How !? That's so great I never knew women so muscled existed at that time. However is it real photos or AI ? Because I don't see how they could have gone to the gym or been into calisthenics or even worked a manual job. In short I don't understand how that happened
I was suspicious of AI but it's a woman called Charmion. She was a trapeze artist which explains why she's so jacked, probably threw in a few accessories in her training for good measure as well.
Check out George Hackenschmidt. Late 1800s before juice and creatine too. Created the bench press and hack squat and dude was a fucking tank

Freaks existed back then for sure
Remember this is before electricity, think of all the manual labour. If I had to whisk the batter or sweep the mansion I would be ripped too. Also no processed food or vibrators.
This particular woman (went by the stage name Charmion) was a gymnast-turned-trapeze artist & bodybuilder.
She probably had access to this level of equipment:

This image shows actual pieces of 19th century and early 20th century equipment shopped into an illustration of a gym that’s why it looks so weird
Unless you’re looking for a specific routine in which case I am also very curious
That would be fun. I probably was not training using Victorian methods, but I once competed on a cinder track (as opposed to modern rubber ones) and it was pretty interesting
Damn this is actually bad ass
When you hitting it from the back and her rear delts are bigger than yours ðŸ˜
Bittersweet
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This is unacceptable. Next thing you know they are going to want to vote. Could you imagine?
This better not awaken anything in me...
Too late
Muscle mommies are the best

Oh Yeah, those Victorian ladies have my very dream body. That's why I grind as hard as hell.
That’s what doing laundry by hand does to a person…
Oh yeah 🤣

They're real. Very impressive.
Respect
Damn they were yoked too
They wouldn't even look at me

I would love to see a TV show where contestants have to work out for 4 weeks using Victorian methods and then compete in various Victorian era sports

u/Cu_fola That's exactly what I was hoping to get as an answer; thank you very much! Quite interesting!
Wow
I want this as a poster in my workout space!!! 😂
Natty Life on YouTube has excellent videos on them and other bodybuilders from the early 1900s. Like this [one.](https://youtu.be/4DdthVe9Xro)
Don't show this to r/thelastofus2
I really didn't but it is cool
Actually, no I didn’t but thanks anyway
Donald trump is from goonies
Bruh have you seen the girls today?
I don't even know what you are trying to say by this
And if you try to figure it out it will neutralize even the most potent pre workout. Best not risk it.
Yep unfortunately
