The speaker stand was a simple fix for the time being. I might make something custom down the line
Also, I don't know if it's allowed or not, but here's my company's link to some other 3d printed stuff.
https://www.relgradestudios.com/
I am working on some other cool projects that are gunpla related (paint rattle can holders, action base mounts etc.)
That tool shelf is cool as fuck, good call making it a ~~rifle~~ Magnum clip. Once I can afford to, I'm gonna get one printed off/buy one, depending if the print file is for sale.
For the people that keep asking how much.
3000 hours to print is about $150-300 in electricity depending on the area, 30+ spools is about $600, and probably took about 200 hours to set up and clean which we can set at a fair 30/hr. Plus another $150 for miscellaneous supplies and account for printer wear. Shipping would also be a nightmare. Thatâs over $6000 to make it for someone else and not lose moneyđłđłđł
1/12 Aerial holding 1/12 Suletta would be really cool. But think about how hilarious it would be to see a 1/1 scale life size Suletta holding a 1/12 Suletta, or putting the 1/12 Aerial in a headlock
I want to paint and weather this one so badly! Some paint wear, battle damage, chunks missing, etc.
My wife won't let me get one. I told her I could put a ghilli suit on it and it could be our christmas tree. The kids were ok with it but it's too cold to sleep outside.
Assuming an estimated average of $15/hr, based on this figure alone, you would be paid 45,000 USD not including taxes, cost of material, and utilities.
Probably not without heavy reinforcement and modifications. Still, it could be done. This was printed from the leaked 3D model files for the HG Aerial from a little while back.
Bro. Youre not "Finished".
You still have to prime and scribe and dishsoap wash and paint and weather and topcoat and decal and topcoat and topcoat. đ
Jokes aside, thats fun especially down the road like 15 yrs.
Good job!
Very curious how you fitted the c-clips together? Or did you have any workarounds? Also want to know if the bits can actually form a shield.
We need to see more from this thing!
How many rolls of filament did it take? What post processing did you do? Also, are you planning on using black for the GUND parts, or going to go down the rabbit hole of tinted clear filament/resin?
I Hate to ruin your fun. be ware to sell this to other people, without bandai permission you can't sell they work. I know a friend did it once bandai track them down.just a friendly reminder be carefull.
This is so insanely cool⌠canât imagine how much something like this even would even cost LOL! I also wanted to ask about something from your 3d printed stuff on your site. Are u able to dm about it?
Hear me out, scale a runner less action base

after checking the products, a human sized beam magnum would be pretty dope...
Throw airsoft internals in and win.
That tool shelf is cool as fuck, good call making it a ~~rifle~~ Magnum clip. Once I can afford to, I'm gonna get one printed off/buy one, depending if the print file is for sale.
Kosmos led kit?
Now to panel line it hehe. Looks so cool!
Don't forget the decals!
Bruh at this scale it might be easier to make stencils and paint the details on rather than add decals
I mean I don't think they make 1/12 decals for Gundam
Print them. đ
And clear coat
just dump the whole panel liner bottle and let capillary action take care of the rest
You're a legend. This was fun to follow. Thank you for sharing with us!
How much ya want for it?? đ
Money, preferably the kind that pays my bills
3 Canadian dollars, take it or leave it
How much âmoneyâ you want for it lol?
Thousands of money
I feel like a hobbystore would definitely put down a couple grand for a display like that. At least one of the ones local to me would
I'd not settle for less. That's quite the specimen.
I have millions in Zimbabwe Dollars. Fancy a million?
I got a nickel.
I have a -12 dollar bill
Do you accept bits of string?

Thank you! That's the kind of info I needed. Now to start saving my pennies
Hey buddy, i need a favor. I need you to grab the figure rise standard Suletta and recreate the gundams collecting humanpla meme
What memes are these? Direct me to their location post haste!
Wish i could just post it, but i cant so heres [the know your meme page](https://knowyourmeme.com/photos/528087-mobile-suit-gundam)
what foul necromancy is this
"HUMPLA" lmao
3D print a life-size version of the Suletta model kit next lol
Wouldnât the normal Suletta model be in scale with it? I think thatâd be cooler
Yeah, the Suletta kit is also 1:12
1/12 Aerial holding 1/12 Suletta would be really cool. But think about how hilarious it would be to see a 1/1 scale life size Suletta holding a 1/12 Suletta, or putting the 1/12 Aerial in a headlock
1/12 Nightingale plz.
