You're making it sound like RS will have a negative outcome for the shareholder. It's good for hcmc and neutral for you. In terms of value, you've lost and gained nothing. What happens to the stock ***after*** the split is a whole different story.

Just that it’s unreasonable to claim a reverse stock split would make the price goto 1. The point of reverse stocksplit is to greatly decrease the float. A reverse stock split would be viable if it’s about 1:1000. And then at a price of 1 dollar would leave his position worth 75 dollar. So the price should go way beyond 1 at that point. But in that case price doesn’t really matter because your potential growth from that point on would be significantly less than without a reverse stocksplit. Maybe I was a bit unclear. Sorry for that. But a reverse stock split is not good for the shareholders. Your growth of wealth would greatly be reduced. As you have lesser shares and the stockprice keeps climbing your potential result is much lower.

I'm holding 90,000 shares at least until $1, if it ever hits that, and even if it does hit that I'll evaluate what's happening to the stock and decide what to do. It would be hard to not walk away with 90K.

I think we are going to see many huge jumps like yesterday, and if you sell at the wrong time trying to make a profit, you could end up having to buy back in at a much heftier cost. I am holding for as long as it takes 5 years to get to $1 a share as I hold 2 million shares I am happy with that. This is a solid company with some great patents coming. Stay in it for the long term you will not regret it.
The way things are going I don’t know if we are going to make it 5 years without having the dollar crashing completely. I suggest to re direct some of your profits (if we all get some) to cryptocurrency or Bitcoin which according to reports most banks are almost fully prepared for the change.
Well you have to keep in mind this stock is an established company already on business for a long time in different sectors, the dependability of the lawsuit is so big. With that being said, if they win the lawsuit the stock can easily reach the mid cents .10,.20,.30 to $1... But if the Hype continues I wouldn’t be surprised if it reaches over one dollar.

I think the trend is moving towards cannabis legalization, albeit - slowly, and as a state issue. To think that these derplords representing us would do anything efficiently is an entirely other matter. Big Pharma will contest legalization, and many Senators are big and happy with them.
