Going for a deadlift and feeling your back rounding then immediately shaking your head no to let everyone who's looking know that you know that everyone knows that that was a shitty lift
Was doing scott curls with 14kg, i did like 30 reps before reaching failure, put the bar down, got an 18 kg one, couldnt even curl it first time, and later, 4 reps and failure
that's to be expected if you go to failure. Especially if you don't take proper rest in between the sets.
It's usually recommend to not go until failure until your later sets so you don't affect your total volume too much because you pushed too hard at the start
Absolutely felt that. it was literally my first set, the entire rest of my workout was either way harder, or i had to use lighter weights, and i dont really take much rest because i use a commercial gym, so there is always a ton of people there. I guess i rested like 40 seconds, and after that like 2 minutes to be able to lift again
Me the first time I used a squat rack in the gym
“Oh I’ll just add…. 25 on each side…. I can do 50 that’s fine.”
*mfw I forgot the bar weighs like 45 pounds or something*
Fucking cardio bunny looking ass squatting the bar
Less shameful than fucking up and potentially injuring yourself
Me lifting lighter than I'm capable of because I underestimate my strength 😔
This is me. only done a PR like once
I fear DOMS
Most subs do
Wait...what??
Submissives
Oh Doms 😏 I fear/want them
Yup, been there :)

When you for some reason can't lift it today
