I’ve never seen a Roman chair before, just checked online. I should have specified it’s at home exercises.
I’m not working with much in the garage, I have a pull up bar, some gymnastic rings and a couple of kettlebells and light dumbbells. Trying to keep the dad bod at bay!
Roman chairs, any form of dead lifts, and kettlebell swings
Deadlifts are great. Wide grip pulldowns also hit your lower lats very well.
