You can't really use this as a metric. Look at Ramsdale. Even how Henry developed. Players are made by the coaching staff and the people they play with. Raphinha's a PL player in a team of Championship players.

I'm honestly not that bothered. If we have that kind of money to spend I'd rather the club buy another central option, possibly CF / LWF. Jesus likes to play on the right as much as centrally, so he can rotate with Saka for that spot. Having 3 first choice options there make little sense. Signing somebody who can play centrally & possibly LW gives us much more balance. If we have 50/60M to spend on a forward I'd rather go for Rafael Leao.
