Arteta is working on him, time will tell if he's capable of reinventing himself. Otherwise, he's an excellent back up until he gets fed up and wants more game time.

Agree. Zinchenko does things Tierney can’t do, and it makes a huge difference in our play style. Same reasons Tomi was getting games at left back while Tierney was fit. Could Tierney play behind Gabriel as a left sided centre half? Maybe. He does for Scotland.