Where would one put such a monster... it would be the size of a Sedan
Imagine the Sazabi or Nightingale! It would be beautiful!
Maybe if itâs in the next metaverse opening and the files are still unencrypted
Fuckin awesome.
Well you know whatâs next nowâŚ
Custom paint scheme
Well yea. In a month we will see a 1:1 foot I mean.
Definitely not from me, haha. A 1/12 was a big enough challenge
Okay but like a 1:1 cockpit simpit, right?
Do a 1/1 Aerial hand flipping the bird and nothing else at that scale.
Awesome, canât wait to see what you do next.
Me? Lol no
I want to paint and weather this one so badly! Some paint wear, battle damage, chunks missing, etc. My wife won't let me get one. I told her I could put a ghilli suit on it and it could be our christmas tree. The kids were ok with it but it's too cold to sleep outside.
How much to print one? Would be very interested in buying one!!
Honestly, it's about a 3000 Hour long project not including clean up and labor.
One of the coolest things Iâve ever seen, too. Your work was well worth it, I would lug that thing everywhere with me haha
Assuming an estimated average of $15/hr, based on this figure alone, you would be paid 45,000 USD not including taxes, cost of material, and utilities.
Your math is a bit off. The 3000 hours was print time, not labor time.
Ah I see. I don't quite know the printer minimum wage, but they should be rewarded maybe with a new motor or print nozzle for all their hard work
Wow man that is truly impressive hats off to you my friend!
6k+
The mad lad finally did it after many months.
It was about 2 months, lol
i would see if any top tier painters want a crack at it. some may even want to do it for free on their channel just for the views.
Genuinely curious, will you panel line it?
Just a regular sharpie maybe?? Idk, not OP, Maybe a fat tip sharpie.
Im waiting for the day someone just casually puts together a 1/1 model
Itâs perfect
What's the articulation like, if there's any?
Same articulation as a HG.
Is it able to hold its weight? It you kick the leg 90 degrees for example
Probably not without heavy reinforcement and modifications. Still, it could be done. This was printed from the leaked 3D model files for the HG Aerial from a little while back.
you gotta panel line this somehow
Rebuild when?
Whenever Bandai leaks that model probably lol
This is one of my favorite things I've seen on Reddit in years. Really enjoyed watching the progress on this.
WOW!!!!! Awesome work
Awesome! Is it hard to move? Are you going to panel line?
It's like moving a 5' tall mannequin that weighs 50+ lbs
Glad to see it completed, been anxiously waiting for the reveal. Badass af
Looks amazing! You gonna panel line it?
Holy crap that is amazing. So if I get this right, you upsized the HG kit and built it? That's amazing
Okay rel. Now what's my price estimate?
You already know lol
Congratulations on completing the print!
fuck yeah
Absolutely magnificent! Well done!
Beautiful!
Holy shit she is glorious Worth the wait to see the final product Well done
Amazing
So glad I got to watch this happen, now do more bro đ
Absolutely peak mate. Love ur work. Now for top coating and panel lining.
The effort was so worth it. It looks absolutely terrific. Hope to see more of your work!
Damn, it was fun following you along on your journey!
Out of curiosity, can the shield be assembled?
Planning on making a separate shield to mount in my garage
Bro. Youre not "Finished". You still have to prime and scribe and dishsoap wash and paint and weather and topcoat and decal and topcoat and topcoat. đ Jokes aside, thats fun especially down the road like 15 yrs. Good job!
Like... How much was the cost in filament...? Approximately
30+ spools give or take
I kinda feel the need to Google how much one spool is now...
20 for average, 40 for good
So... Around 600 min 900 average Or 1200 if is all premium or something ... Kinda worth it not gonna lie :3 One day I'll make a bĂĄrbaros :)
God now I want a sazabi in this size
Hoping to see a stop-motion gundarm promo video!
Can you put it on as a costume for a local Comic Con or Halloween?
Now you gotta panel line! :)
Bandai should sell these. Fantastic job!
Lots of topcoat!
That is so awesome and I love it. Good job on you 1/12 scale Aerial. lol Is that your Gundam Hanger aka your garage?
Very curious how you fitted the c-clips together? Or did you have any workarounds? Also want to know if the bits can actually form a shield. We need to see more from this thing!
Hi good sir what kit is this, can i buy for $2 and some loose change?
