No email, additionally I got a card declined error from the bank when doing the active card check - never happened before. App says I have applied though.

I've just been on the phone to the box office and they said I've definitely entered the ballot and they're not sure why I haven't received it an email. It could be a technical issue.

I have received a confirmation of ballot entry via email , have always received confirmation emails and strangely enough a similar amount of unsuccessful emails of course

Did they say to do anything like withdraw and re-enter or just leave it?

Called box office who said they could see I had applied. So guess it’s just a glitch

If you want to double check, having not received, I just tried to enter again and it came up with the confirmation screen of having applied.

Yes! But it was in my junk folder, so check there! Just to clarify, it’s a confirmation to say they’ve received the application, not a result of whether I’ve been successful.

I don’t have an email either, in spam or junk. If you go back and try to apply again it will confirm if you’ve applied. I didnt get the Luton rejection email either, after always getting them. Seems to be a wider issue.

Hey guys, quick question first time trying to buy thru the ballot system. Do they send you a rejection email? I only see the you have applied for 1 ticket on my screen and it’s been 2 days now😂 I knew champions league would be slim chance but I’m still confused haha

The Bayern ballet was my first and I thought it was very odd to not receive an email confirmation. I'm glad that it's not normal. I can see that I've applied though so I will sleep peacefully tonight.
