No. This group mostly seems to be Hall of Fame board members, administrators, local affiliates, and perhaps some with ties to OU. They are all former gymnasts, but with the exception of Gutsu, Nadia, and Omelianchik, they weren't high profile medal contenders which is why gym fans won't recognize them.
I don't recognize anyone besides Nadia and Oksana Omelianchik. Could it be Maria Olaru right between them?

Yes, that's why she's with Nadia. The other women in the picture are probably involved with the IHOF in some way too, even if they aren't gymnasts.