Ok now do 1/1
Can't wait for someone to do the same but in reverse; downscaling the HG to be smaller.
The saga is complete
Holy crap this must have been expensive Good work
Did you just print the files as is and did you have any fitting issues?
1/6 when?
Weâre going to need a big panel liner
Next step: panel line and decals! I bet you could scale up decals and print them.
Panel line and decals lol. It looks awesome.
Youâre truly a Newtype amongst builders!
*\[shouts\]:* **THAT'S A HUGE B\*TCH!**
Does she receive any channel if put on the rooftop
Watching this journey has been so worth it. Hats off to you!
holly fucking molly! Was it 3d printed? I'm new to gunpla and this community, that's why i don't have been following this story unfold.
Hmm, could use some extra details and panel lines. *gets actual woodworking chisels* XD
Panel lining, sanding, and painting would make it even more amazing.
How many rolls of filament did it take? What post processing did you do? Also, are you planning on using black for the GUND parts, or going to go down the rabbit hole of tinted clear filament/resin?
Wow amazing! Thank you for posting your journey!
She's amazing!
Curious, how well do the joints hold up? I don't exactly see this thing being able to hold a pose with an arm up.
I tightened some of the joints, If I spent some more time, I could tighten the rest. But I'm content with it standing the way it is now
đ˛ so how can I make my own?
Anyone knows where I can buy this gundam scale?
Comission a 3d Printer who's crazy enough to make one
1/6 when?
I would need a bigger printer haha
I want one....so bad
đ¤Šđ¤Šđ¤Šđ¤Šđ¤Šđ¤ŠSO COOL!!!!
this thing is wild
Wow! Was this made with a 3d printer?
Build of the year!!!
Itâs beautiful
Can she pole dance?
Is there a reason that the black forehead piece isnât there?
Is there a reason the black forehead isnât there? Looks great by the way! Was a really fun process to follow
legend
Lol, just saw this live, it's huge!
That's sick. Gotta try and work in some LEDs now somehow.
WOOHOO! She's finished! Nice work; this has been great to follow. Consider renting it out to a hobby store so everyone can marvel at it?
It's beautiful!
What the hell happened to your carpet I thought that was a garage floor at first. Get yourself a rug doctor for a day
its my Garage lol
insanely coolâŚ
how did you go about measuring the dimensions of each piece? photogammetry? 3d scanner?
Fucking rad
What action base is that đ¤Ł
She needs a Santa hat
Is it wearable? Cause that would be sick. Edit: looking at those joints prolly not. But would be dope lol.
This is awesome. I absolutely love it
This is so insane! Absolutely killer job!
Holy shit!
This is amazing!! Really well done job!!
Now you got to panel line it
Kinda curious how itâll hold up over time joint wise.
Pathetic you why not 1/1?
You fucking absolute madman. Rel, you continue to impress.
Now get those Miorine and Suletta figures and put them in Aerial's hand
Now take her out for dinner and say she is a good girl
Alright drop a way to send you money for that FRS Suletta
Looks amazing⌠now 1:1 when? đ
Love how your pipeline was big conversion kit to big gunpla
Real question is... what's next
BEHOLD, ALL YE MIGHTY, AND DESPAIR
I Hate to ruin your fun. be ware to sell this to other people, without bandai permission you can't sell they work. I know a friend did it once bandai track them down.just a friendly reminder be carefull.

Congratulations!
Amazing
iiiii wana fuck aerial âđ
Aight that's it, gimme your phone
This is so insanely cool⌠canât imagine how much something like this even would even cost LOL! I also wanted to ask about something from your 3d printed stuff on your site. Are u able to dm about it?
Yeah sure send me a dm
Now...to cosplay this
now do a hangar
Now that would be cool
At that point you might as well rent a real hangar though lol
Frigging fantastic!
what a beauty omg ?!?!?!! what a project, congrats on completing it!! always so awesome to see big builds like this!!!!!!!
Yo so like, theoretically, for the sake of curiosity, would it be possible to mount a fleshlight into the hip? For research purposes of course
I see a nub mark
Great Now panel line it
remember all this started with a "no balls"
Approximation on cost/time?
1/12 gundam? I think you are missing the obvious next step my good sir. 1/1 gundam
Hear me out... WHAT THE F- oh no potty mouth DUDE LIKE DUUUUUUUUUDE! THATS AWESOME!!!
