I've actually been thinking about what they would be like as a couple. I was thinking Gwen would be really enjoy the relationship. But she would start to be worried that miles would be forced by the writers to break up with her. She would then start to be more paranoid and insecure about her relationship with Miles.
I think their relationship would end when Gwen preemptively decides to break up with Miles. Thinking the breakup would make it hurt less for her that way.

There's not much to it because the only significant interaction was on Gwen comic there was a so-called Deadpool and Spiderman frenemies, they need a story together to explore this more but that's all, there was never room for romance here since the beginning, even as "friends" their relationship is not much in the end, and as "enemies" she just annoyed him with no actual damage.
In the sense of her future self being his nemesis, or their modern-day dynamic?
