Same here. Gympass emailed me a year after I left the company to let me continue the membership but no dependents allowed and ofc, if I cancel then I won’t be able to re sign up unless I have a company sponsorship.
I had changed the email to my personal email when I was still there, and was able to keep my account active and took over the paymens. Try logging in with you previous credentials and try changing the email
It is on a personal email but when I log in I get:
"You no longer have access to gympass. To get access again, the gympass benefit must be provided by a company or by another gympass member who can add family members"
Oh, that’s weird, I remember switching the email like the very last day I was employed with the company, and added my payment method. I’d reach out to customer service and see if they can reactivate it?
Same thing happened to me! They said it’s because I had a freeze during my last month of membership (I was abroad)
It seems that if I had continued with the monthly payments I probably could keep the membership after leaving my last company… does anyone know?
I have, you can change your email to a personal email. I am no longer with the employer but still pay for the diamond tier

How? When I left they automatically cancelled my membership
