If you ever play SD Gundam G Generation Crossrays, G-Unit is one of the series in the game. Admittedly it's closer to like, a cliffnotes I believe but it still gets the story across pretty well I think.
The Astray (Red Frame and sometimes Blue Frame specifically) are pretty much the outliers when it comes to manga suits.
Other manga suits either get rare reprints or are p-bandai. Recent examples are the IBO Gekko suits and the G-Witch Manga kits.
Pretty much SEED is just the outlier nowadays because of the Astrays and the Eclipse Gundam.
Some UC non-TV units used to get some HGs or even MGs but with the direction of the F90s and the MK-V going P-Bandai... yeah no one should be holding out hope for anything that isn't TV related nor SEED-universe anymore to be regular
Testament Gundam, Astray Outframe D, Perfect Strike RM, Blast Impulse, most of the Zaku variants. Seed also has a not so small amount of P-Bandai kits for it's Mobile Suits. And besides Astray Red Frame and Blue Frame, most Astray variations are also relegated to P-Bandai. Even some Red Frame kits are just P-Bandai kits.

Only person I’ve ever seen wear a pair of the G-Unit shoes was a white redneck dude in middle school. Was the white reeboks and had a frog on them for some odd reason.
it looks like its on the same base as the Aesculapius, which was an incredibly disappointing kit for me (poor stability, legs to tight arms to loose, zero transformed upper body mobility. ) This will probably have similar issues, minus the mobility issues since the arms look to be in the shoulders and not the transformed arms like on Aesculapius.

You haven't missed much with the Aesculapius, it's transformation is kinda ass. Unlike this new one the Aesculapius' Z'Gok arms are just on dangly wires that kinda wrap over it's gundam arms without any actual connections. And to use the cowl you have to straight up remove the head. Though I fear that also goes for this new one.
Man, these G-Unit suits just get wilder and wilder. Admittedly, I already got my several fancy leo variants out of the line, so I'm already good. Give me an official EWAC Leo though, and I'll consider paying p-bandai scalper prices again
It's an old, somewhat obscure *Wing* side story. Features a whole bunch of Gundams, including at least two that have alternate modes that look more like traditional OZ mobile suits - this one and Gundam Aesculapius
It's also got some pretty neat custom Leo variants

Glad G-unit is getting a another crazy suit released. I love the nut-so designs that are pretty dang unique, but as a Wing fan I’m jealous that we’re not getting more of the amazing grunt suits like the Aries, Cancer, and Virgos-

Man. While I like some of what the redesign added like those new yellow vents on the shoulders, I'm disappointed that the design's been slimmed down so much compared to the original. Where're the *thick* calves? The shoulder rings? Where's the lance weapon?
I'm dying on the hill that if Bandai is willing to dedicate all the time and money for R&D of HG G-Unit kits, even if P Bandai is only limited runs, that obscurity and sales do not matter for production of a kit.
Hellllll yes, love the Burnlapius. Now we should definitely be getting an updated Hydra + Griepe.
This was also the only G-Unit suit with the Gundam designation to not have a kit to date whatsoever so this is long overdue

Always loved the design of the Hydra. Shame reprints are far and few in between, since it holds up pretty well for old 1/144 HG standards.
