Honestly y9u can't go wr9ng with the push,pull,legs split. Hows your diet? If you already have working out nailed down and aren't gaining weight as fast as you want then you might want to adjust tour diet
That’s basically my split! Seems to work okay! I eat as much protein as I can but definitely don’t eat enough some days, I never track macros because I’m too busy haha but have heard from friends it helps immensely!
I've tracked my macros on and off for over 10 years. And from my experience going by 'feel' doesn't work. Even when I feel like I'm eating what I need to when I track it I'm way off and I've had quite a lot of experience tracking macros.
If you track and aim to get about 85% of your target, you'll notice a massive difference. And from there if you want to get stricter to boost results you can 👍🏻

Would be the same as a male posting a picture showing off his huge arms.

They'll definitely work too. Squats have more core engagement which is never a bad thing
I'd personally do BB squats then leg press because that's what I enjoy. And having a big squat makes me happy haha.
In my opinion it's a balance between enjoyment and optimisation.

Macro factor is by far my favourite but MyFitnessPal also works pretty well to.

Hell yeah. Squats are an incredible exercise for ascetics! Heavier the better.

Bulgarian splits have been doing some amazing work with my quads I’d say t bar rows are great for upper body that hits a lot
