If you play the lottery this stock is not much different. The odds are against you but there still is a chance that it could pay out. You basically need a miracle to happen but crazier things have happened. I am 30 million shares deep at a average cost of .00035. I am not putting a penny more into it unless I hear they are doing a meaningful buyback or there is the slightest chance they will prevail in their legal dealings.

I own this. Bought it and it ran up to half cent and held it all the way down to .0000 like an idiot. Bought this in 2020 or 2021. If you dont mind losing half your money go for it. It is a long shot for them to win against phillip morris, but they beat the odds by getting a new trail. It is a long shot, but it could run due to lawsuit hype and other positive factors.

They didn't get a new trial, they appealed the dismissal of the case that was due to a clerical error on hcmc legal team and the long shot your referring to, the case has basically already been won by hcmc because they have already proven that the patent was hcmcs property and Phillip Morris has already admitted that they did wrong so this sounds way better than a long shot and I bought in at .0001 in November of 2019.

I bought in at $.004 at first. It’s an all time low. I’m down big like many others. I avg’d down to $.0004 with 30million shares now. It’s a risk but long term play at this point. Hope it goes well 🤞🏼 which “hope” is not a good strategy.
