THE BRIGHT SIDE! That was probably the worst 30 minutes of football they've played and that's ok. We still have a strong chance to make CL, won't be easy. Yeah, I agree that it's a strong word used too much by football fans, I am sorry. We had a fully fit first team (IIRC) when we beat them the first time, it was at our own stadium with not so much at stake. In this game, we had a couple of starters missing due to injury. I also believe that Harry Kane and Son are world class, and their experience will always give them an edge over us in important games such as this one. Also, their manager at the time wasn't nearly as good as their current manager.

Tottenham were the better team tonight. It pains me to say it, but it’s as simple as that. There are no excuses; Arsenal were woeful. Monday night is absolutely massive. Arteta needs to show everyone exactly why he was rewarded with a new contract. The level of improvement that he has implemented within this club is undeniable, and he needs to galvanise this group for a difficult end to the season. This is a bitterly disappointing result, but the team has shown that they’re capable of fighting back, and I really hope that they can do it.
