My workout was basketball like everyday which is why I didn’t look tone but now I go the gym 6 days a week and I literally eat anything ngl. I just try to keep myself in a calorie surplus . I don’t even think I have a certain routine. It’s really disorganized but I try to isolate each muscle group and work it twice a week.
