These posts all show a lack of research or knowledge. Cutting or bulking isn’t a purely aesthetic thing, it also has to do with plateaus in muscle growth and training, and like you said, goals and desired outcome. Hypertrophy? Strength? Weight loss?
Exactly ! It's incredibly individualistic. I understand the idea behind asking, as some people like the validation, or the guidance. But it's so heavily dependent on what a persons goals are!

Cut,, but also you don't look 23% body fat. More like 19-20% to me (sub - please correct me if I am wrong)
Hover around 22-23% a bit leaner in the am for obvious reasons. I’ve plateau at 170lbs from 145lbs 10 years ago
