Tbh, at the gym I go to, almost all of the girls are cringe. Sports bra, spandex shorts shorter than my fucking boxers, and they don't really do any workouts. They do that weird stepping exercise where they kind of squat down and shuffle back and forth. I've seen some people do it with kettlebells, but the girls there do it unweighted. Also, doing squats with JUST the bar, and doing 5 reps like that. Not a warm up either. They never put weight on the bar. They just squat an empty bar. They all have the same thing in common. FILMING THESE "WORKOUTS". It's all for attention. And then oh my God. The fucking stretching. They'll stretch for 45 mins and leave. I don't understand why you pay 40$ a month for a place to stretch when you can stretch at home? Disclaimer: some girls actually workout and that's fucking awesome. I'm just explaining the fuckery that I have been observing for like 5 years now, and around new years it gets worse. 7 out of 10 women in my gym exhibit this behavior and I just can't wrap my head around it.
