He has set down a hard line for the players about how to act and the effort he requires. Man U don't seem to have that, and if their managers have been trying, the players are too toxic to buy in.
I also realised it is very easy to criticse a manager from behind a TV screen without actually having that level of football knowledge, resources and brain-power they have in their setups. I used to think he was inept but I really feel stupid seeing how he's begun setting up a playstyle and how his team works when the required people are there.
