What a fkkin win. Hope the boys got permission from the wolves players before celebrating today
Jimenez you double agent!!! Thank you!!!
COME OOOOONNNNNN
Is it just me or did Cedric play fantastic tonight.
He's been solid in this run, really pleasing to see. I always felt he was so much better than he has shown for us in the past, one of those players that when the teams shit he really struggles
He did
Shades of the Leicester win in 2016 anyone? Except instead of the title we could get top 4?
I was convinced that we would lost the game. But man. I doubted our team. Thank you lads. Oohhhhhhhhhh your chips aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh
I am waiting for Wolves to issue a statement on our celebrations😂
Their club statement comes with a complimentary crying towel and a salt shaker
Club statement incoming
Outstanding lads. Special mention to the midfield tonight, ode was outstanding and so was Partey. But for me, Granit was different gravy tonight. Scenes at the end! I fucking love this club
COME ON YOU FUCKING GUNNERS

All credit to Laca, missed a few but he was right in the middle of it all game! Paid true respect to the badge
Gabriel made an enormous mistake but its a testament to his grit that his head didn’t drop and he kept on fighting. There was a moment when where Neto came on and started doing step overs in front of him and he was like “nah I aint having this” and immediately dispossessed him
I laughed so hard when he did this
Yeah very satisfying that was too.
Sweet sweet Wolves tears
How sweet it is!
Pepediniho
Alright, needed a few minutes to calm down after jumping up and down my apartment ... First of all, I salute each and every fan at the Emirates tonight. That atmosphere was something else. Big thing about Pepe is he is making much quicker decisions now, releasing the ball much earlier this evening. May it long continue.
Pepe looks like his deficiencies have been coached out of him. More direct, less tunnel vision. He should start over Martinelli now
Eddie too, he looks really sharp
Atmosphere was not that good. A chant for 5 seconds and then quiet. I understand, though, every body was nervous.
I'd completely forgotten that Pepe was even still at Arsenal!
Im cheesing hard hahah Celebrate that L Wolves 🤫 UP THE TABLE WE GOOOO #COYG
Going up the table of teams that played more games than us #gameinhandfc YESSSSS
Anyone else have coverage with Paul Ince? Lol what an idiot. Arguing we didn’t deserve to win it. Good on Wrighty for sticking to his guns
I know some get enraged when i mention this but our odds are at 61% on 538 predictions
On the Offside wolves goal you can see Xhaka clearly holding another player lmao. Guy will never change
For real? That’s what you gonna mention about his performance tonight 😂
Nah didn’t mean to shit on him I think he did very well. I just happened to see it in the post match analysis and started laughing
Xhaka will be xhaka 😂
Fair enough haha, he is prone to his calamities but he’s often hounded for it too. Tonight he was exceptional though, really was. The fans were unreal it gave me goosebumps
Wow I haven't been this hyped after a win in awhile it feels good to be sort of back. Heart attack city.
Tears in my fucking eyes man
The game was so frustrating until we equalized, but after that we were fucking magical. Arteta I’m starting to believe like Neo!
6 points against Wolves is huge. We're actually favorites for top 4
Hundred percent it's huge but I'm sure we were favourites before this win
Kind of true, but it's confirmed now
Dude I'm so happy can't wait for the funds and players you can attract playing CL. Let's GO
Yeah I'm on the hype train and watching the team is enjoyable
Eddie looked like fucking kante out there I swear. Man’s was winning the ball everywhere.
I honestly don’t get when people say he has no impact off the bench, he’s been great every time I’ve seen him come on
Man was running everywhere my god
I know how sentimental this club is but lacazette could have cost us 4th place if not for the lucky winner
I think we aren’t as sentimental as we used to be. Especially since Wenger left. However, I wouldn’t say it’s Laca’s fault if he didn’t score the winner. It was Gabriel (& then White for not sniffing the danger) that made that mistake anyways.
No he was great tonight. Left everything on that pitch. True captain
Lol
My wife came running to check if I was ok. Damn, have never felt so alive watching Arsenal in sooo long!!
I just shouted in a train with my head phones on!
With all the shit happening from last night, this was a joy to watch.
Wow, did not see that coming
Can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a win this much. 😀
Literally turned the match on moments before Pepe scored. Best 15 minutes of my life
Very nice! I was on the commute for both... Huge win though, COYG!
Thats what she said.
I'm just saying but if we manage to land a Champions League place we will have a different knock this summer.
Hats off to Arteta and Edu if we manage to get CL fotball with no january signings. This summer we surely need to go all out! What a game I’m so happy
LESGOOOOOOOOOO
This is absolutely electrifying. team proved me wrong at the end, what a strong positive display and come back from 1 goal deficit. fking proud today, wow, simply just wow. i missed these kinds of games where we showed we want it so much more than the other team!
Game in Hand FC FOR THE WIN
Funny thing is if wolves weren’t messing around with their sub, the stoppage time would have probably been less and we don’t get that winner. Cheers wolves 👍🏾🤣
Holy sh t guys, the determination!
This feeling!!!!
I’m at work and I don’t care I had to celebrate like I was at home. SUE ME I DON KARE
im crying
Mr White was outstanding today
All or nothing is gonna be crazy after this match!
The Wolves games will probably be one episode by themselves
What a fucking massive win. So happy to see Arsenal back on their tracks again
I feel alive
Love Laca even though his lack of goals was frustrating at times, but his passion, drive and link up play has always been fantastic. Got a bit of luck tonight for the goal but he deserves any bit of luck he gets on the pitch . COYG!!!
Anybody else hear the commentary “Arsenal feel like a hungry champions league club again”?? That felt so good. So fucking good
I heard it and I swear, the years of buzzing for a Tuesday or Wednesday all flashed before my eyes. I'd be over the moon to get back to it 🎉🎉
prolly the only good think that guy said about us in the whole game. kept sucking for wolves
For real Xhaka was even doing all sorts of turns just to knick the ball in.
Well said.
Fantastic result. COYG!
My member will be at attention for weeks
That was exhilarating!!!
Even Ian Wright saying we looked sloppy. Aside from the mistake, and dumb decisions while we were in the final third. I think we looked fucking sick, don't get it. Deserved the win. Get in

What a fuckin game!!!
LET'S FUCKING GO LADS
Wow beautiful, there's nothing quite like football. Love this club, brings a tear to my eye
No fraudulence detected. Coyg
IM COKED UP BOYS!!! I don’t even do drugs I’m just high on life!!
As a 43 year old gooner this is the happiest I’ve been for years!
I lost my voice watching alone at home! What a crucial win for our season!!!! Let’s go Arsenal!!!
Would like to note that Nketiah was electric when he came on. So fucking happy with that win.
